The amazingly priced, high-quality products that come with the lawn mower 4.0 box set is incredible, nut to add on to it, the plow and weed Wacker items increase my opinion a ton. The items work amazingly and the batteries last for ever on a single charge. The careful packaging makes it all the more delightful. Definitely recommended to anyone needing a shave or even just a nice care kit. The only thing I wish they had was an all in one pack with everything.

I have purchased 3 products by Manscaped and all 3 kicked the bucket just after the warranty expired. My recent casualty, the Beard Hedger. Shows a full charge and a good, long charge and will not turn on, despite the battery meter showing full. I won't even bother reporting this one to their customer service team, as I was told "tough luck" regarding my previous 2 shavers. Stay away from this company unless you want to buy a new one every year.

I have purchased 3 products by Manscaped and all 3 kicked the bucket just after the warranty expired. My recent casualty, the Beard Hedger. I have owned 2 weed whackers and a beard hedger over the last 4 years. All are dead now.

I'm giving it a one because they don't have a zero this product is a waste of money and it's the second one I buy within a year and a half in it broke. I called the company and they don't want to replace it so don't waste your money like I did.

Who in their right mind would hand their money over to these goons? What kind of idea of "manhood" are you trying to perpetuate? This is a joke! Yeah, I want to look like a pre-pubescent child because that's actually what I am, an invalid. And the women I seek? Also lacking. If you're supporting these goons, consider yourself an actual twat... you also probably wished you had one too.

Beware! When you purchase this product, without a clear explanation, you will be signed up for a recurring subscription of things you don't need. The amount is taken from your account - between $22 - $35 each time a shipment of blades, lotions, etc., is sent. You must log back in to cancel - if you can figure out how.

I want to be upfront first and say that I typically love this company and will still recommend their products. However, when my lawnmower 3.0 just stopped working, I emailed in for tips or a replacement, they said to charge it and it's out of warranty so no replacement will be sent. They did give me a discount code to use for a newer model. I purchased the newer model and waited about 3 weeks for it to come in. While I was waiting the old lawnmower 3.0 (still not working even after troubleshooting) randomly turned on at 2am waking me in a panic. On top of that it WASNT TURNING OFF. I quickly put it on the charging mount and it turned off but after being off the charging mount for 5 mins it happened again! I emailed them again for more troubleshooting and they said to let it drain its battery. I thought that to be an unsafe resolve, and now throwing it out is also unsafe as a wireless hair trimmer could randomly turn on in the garbage can, heating up and cutting into anything near by.

Now as my new lawnmower 5.0 arrive the packaging was done so lazily it gave me the motivation to leave this review. Again, I still like this product even after this, but the lack of consideration to safety and the customers experience is severally lacking. It's disappointing.

Product is not waterproof as marketed

Lots of other products on the market, I'm sure you can find a better product for much less money

I ordered a lawn mower 3.0 in april and it is now October and it completely stopped working after 6 months. That is in reality only a few uses. The product doesn't hold a charge and only now runs for about 5 to 10 seconds.

I contacted them for a replacement and they told me I am out of warranty. What kind of company doesn't guarantee their products for a year?

They obviously don't have any good battery management software built into to the product which causes the battery to prematurely fail, even garbage lithium batteries are rated for 300 charge cycles good ones 500. If they have over charge and over discharge protection built the battery should not fail so fast. I have been in consumer product development for 20 years and am very familiar with lithium batteries. This is simply poorly designed. I am truly disappointed, for a 90 dollar clipper I would have expected more.

I contacted customer service and they offered me a 20% discount code for another. And offered me their continuity program for regular delivery of blades and creams to get a better warranty coverage.
This is what they wrote " We also wanted to introduce you to our subscription service the Peak Hygiene Plan! One of the perks of being an active member is that if you received a replenishment box within the last 90 days, you qualify for 1 Platinum Warranty replacement for The Lawn Mower®, Beard Hedger, and/or your Weed Whacker® 2.0 trimmer every 12 months."

Why should I have to give them money several times per year to have service!

Don't buy their rechargeable products. They don't know how to build them and they want you to sign up for auto ship to get service. This is plain garbage.

I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.

I bought this as a Valentine's Day present for my boyfriend and he used it no more than 10 times when it suddenly stopped working. It shows it's fully charged but will not turn on. The warranty is valid for 90 days only (I can see why). WORTHLESS AND USELESS!

Don't buy from this overpriced and overhyped brand, it's not worth it for something that breaks after 4 months.

I purchased my manscape kit with the lawn mower 3.0 approx 2 years ago. It's stopped holding a charge. I might have used it once a month. When I contacted manscaped support with my order number, I was informed it was out of warranty. I understand items don't last forever but I used it at most 24 times at 10 minutes each time. That's about 4 hours in 2 years. Really, anyone else have this problem? Speak up.

I couldn't even buy the products. I always receive two emails saying that the order was canceled due to suspected fraudulent actions. I tried from different PCs, mail accounts, credit cards, etc. to rule out any kind of problem from my side. I tried to buy the products six times! The customer service doesn't even work, they just copy/paste the automatic message, as many times as necessary, referring to try solutions that don't work and encouraging to make the purchase again. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. One client lost, one very bad bad but real and fair review.

I can see why they only give you a 90 day warranty. I got a manscaped set for Christmas and have used the trimmer maybe 5 times. Well, it just stopped working. Nothing happens when you press the power button. Garbage. The ceramic teeth are overrated, they aren't any less likely to pinch than metal blades. My old trusty $30 con air trimmers are still my go to and have been dependable for years. I wish my wife didn't waste her money on this overrated trash

My product died in 7 months. There is a reason their warranty lasts only 90 days. What a terrible waste of money! Steer clear! You are better off with a broken brand that this worthless piece of junk!

