Re: Mconald's Location ******* Colorado Ave. Avon, Ohio Poor Service: 7/27/25 (1) Sausage Egg McMuffin. (1) Hash Brown (1) Coke My daughter and I visited this location at 5:56 AM on 7/27/25. We placed our order via the McDonald's App at 6:02 AM in the parking lot. We pulled up to the order station to give our order number. (We were the 1st order of the day because the customer in front of us gave up after repeatedly yelling into their microphone multiple times: Hello? Hello? Hello? With NO response back) We were told that this location would not open for the next (5) minutes. At 6:11 AM this location finally opened. We gave our order number. We did not get our order until 6:17 AM. No concern or apology from the Manager on duty running the pick-up window. Sausage McMuffin bread was burned on over ½ the sandwich. I tried calling the phone number listed on the window for (2) days with no answer. (*******942. I called on Monday 7/28/25 and I spoke to the Manager and I explained the situation. I was told that an incident report would be completed, and I would receive 2 Meal Coupons for all of the problems. As of today, I have not received anything in the mail. Multiple poor issues from the beginning to the end. Not only does the Sheffield Lake, Ohio location open 11 minutes late. They are rude. No one answers the phone for complaints that they have posted on their window. They burn their sandwich's. They don't follow up and deliver on what they promise to do.
I am really tired of my family ordering slop from McDonald's. I tell them not to but they do it anyway.
Attached to this review is just a small example of how their food looks on any given order.
I am not asking for perfection but how hard can it be to use a little respect when making a cheeseburger?
This burger has ketchup slapped at one end. Two pickles slapped at the other end and the meat & cheese is somewhere.
It also appears that the bun was smashed between someone's knee caps.
When we get (5) large orders of French Fries, we only get 1-2 packs of ketchup. We use an eye dropper to make the ketchup last.
McDonald's also enjoys only giving you 1 napkin regardless of order size.
After our family is done sharing 1 napkin between ourselves….we finish off our meals with a quick wipe of our shirts!
Maybe McDonald's can use my photo for their commercial and replace their fake one.
1 photo is REAL. 1 photo is FAKE! Can you tell the difference?
Terrible!
I do expect a quick and simple meal which I sometimes get. But its still a real gamble. My last order, I specifically said no pickles and they're there. I could forgive it once, but a few weeks ago one of the staff got the dipping sauce wrong. Staff are sometimes dismissive and uncaring. I was gaslighted last time I went that it was my fault. Just my thoughts.
While McDonald's remains a go-to for its sheer accessibility and speed, the experience has become increasingly unreliable. It's frustratingly common to receive an order that's either incorrect, cold, or poorly prepared, making the convenience factor almost irrelevant when you're left with food you can't enjoy. Beyond the food, the customer service can be a deterrent. Dismissive staff, broken machines and long wait times. My particular experience recently wasted a lot of my time with the lines.
The Shunpike Road, Cromwell CT location - Quite possibly the rudest staff of any restaurant in the surrounding areas. When you attempt to speak in the mic at the drive thru and they cut you off. Not with a pleasant question- just interrupting and barking "is that all? Is that all?" after each word I said. At first I thought it was a one-off issue, so I waited a few weeks and returned today- same problem. If I have to pay $10+ for a breakfast burrito meal, I shouldn't have to remind you about sauces. I shouldn't be interrupted while I am in the middle of placing that simple order. Maybe PRETEND for 10 seconds you aren't a miserable person who hates their job. Just to have me and THREE other cars pull up and wait 10 minutes for our order? For cold hashbrowns. Maybe ACT like my being a patron of your store isn't interrupting your day. Store # 5956 has by far the most inpatient, rude employees who hate their job. If that ISN'T the case, perhaps consider the optics- because it sure does look that way. Also, your store is a depressing looking building. Gone are the days where McDonalds was a fun place- it looks like a sad DMV inside and out. Maybe that is why your employees all seem so unhappy.
This place is even worse now than it was back when I worked there. Snotty attitudes, managers that don't care, mainly in the morning hours, night time is understaffed, and I see now why, they give you 7 days working and then complain about the overtime you get, they don't half train you like they should, this is the McComb Ms store. Their machines are always broken, the floors are disgusting, they have employees having to give change to customers out of their personal money cause they don't have enough change in the register, they somehow always come up short in the register, and can't explain how, then you have to pay them that amount, they have nasty crap underneath the machines where they do iced coffees, there is always food and trash on the floors in the lobby during the day time, this place is sad, I wouldn't put a dead snake working or eating at this place.
