Matte Collection

Okay so this was another Instagram shop purchase. I was skeptical because I saw some bad reviews so I only purchased one fit. I went directly to the shop to order. My shipping was fast (Long Beach USPS sucks though didn't deliver my package for two days but that's another review). The joggers are so soft and the shirt is a body suite type. Merchandise is Made in Cambodia, so there's that. But over all I can't wait to go out in this fit. Love it!

It's been over a month since I placed my order. I emailed them (because you can't call at all) to ask for a refund. They responded that the items were shipped so it's out of their hands. This was my first time ordering from them and I would never order from here again!

Matte Collection has an abysmal "customer service" (or lack thereof). There is no phone number. If you want to return any items, they make it nearly impossible to do so. Only order from this site if you are 100% certain about the item. If there is any chance you may need to do a return, do not waste your time, and shop somewhere else!

Don't be fooled by those negative reviews. I've order from them SEVERAL times during quarantine & have ALWAYS received the items in due time. On one occasion they shipped me the wrong size so I emailed them and they sent me another piece at no cost within days of my complaint. It's very good quality at an affordable price. Swimsuits fit great although in some models you'll probably have to size up. But overall its great fitting, quality and service

DO NOT RETURN your swim suites back to them, you are better off selling to a friend or something. I Never had an issue with my orders until you actually need to use their customer service. Did everything I was suppose to with my return, went through several emails back and forth. They asked for my tracking number, then how many bathing suites, ect. They tried to give me a $20 coupon when i spent $36... so then after several more emails they said i would get a refund in 5-7 days. Its been almost a month and I've emailed 3 times and have not got a response. The swim suites I've kept I love, however, this experience has ruined me ever referring them or using them again. Keeping inventory and not refunding is a scam.

I gave them an extra star for the advertising because that's what got me. But don't waste your money. It won't come on time and when it finally arrives, after your vacation I might add, there will be items missing and you will be throughly disappointed with the quality of those items. Also, make sure to pay full price for this garbage just in case you want a refund or else if you used a discount code they'll only offer you a store credit.

I placed an order on Monday 5/23 for two day shipping. It was confirmed that my order would arrive on Wednesday 5/25 and this was perfect because I had a pool party to go to on Saturday 5/28. All of the other websites I ordered from delivered when they were supposed to except for Matte! When I checked on Wednesday all of sudden the status was gone so I reached out to customer support. While waiting for a response on Thursday 5/26 the delivery info was finally updated confirming my order will be delivered on Tuesday 5/31. Then after that I get a response from customer service confirming this and it's like no duh I know this as well! They did say they would give me money back for the expedited shipping but that is not the point! When people place orders for expedited shipping it is because they are needing the items quickly for a reason. The damn pool party is over and done with so Matte please reach out to your competitors to see how they go about delivering their products on time!

I ordered 4 swimsuits back in Jan. I didn't receive the 4th swimsuit so I reached out about it. They told me the product was no longer available so I asked for a refund. I should have been told that the product was no longer available BEFORE receiving my package without the product. It's been almost 2 months and NO refund. I'm not sure if the site is ran by someone new but I will be reporting it as fraud with my bank and will not be ordering from Matte anymore. It's ridiculous and has never taken this long for a company to issue me a refund.

I ordered two bathing suits from them. One that I really liked and one that I didn't. I did reviews for both (a 5 star and a 1 star) and they only posted the 5 star review. Beware of sites with no negative reviews of their products.

The quality of their products is AMAZING! Shipment is fast. Any issue you may have with your order customer service will handle politely and promptly. Overall they are a trustworthy site/company and I had a pleasant shopping experience.

This company is now my go to for swimwear. They have such a good variety of styles and colors. The quality is much higher than other online sites I've tried. The prices are amazing also. I appreciate the fact they are service based as well because I'm big on customer service. I look forward to their emails to see all the new styles and buy them before that sell out. Shipping is always quick and tracking is awesome. Matte Collection is highly recommended!

Every swim suit I've bought from Matte Collection has been extremely flattering! Speaking for the natural bodies out there - you do not have to be a video vixen to feel like one in their swimsuits. I love that reading the comments on their site from other customers helps you figure out the sizing and they also give great detail on the model wearing the swim so you can choose the right size. This is my go-to for all swim.

At first, I was a bit worried when placing my order however it all worked out pretty well. My first incident was that ii left off some important information from my address and I immediately i emailed them to have it rectified. They were very prompt and that issue was resolved. They delivered my swimsuits in less that 4 days and I'm definitely pleased. I hope they keep up the good work so I will shop again!

I'm a slim thick girl but a very pleased one..

So far I've purchased 4 bathing suits, both one and two pieces and I am really impressed. The quality of the fabric is strong and it dries quickly. The swimsuit designs are flattering on most figures and they run true to size. I can't wait to get more.
