I ordered a macbook pro charger from MaxChargers in March of 2016. It started shorting out in May. I've emailed them three times, no response. They supposedly offer a one-year warranty, but I'm starting to doubt that I'll ever see a replacement charger. Spend a few extra bucks and get something that is well made.
One has always taking an example of how they sell and position themselves on the market. Marketing, service, and products are of the benchmark quality. Ordered dozens of things: they do know how to perform their stuff well. Good point are: Fast, Genuine!
I ordered the wrong charger but the team at Max sent me the correct one without any hassle. I am really glad they worked it out with me. I'm giving them 5 stars solely because they were able to get the charger to me quickly and resolving a mistake I made.
I highly recommend Max chargers because they have the best customer service support online. The support recommends whats best for you and to your gadgets. All of them are well trained. The products are cheap but the quality is superb and the followup care is great. I highly recommend Max chargers.
As with any online shopping place we have run into a few mishaps which have always been quickly resolved. Just recently, we bought a wrong charger. They replaced it even the correct charger is more expensice. Plus they shipped out the correct charger for free. Such a wow!
The shipping was excellent! I received my order very promptly. But the charger did not successfully charge my laptop, therefore I requested a return authorization, which I received immediately and did not have to pay for the return shipping. The big issue has been getting refunded for the item I returned. It was only supposed to take 3-5 business days. Over one month later and I've still not been refunded. Under the circumstances, I would not take my chances by ordering from them again just to save a few bucks. Live and learn, as they say.
I still have not received my charger although being notified it was shipped a week ago. I cannot track my number because the USPS number they gave me is unavailable.
Update** It came in the mail a little late, but i tried it out and it seems to be working fine. I am satisfied with the product considering the price.
Similarly to many others, I'm still waiting for my charger to begin shipping 11 days after paying for it. When I called customer service, I was put on hold for a long time and then the "please hold" automated message went silent, save for quiet noises, as though someone took the phone off the receiver and just left it off until I hung up. I'm going to be doing a chargeback if I don't get word of this damn thing tomorrow.
Paid for 2-3 day shipping. Day 4 and I called the customer service phone number. Got hung up on 3x. Finally got a hold of someone who sounded like they were driving in their car with the windows down. Made excuses for it not arriving on time, no apology. STILL no charger. Worst customer service I've ever had.
I ordered a charger which they claim got stuck in Texas for 2 weeks "due to weather". I moved and changed my shipping address and the idiots emailed me about an incorrect zip code where they made put O(letter) instead of 0(zero) in my zip code. In the email thread they accidentally emailed another disatisfied customer who claimed they never gave him his money back for a product he did not receive! SCAM!
Been over 8 days, package still has not been shipped. Nikki, barely speaks english and can not help you. She has given a different answer to me each time I've called. I heard a rooster crowing in background, a dog barking and children running around laughing. Most unprofessional business ever. Asked to speak to a supervisor, she said her name is roanna. When i asked for the number she said she can't give me the supervisor information, but will inform her to call me. Refund should be expected in 3 days... We will see.
Bought a charger for my MacBook Pro. Worked for two weeks and overheated and stopped working. They sent me a shipping label to return the product and get a new one for the "one year warranty" but 2 months later still haven't received it. Called them every day asking them for tracking information and they say they're going to send me it the next day and never do. Such a scam. Don't waste your time with max chargers like I did.
Anyone that has gotten a package from Maxchargers, what was the return address they used? Was it ******* Murphy Road, Stafford, TX? If they were a legit business, Google Maps would show it, but Maxchargers is not shown in Google Maps in the same building as the other two companies that share the building. These bastards need to be shut down! I am scared to even try the charger they sent me (which I just got today after two weeks), because of what I have heard people say about how it blows up on them! Plus, the adapter and cord is white, but the part that plugs into the computer is grey... WHAT THE F*%*$
Ordered a 60W magsafe power adapter and the adapter arrived Nov. 17. The adapter is defective and makes a "eeeee" noise when plugged into the laptop. Called MaxChargers and the same voicemail comes up saying that I am placing a call after hours, when actually I am placing a call during office hours. Been calling for 2 days and no response. This company is a total scam. I should have looked more into the other reviews. To all: stay away from this company. From the (real) reviewers, every single customer is not satisfied and has been scammed.
This company does business under several names: Max Chargers, Power Pike, 24 Hours Chargers. You pay for genuine products, and get knock offs. You pay for expedited shipping, and orders arrive after 3 weeks. No customer support, and no working telephone lines. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Bought a charger in March from them because they advertised a 1-year replacement warranty on the magsafe 2 charger. It was shipped to me in a reasonable time. However, 3 weeks later the charger failed and I contacted them for a replacement. They provided a shipping label to initiate the return + exchange. I sent it back to them and it was received on April 8. I have yet to receive my replacement charger despite numerous emails back and forth with their self advertised 'world class customer service'. They have on 3 occasions told me they will be shipping it "in the next few business days", but never have. Don't buy from them, it's a scam.
This is one of horrible company I have ever shopped. I'm still waiting for my charger ordered on 05/04/16 on expedite two to three business days. But till today 05/12/16 still waiting...
The horrible part is, cutover service they don'e answer the phone. That's unprofessional.

I bought a charger from here in serious need of one. I was short on cash and this was the cheapest option I found. I should have known better. You get what you pay for. This thing is a piece of crap. Sometimes it works, but most of the time it doesn't. I have to mess with it for 30 minutes to get it in the correct position so it might actually get a little bit of a charge. Infuriating.
I ordered and paid for a new charger. What I received in the mail several weeks later was a broken used charger. It was broken in 5 pieces. It took several days to actually reach someone by phone, finally I was able to tell them take a picture and send it back. I was assured a new charger was on it's way. It has been 3 months - I have no charger and no refund. I have called several times since and I was able to reach someone 1 time out of at least 100-they assured me that I would receive a refund in 5 days- it's been 3 months and I have nothing. This is a fraudulent company and I am now reporting it to police.
I bought a charger from the website. They sent me the wrong charger. I returned it and they sent me the exact same model. I returned that one and never got a refund, though they repeatedly told me that the request for refund had been forwarded to management and would be processed.
DO NOT BUY FROM MAXCHARGERS.COM OR THEIR ALIAS 24 hour chargers.
Answer: They are knock-offs, which I did not know for certain until I received the charger.
