Since i have already found my old
Charger, upon calling to cancel the
Order, i did receive an automatic
Confirmation that cancellation has
Been done and automatic they've
Processed a credit back on to my
Account. Thank you so very much!

I'M $#*!ING PISSED! MY CHARGER BROKE AND I AM RUNNING A BUSINESS. PAID FOR TWO DAY SHIPPING AND IT HAS BEEN WEEKS AND I STILL DO NOT HAVE A CHARGER. JUST CONTACTED PAYPAL THAT THIS $#*! IS FRAUD AND RUNNING TO APPLE NOW TO GET MY PRODUCT
Company offers a 1 year warranty with the purchase of a charger, however upon calling customer service and barely being able to here rep. Alexandra (due to the audible loud, echoing conversation of other customer service reps within the vicinity) I was told the company will only pay for return shipping if a problem arises within 30 days of the purchase. In my case, I purchased the charger 4 months ago, therefore I was told I am responsible for covering the shipping fees to send the faulty charger back to the company BEFORE they will send out a replacement to me. I find this to be a major flaw in the company's customer service process, especially given the fact that the charger is faulty. I strongly feel that the company should cover the cost of any shipping fees that arise for returning a faulty charger and also mailing out a replacement charger. Moving forward, I will be spending the extra money to buy a quality charger from a reputable company, which rules out MaxChargers as an option.
Ordered several chargers from them and they never would ship the product. Sent several e-mails and they never respond or say they will shipping them out. Have a PayPal dispute opened with them now and they still will not respond and PayPal hasn't given me my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!
Ordered on Friday 5/6/16 with expedited 2-3 day shipping. Expected to get the item either Wednesday or Thursday of the next week. Didn't get an email update until Tuesday 5/10/16 stating that it was finally being shipped via priority mail. Checked the tracking number and it stated an expext ship date of Saturday 5/14/16 which got me worried and upset since I paid extra for the expedited shipping. And now Friday 5/13/16 the tracking number isn't working anymore. Called customer service but seem to be hung up on every time. I'm gonna wait til Saturday 5/14/16 and see if I get it. If not then, I'm gonna be opening up a fraud case with my credit card company. This deal seems too good to be true and I guess it might be. Stay away especially if you need a charger soon.
***EDIT: Received charger on Saturday 5/14/16. Which is a couple days past what I expected since I had paid for expedited shipping (2-3 days). Charger works ok. I can hear a buzzing sound through my headphones when I'm charging. So I suspect it could be just poor craftsmanship of the charger it self. I guess that's what is to be expected since this is 1/3 the price of the real deal. Overall, I'd say stay away from ordering from this site if you need a replacement right away and you don't want to deal with poor costumer service. Also if you don't like having that audible buzzing sound when charging then I'd advise you to go a different route as well.
Ordered a charger because I needed one really fast for a trip. It can in 2 days as advertised and all seemed to worked fine. About a month later the charger started over heating and making a loud buzzing noise so I called to return it. First off, their claim that they pay for return shipping within 90 days is false. It may say that on the website that they do but it is only if it is within 30 days. Apparently. Was arguing with the lady on the phone, over the sound of a crying baby and another people laughing and talking on the phone, and barely got anywhere. Finally she said they would give me a full refund and REFUND me for return shipping. This is way too much of a hassle and not worth your time. Pay more for an actual charger somewhere reputable. This business doesn't respond to any complaints and only is looking for one time business from customers they suck it. Possibly the funniest part of my conversation with the lady on the phone was her directing me to the place on the website where it stated their return policy. She told me to look under the 24hourschargers logo... I told her I was calling her about max chargers and she said she must have pulled up the wrong website... These two business are terrible. Check out both BBB reviews if all of these bad review has not convinced you.

FOR ABOUT A WEEK AND DIED. TRIED TO GET AN EXCHANGE AND NO DICE. NO ONE IS ANSWERING PHONES OR EMAILS FROM ME. RUN SCREAMING FROM THEM. BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE!
This is my 3rd time ordering from this company and I am not disappointed. I love the merchandise and prices. Great quality and less expensive. Definitely will order again...
Originally ordered a replacement charger for my MacBook Air on April 10... recieved it 5 days later and it was the wrong one. I was sent a charger for a MacBook Pro. When I called and requested to return this I was told that I had to send back the original charger, so they could make sure they got it back before I was sent a new one. I did so and waited another 3 weeks before I finally recieved the correct charger. I placed call after call and was either on hold forever or the line would either be dead since or I would finally dial 0 for operator and get some recording for "Everyday Wristbands". I even called today and was on hold for 20 minutes before it went to dead silence again. I want to return this piece of junk charger and get a refund. It has been over 30 days that I have been trying time and time again to get through and get nowhere. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Poor business practices and little to no customer service. I don't even want to give it 1 star... worst place ever!

I ordered a charger for my mac book pro. It was way cheaper than the original, but that's the only thing it had going for it. It buzzed every time I plugged it in and would get SUPER HOT. I was scared it might start a fire, so I returned it. Super sketchy, never even got an email that they received my return, or that they would provide my money back. After i called several times, they guaranteed that they would return my money and provide an email. Seriously... after the 5th time calling, they finally transferred me to a manager. Long story short, I was verbally promised a return of the full amount $33 and only received a return of $24. I decided to stop calling, because I have a life and $9 at this point is really not worth the headache it would be to talk to customer service again. They don't know what they're doing. They will most likely be out of business very soon, and their product sucks. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR BS PRODUCTS. I've never dealt with a company this complicated. MAXCHARGERS SUCKS BIG PEEN... also who has their waiting time ALWAYS be 2 minutes...?! No matter how long I stayed on the line, it would ALWAYS be 2 minutes. AGAIN MAX CHARGERS IS AWFULLLLLL
