I purchased the doom shaver for my husband he was just not a fan. I have emailed the customer service team for 3 week's since Christmas asking how to start ymy return and the keep sending the same message over like its a autbot. They say 30 days refund garuantee I think they are going to try and screw me and not reply back until after the 30 days. I'm so mad that these companies makes it hard for rhe consumer to trust them.
My product died in 7 months. There is a reason their warranty lasts only 90 days. What a terrible waste of money! Steer clear! You are better off with a broken brand that this worthless piece of junk!
Beware! When you purchase this product, without a clear explanation, you will be signed up for a recurring subscription of things you don't need. The amount is taken from your account - between $22 - $35 each time a shipment of blades, lotions, etc., is sent. You must log back in to cancel - if you can figure out how.
Who in their right mind would hand their money over to these goons? What kind of idea of "manhood" are you trying to perpetuate? This is a joke! Yeah, I want to look like a pre-pubescent child because that's actually what I am, an invalid. And the women I seek? Also lacking. If you're supporting these goons, consider yourself an actual twat... you also probably wished you had one too.
They will sign you up for a subscription without your knowledge/ consent. I didn't even make an account with them so fingers crossed I'll even be able to get a refund. Super disappointed. Don't support sketchy and misleading businesses. Absolutely lost my buisness after going through this and finding out it happens to a lot of people.

I have purchased 3 products by Manscaped and all 3 kicked the bucket just after the warranty expired. My recent casualty, the Beard Hedger. Shows a full charge and a good, long charge and will not turn on, despite the battery meter showing full. I won't even bother reporting this one to their customer service team, as I was told "tough luck" regarding my previous 2 shavers. Stay away from this company unless you want to buy a new one every year.

I couldn't even buy the products. I always receive two emails saying that the order was canceled due to suspected fraudulent actions. I tried from different PCs, mail accounts, credit cards, etc. to rule out any kind of problem from my side. I tried to buy the products six times! The customer service doesn't even work, they just copy/paste the automatic message, as many times as necessary, referring to try solutions that don't work and encouraging to make the purchase again. Unacceptable and very unprofessional. One client lost, one very bad bad but real and fair review.
I'm giving it a one because they don't have a zero this product is a waste of money and it's the second one I buy within a year and a half in it broke. I called the company and they don't want to replace it so don't waste your money like I did.

I received the beard hedger for my birthday last month. I opened the box and plugged in the trimmer and there was no power. Left it charging overnight and still nothing. I contacted the company via email and after a back and forth they said they could not help me because it was a gift and I had no proof of purchase. Well I will not go back to the person that gave me the gift to tell them their gift did not work. I wasnt asking for a replacement. Only to get this one working. So dont purchase this product as a gift cause if it doesnt work, your loved one will be stuck with a broken item. I even sent a video of the item not charging along with all the paperwork and original box. Very disappointed in this product and company!
I bought the version 4 model. Only use it 3-4 times and the damn thing will not turn on. When I first received the item and fully charged it, it works. The second time when I try to use it, it will not turn on. I shaked it and tab the shaver against my hand and was able to turn it on. After the third time same issue will not turn on. I repeat the same method shaking it and tab it against my hand. No luck this time. Dead fish in the water. What a freaking waste of money on product that do not last one year!

If my private area could talk it would being saying Hallelujah. Because it was always getting nicked and cut by previous trimmers. But the lawn mower is awesome no nicks or cuts and leaves a slick clean shave as well. Highly recommend this to any man who wants to stay well groomed.
Incredibly fraudulent company. Sent my package back without even opening it and it has been almost two months and no sign of a refund. They say they have organised it but nothing on my bank account. Don't be fooled by their heavy advertising being shoved in your face - it's all BS. "We suggest contacting your financial institution" - provide evidence that you handled the refund first. Absolute trash.

This company has quality products, and a customer service team that can't be beat. I feel that they genuinely care about their customers. Really great service like theirs seems few and far between these days. I'm so glad I ordered from them.
I used this thing 3 times charged it twice. It has now stop working and will not charge. I took it apart it has water damage so I sudgest you don't get it wet. AT ALL. The motherboard was severely burnt so don't leave it plugged it just in case. I reached out and they said the warranty is up "of course" but they'll give me 20% off on another one. After being let down this bad on somthing I wanted since the original was released I would never buy another product of theirs. I'm so sad because this razor was such a relief the first time I used it after that it wasn't worth a crap. Saddest thing is my wife bought this for me with her hard earned money for me for father's Day. All in all review it was cool to live in the hype for 30 seconds. But I promise getting a cheap offbrand is the better choice because if AND WHEN your manscaped product fails they will not replace it and will want more money
I've tried many different clippers in the past to trim my privates but always nicks and cuts occur but after several uses this product genuinely feels different because of their patented ceramic blades that prevents a lot of those nicks. I recommend before using it on the penis shaft that you obtain an erection because that significantly reduces nicks when the penis skin isn't loose. For the balls just go slow and easy and try to flatten the skin out. Easy to charge, use and store.
I want to be upfront first and say that I typically love this company and will still recommend their products. However, when my lawnmower 3.0 just stopped working, I emailed in for tips or a replacement, they said to charge it and it's out of warranty so no replacement will be sent. They did give me a discount code to use for a newer model. I purchased the newer model and waited about 3 weeks for it to come in. While I was waiting the old lawnmower 3.0 (still not working even after troubleshooting) randomly turned on at 2am waking me in a panic. On top of that it WASNT TURNING OFF. I quickly put it on the charging mount and it turned off but after being off the charging mount for 5 mins it happened again! I emailed them again for more troubleshooting and they said to let it drain its battery. I thought that to be an unsafe resolve, and now throwing it out is also unsafe as a wireless hair trimmer could randomly turn on in the garbage can, heating up and cutting into anything near by.
Now as my new lawnmower 5.0 arrive the packaging was done so lazily it gave me the motivation to leave this review. Again, I still like this product even after this, but the lack of consideration to safety and the customers experience is severally lacking. It's disappointing.

I did receive my order on Saturday. It would have been helpful for someone to respond, or even to set the expectation that it was going to be delivered USPS.
I pleased that it has arrived, however, having a lack of communication and customer service is horrible when things do not work, or expectations are unclear.
I will update once I have used the trimmer.

I have placed an order, paid, then never received anything regarding the deliver of my device. I have gotten onto their website after a bit of aggravation, resetting passwords with my email, then coming to find that I had not registered. (Yeah, I had a hand in that irritation.) Now the website says my device is delivered. I emailed immediately. I looked for a number. Called. Laughable "service" line which says go to the website. No response. No trimmer. No nothing. I hope the product is ridiculous, because this is the worst service I believe I have ever experienced.
My product died in 20 months with no help from customer service. In addition I was unwittingly charged for replacement blades. I must not have unchecked a box upon purchase. Wholly dissatisfied with both the product and the company.
Ordered Mar 22 and today is May 9.
Tried to contact them through email and contact form and have always had to follow up before getting a response. Which is a stock, "shipping is taking longer than anticipated...". The last update to tracking number was Mar 25 and it's now May 9. Nothing is taking that long! Good ad campaign but I'm starting to wonder if there is actually a product...
