My wife order from these guys 3 weeks ago. Amazing thing happened. They managed to take her money almost immediately but low and behold no product was shipped and she now cant get into her account. Lesson learned. Just another online scam company.
This company just wants your money... have tried to contact customer service 6 times over s 20.00 referred credit keep sending me codes that don't work... clippers ate ok still clipped my balls... don't refer anyone you'll never see the credit
Purchased product that nicked me the 1st time I used it. Decided product was not worth using. Attempted several times to contact them to no avail. They do not respond to messages left at their 800 # and to no answer letters sent via email. I gave up after sometime until they charged my card again for replacement blades. Again no response to repeated calls and emails. The only resolution was to file a dispute with my credit union. Fortunately they have guaranteed a refund of the charges and further debits from my account without having a new card reissued. I hope others who may be unhappy can do the same. Shame on you and your customer service business model. Poor form! I would certainly give you less stars if it were possible.

A week after I ordered can not get shipping information. Emails and questions on the customer support page gets a canned response.
"Due to a recent influx in orders, the shipping process has taken longer than anticipated"
No estimated ship time, tracking information, nothing!
Very sketchy! I would recommend to stay away from this one. I will give it another day or 2 and then report as fraud to my credit card company.

I've been trying to cancel my order for the past couple days. I even sent them the support ticket within 10min of purchase which if it had gone through Amazon. Would have already been cancelled.
What a company! Forwarding the case to management and forcing the product shipment to me. After having looked at, So now it's even more of a headache to secure refund.

I really wanted to like this product but after about a couple of months it is an average product. Beware, you can cut yourself so stay away from loose skin. Not much fun. Not a fan of having to purchase replacement blades, doesn't seem right.

Additionally, there is no requirement to purchase additional blades. We have a program that allows you to receive new blades every three month (which we recommend to keep your razor like new).

There are definitely better shavers on the market for the price, but if you've already got one or you're looking for something tiny and wireless, then it's not bad! Just don't use it in the shower!
I didn't realise I had signed up for the monthly subscription, so they sent me an item and charged me - however I shot them an email asking to cancel and they immediately cancelled the subscription and refunded me. They apologised for the inconvenience and sent me the item for free as a gesture of goodwill.
Why do you have a customer service number if it is just a message telling people to go to website? We tried stopping Auto refill online but system would not accept sign in, tried new password but again rejected. I called company only to hear message, contact online? Frustrated we had to cancel credit card to stop automatic charges. Do better! I can't imagine we are the only ones frustrated by this
I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.

I bought the basic manscaped trimmer 9 months ago, followed all the instructions, and now it'll only operate for about 10 seconds before it shuts itself off. The company only warranties this product for 90 days. 90. Days. Any product that costs near $100 should have at least a one year warranty. If I wanted something that wouldn't last a year I could have just bought the cheap Chinese crap off of Amazon for $25.
02 may 2023; customer service responded to my complaint by sending me a new trimmer, but warranty is still dead and they made sure to comment that I'm only eligible for the one time replacement, so if this one does the same thing, I'm just SOL. It would be a 5 stars if it still wouldn't be cheaper to just buy a Chinese piece of crap from Amazon for literally a 3rd of the cost every 6 months.
I purchased my manscape kit with the lawn mower 3.0 approx 2 years ago. It's stopped holding a charge. I might have used it once a month. When I contacted manscaped support with my order number, I was informed it was out of warranty. I understand items don't last forever but I used it at most 24 times at 10 minutes each time. That's about 4 hours in 2 years. Really, anyone else have this problem? Speak up.
I'm very disappointed with this product
I have been using the manscape 2.0 for a while now but today was a bad day to use it. Started shaving and have never knicked myself at all like advertised by the company, but then it happened... I cut myself. Very unexpected and upsetting because this wasn't supposed to happen. Oh yeah, I also had the clipper guard on.

I used the ball trimmer and was really gentle with it but still got scars on my balls from the ball trimmer. This product is a waste of money and all marketing gimmick. The boxer shorts were good and comfy, the nose trimmer is crap. The ball deodoriser and spray is good. But due to the experience ive had with ball trimmer i wont recommend it to others.
If my private area could talk it would being saying Hallelujah. Because it was always getting nicked and cut by previous trimmers. But the lawn mower is awesome no nicks or cuts and leaves a slick clean shave as well. Highly recommend this to any man who wants to stay well groomed.
I've shaved a number of times over the year and had terrible results; getting ingrown hairs, nicks and cuts. This shaver system is freaking awesome. I enjoy a nice clean shave and it smells great too.
Purchased the full package for my boyfriend for Christmas. He said the shaver didn't nick him and gave him a clean shave. The creams and spray smell amazing and keep him fresh down there even after a full day of work where he's on his feet all day. The boxers are the softest thing I've ever felt and he said kept him from getting swampy as well as kept his thighs from rubbing together. We also laughed at the newspapers and he's been using them to keep hair off the bathroom sink (finally thank god). The packaging was high quality and the leather bag to keep everything in is definitely worth it. These packages make the perfect easy gift and we can't wait to order more from this company.
I'm happy to say with confidence, this package is by far great for me. I've used a few buzzers before and every one clipped the sack, except the 3.0 not a scratch, pull, poke, or discomfort. I love that I can use it in the shower and no shock worries. The preserver and reviver are a great finisher. I highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a good ball trimmer. And to top it off the Mrs likes the results too.
Best product I've used in years. Razors are too close on tender areas and cause ingrown hairs. Trimmers I've owned have always left my skin agitated by the nicks and cuts. Have tried many that state this is a problem of the past. Very happy to finally have a product that truly delivers!
This is really a top tool. I sell professional/ commercial hand tools for a living and respect a quality tool. This replaced a Wahl that seemed to be designed for hair on the head trimming and not private place defoliation. I suspect it is the special blades that keep it from grabbing "floppy" skin and leaving blood, pain or that itchy/ burn feeling. Maybe something else in the design makes it good for this job.
