First of the shipping was very fast and it's easy to shop on the site. I order the over size beach hat and three swimsuits as well. The quality is top notch. The fit is perfect and you will feel so sexy and confident don't matter what size you wear.

I initially ordered 2 bathing suits. When I tried them on 1 fit a bit snug so I reached out to customer service for help with exchanging. Their customer service was quick to respond and very easy to work with. On top of that, the quality of their bathing suits is amazing! I sent out my bathing suits because it did not fit and now waiting for my refund that they said ill get In 15 days it's been almost three months now and still haven't got a refund or credit for my purchase ‍

I found Matte Swim Collection on Instagram, on my feed and decided to check out the website. The first suit I purchased from the website was extremely sexy and ran a little small. The return process is a breeze. They process them almost immediately and refund is just as quick. I have since then purchased about ten swimsuits from the website. They are sexy, flattering, and do not break the bank. I am obsessed!

I've purchased multiple swimsuits from Matte swim and I was pleased with the fast delivery and great customer service. The swimsuits are of good quality and they fit me as I expected. I have also ordered a cover up which the first one had a small tear however their customer service was so great that they mailed me another one within no time without me having to return the damaged item. I am a satisfied customer.

A friend told me about this site and liked what I saw and decided to order a few swimsuits to check out the quality. I am in my 50's, fashionista, petite, curvy with a belly pouch. I love the colors, quality, price and how it fits my shape. I can't wait for the pandemic to be over so I can book a few trips to wear my beautiful swimsuits. The only con I will say is they should make the cups better to hold the girls up (breast).

I just read the company was started by a twenty four year old, which explains why the customer service is so poor. I spent over $200 during a sale ordering over twenty items. One of the items wasn't shipped, I asked if the item can be included in the most recent order placed and was told the item is sold out and I would be refunded. Having a proper count of inventory is extremely important, allowing people to place orders for items you don't currently have in stock - is called False Advertising! Customer Service (if that's what you want to call it) can only be reached by email and does not provide a sufficient resolution. I'm very hesitant about placing any future orders as the previous experience was never corrected. I definitely wouldn't place an order at full price, and I have seen numerous pop up sales that haven't persuaded me either. This is why people stick with ordering from companies like Amazon. It's the customer service for me!

Saw this company online and thought they had cute stuff, but didn't order. Seemed to good to be true. A week ago I got an email saying selected sets were 10 dollars. For that price I could take a chance and order a couple. 2 sets were the bikini and skirt cover up in XL pink and blue. And one orange bikini with a high neck dress coverup. The delivery was prompt and when I get them today I was so happy! Tried on all 3 and they fit perfect, well made and super cute and sexy! Makes me wish I hadn't waited till the end of summer to order!