I bought the basic manscaped trimmer 9 months ago, followed all the instructions, and now it'll only operate for about 10 seconds before it shuts itself off. The company only warranties this product for 90 days. 90. Days. Any product that costs near $100 should have at least a one year warranty. If I wanted something that wouldn't last a year I could have just bought the cheap Chinese crap off of Amazon for $25.

02 may 2023; customer service responded to my complaint by sending me a new trimmer, but warranty is still dead and they made sure to comment that I'm only eligible for the one time replacement, so if this one does the same thing, I'm just SOL. It would be a 5 stars if it still wouldn't be cheaper to just buy a Chinese piece of crap from Amazon for literally a 3rd of the cost every 6 months.

I have no issue with the product ordered which is why it got one star. They lost 4 stars by debiting my account more money and sending me product I had not requested or, to my knowledge, subscribed to.
When contacted in relation to this, they acknowledged they would stop all future debits! Already more expensive than what can be purchased at Shaver Shop plus they try locking you in for product you do not want. Plus their jocks are the most uncomfortable I've ever worn. Never again!

I only used it twice and it just shut down charges but will not turn on suspect the switch. What can you expect MADE IN CHINA. It looks like a nice product and did work well the two times I used it, did nick myself. Sounds like a great product good advertising. Reading the reviews seems the stop working is an issue. Lights are on but nobody is home. Warrantee costs more than the hassle to send it in. Will not buy another quality controi is a isssue.

Incredibly fraudulent company. Sent my package back without even opening it and it has been almost two months and no sign of a refund. They say they have organised it but nothing on my bank account. Don't be fooled by their heavy advertising being shoved in your face - it's all BS. "We suggest contacting your financial institution" - provide evidence that you handled the refund first. Absolute trash.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the return process for Order # [CA*******], placed on November 17 with MANSCAPEDTM. The situation has become increasingly frustrating and has not lived up to the company's initial commitment.

Upon realizing that I had mistakenly ordered the product, I promptly contacted MANSCAPEDTM customer support on November 17 to initiate a return. Initially, I was assured that I wouldn't have to bear the cost of the return, and a prepaid shipping label would be provided.

However, when I reached out to their designated courier, Intelcom, I was informed that the return could only proceed with a return shipping label issued by MANSCAPEDTM. Despite explaining this to MANSCAPEDTM's customer support and referencing their return policy, I have been informed that I am now required to pay for the return shipping.

This contradictory and frustrating experience has left me with no option but to file this complaint, seeking a resolution to the following:

1. Fulfillment of the initial promise made by MANSCAPED to provide a prepaid return shipping label.
2. Acknowledgment and correction of the inconsistency in communication between the customer support team and the courier.

I urge MANSCAPED to uphold its commitment to customer satisfaction, as stated in their return policy, and to rectify this situation promptly. Failing to address this matter appropriately will absolutely compel me to explore legal avenues to protect my consumer rights.

I appreciate your attention to this matter and look forward to a swift resolution.

I have used many shavers and trimmers from my collage days, but I can safely say that Manscaped is something apart. The seamless trim finish it gives is what I was always looking for, without nicks and cuts. The Led light is also a feature I thought that was highly smart in part of the developer. There was a mix up of the boxers sizes, which they promised to sort out, but besides that, quality speaks for itself. Personally feel the package plan is a great gift idea.

Bought the perfect package, saw the small text and made sure not to get scammed into the perfect hygiene plan. That was a little fishy. Order was delayed, that's okay stuff happens. The package arrives and they didn't include the charger or the trimmer heads. I'm currently requesting a refund after the first day of owning it.

EDIT: Went through the return process, paid to have it shipped back. And I have still not received the money over 3 months later. May be taking legal action.

Final Update: They finally returned the money after a short back and forth with their help service through email, and a casual threat of a bank dispute!

I used this thing 3 times charged it twice. It has now stop working and will not charge. I took it apart it has water damage so I sudgest you don't get it wet. AT ALL. The motherboard was severely burnt so don't leave it plugged it just in case. I reached out and they said the warranty is up "of course" but they'll give me 20% off on another one. After being let down this bad on somthing I wanted since the original was released I would never buy another product of theirs. I'm so sad because this razor was such a relief the first time I used it after that it wasn't worth a crap. Saddest thing is my wife bought this for me with her hard earned money for me for father's Day. All in all review it was cool to live in the hype for 30 seconds. But I promise getting a cheap offbrand is the better choice because if AND WHEN your manscaped product fails they will not replace it and will want more money

N'achetez pas là! J'ai acheté quelques produits il y a de cela environ 3 mois et j'ai maintenant découvert qu'ils me chargeaient les mêmes produits et ce, sans mon consentement à chaque 3 mois environ et apparemment je ne suis pas la seule! C'est du vol et de la fraude. C'est désolant de voir qu'il y a encore des compagnies de nos jours qui pratiquent cela!

Don't waste your money. The only reason it might not knock your boys is due to how incredibly under powered it is. Not only that but there is no way to even increase the power. It has one really underwhelming speed. Note: I'm not even hairy. I stopped halfway through & used a dull razor to save time. (No hyperbole) DO NOT BUY! I couldn't be more disappointed in a product. Especially after all the hype from the advertising. I'm usually too lazy to return things I buy online much less review them BUT for this I shall make a principled exception! This is personal.