We told to put the ice cream in the cone and they put it in a cup and they said cone was not available but other people got cone and we asked for cone they said no
Placed my order drive through window got my order was number 5 got it quick but as I got my order my fries had blonde hair in it.Disgusting I just threw it away and ate the chicken nuggets. This is not the first time. I live out in the country of plainview tx and why drive all the way back. Staff needs to pull thier hair back or wear hair nets!
Went to McDonald's for dinner last night. By 1 A.M., I started feeling cold and thought I might be coming down with the flu or Covid. Took some Tylenol and went to bed early. Woke up still feeling off—had a slight fever and a spinning head. Got up to use the bathroom and boom... it all started. I had really bad diarrhea. Every hour I had to go again, and anything I ate or drank just went straight through me, with terrible stomach noises. Turned out to be food poisoning. It lasted two full days. McDonald's? Never again!
This restaurant hasn't had any frappes in over a month (machine allegedly broken). GET IT FIXED! Duh! They also don't have sausage burritos. WHY? Can't seem to get orders right either.
Site jabber likes to take out their feeling in the form of oral play, unless you possess male genitals for these upset window lickers to look at don't bother posting
There is this lady who is very rude to my friends and me whenever we go there. She kicked us out for no reason and was not polite about it. Some of your staff needs to be monitored.
I asked her if they had chicken tenders and then they said they weren't Dairy Queen bad place with bad service. Dont dare to enter they with slap with mc chickens (and tenders).
The person taking my drive thru order was rude. She stood right behind the manager laughing at me as I complained about her. He allowed her to laugh she even laughed at him. Disgusting.
Went to McDonald's for lunch on this past Wednesday, got the $5 value meal and an extra double cheeseburger for 0.50cents, only place you can eat for less than $10 nowadays; however, that turned out to be costly. By 4pm I started to get chills, and when I got home from work I also developed body aches and fatigue. Thought I might be coming down with the flu or Covid, I decided to take some Tylenol and hit the sack early. Woke up in the morning still not feeling good, slightly feverish and head spinning. Got up to go the bathroom and pphhrraatt, it started dripping and poring out, I had the runs! Every hour had to go to the bathroom, whatever I ate or drank went right through me, with god awful rumblings in my stomach. Turned out to be food poisoning! Lasted two whole days. McDonald's? Never again!
Ordered breakfast online and selected curbside pick up as I wasn't feeling well and didn't want to go inside. Ordered a couple of breakfast muffins and a hot caramel macchiato as it was cold outside. The McDonald's employee, with frown on her face, brings my food but brought an iced macchiato! I told her I had ordered a hot macchiato. She smirked and said she'll be right with the hot coffee. I wait in my car for 10mins and nothing. I had to go inside to remind her, she mumbles something and walks to make my coffee. After she makes and hands to me and I asked her that looks like a small I ordered a medium, she says that's a medium. As I'm walking out I opened the top lid and the cup is only 2/3 full. I had to go back inside to complain, she looks at me and walks away mumbling. Finally brings me another cup. I taste it when I got to my car and there's no caramel in it. I didn't have the energy or the heart to go back inside, shook my head and headed home. What should have been 5mins took half an hour. Worst experience ever. They need to hire better people who at least smile and are nice.
First I ask for and 5$ meal deal and I ask for a plan burger with nothing on it and they gave me my burger and I check it and I say cheese on it and I went back and told them to remake it and I they gave it back and I check it again and it still and cheese on it so I went back and they said they couldn't remake it. And with the money I gave them a 20$ and and mind you it was 5$ and they gave me back ten dollars and I was suppose to give me 15 dollars back and I didn't realize tilled I pulled off
We received no sweet and sour sauce after asking for it and in our opinion your nuggets taste like nothing without the sauce but we greatly enjoy them with the sauce.
This is a complaint about the Mc Donalds in Lemont, Il. I'm so tired of this place. Ask for a chocolate malt. Get chocolate milk. When I bring this to there attention. No I'm wrong I have to pay more money. OK, I've gotten two chocolate shakes recently both looked and tasted vanilla. I really think their machine needs to be fixed. Mc Donald's in homer comes out looking chocolate. And they are nice there. I have repeatedly complained to both managers. They need to both go to management school. Rude. Look at you like ok were sorry. Well fix it fix your personal problems starting at the top. I'm going to complain to the corporate office. Get with it. It's worth the drive to Homer Glen. And you pay exorbitant prices for this.
I used to love macdonals the fries the big mac but noticed it's been getting bad well today i went and wow it's not just bad it's terrible their big mac was completely bad and the fries dry just horrible wow
McDonald's parking lot smelled better that the order kiosk.
Kids snot & puke on the kiosk screen.
So I went back outside, & split.
Ordered via McDonald's app and McDelivery, it never showed up yet I've been charged. Nobody at customer service seems to care or be able to help. Just blaming Uber Eats?
Will never use again.
