My product died in 20 months with no help from customer service. In addition I was unwittingly charged for replacement blades. I must not have unchecked a box upon purchase. Wholly dissatisfied with both the product and the company.

I will never buy from them again, the product is entirely useless if it does not charge, and I can no longer recharge it using the very specific charger they gave me, thanks to planned obsolescence. I will not be buying another charger, and I will never purchase manscape products again. Had the thing for less than a year. Total rip off.

Bought Manscaped 4.0 at Target 10/17/2021. Tuesday morning (7/12/2022) was my last shave. I finished up, put it on the charger, and the next day when I went to fix a small spot I missed, it only ran for about 1 second then stopped. I thought maybe it didn't charge so I put it on the charger and watched the lights to make sure it was charging up. Next day I tried again. Same result. The warranty on the product is 90 days! What?!? I paid about $90 for a trimmer to last only 90 days?!? If you're a Target customer who uses their red card Target will take it back for 120 days. How is it that the retailer will take the product back longer than the manufacturer. Pathetic Manscaped!

I was good to this trimmer too. I only used it about 1-2 times per week, I kept it very clean, never dropped it, etc.

A business model that can send you a whole new trimmer and treat the whole first product like a throwaway shows you how cheap these things really are. I wanted to replaced the battery in my "new unit", they sent a whole new one, now I have no confidence this product is meant to last. My new unit required glue along the main seam because it was coming apart after two uses and the kicker is they charge you later for Replenishment on a subscription, which I did not sign up for, you cannot opt out of it at the time of your first purchase. The default should be to ask if you want to subscribe to their crap and be in the NO poaition by default. Its fraudulant the way this business operates. Now I have to dispute a charge.

It was excellent for sensitive areas (you know what I'm talking about) and rest of the product was awesome!

Off the bat u get a book that says u need a certain angle or a guard to shave... completely opposite of what it's meant for. Didn't even get to my balls thank god cuz i have nicks and cuts on my neck and armpits from it.
I was using philips that i bought from walmart before for 20$ and it did a better job!
So not worth it and im never trying another product from them.

The amazingly priced, high-quality products that come with the lawn mower 4.0 box set is incredible, nut to add on to it, the plow and weed Wacker items increase my opinion a ton. The items work amazingly and the batteries last for ever on a single charge. The careful packaging makes it all the more delightful. Definitely recommended to anyone needing a shave or even just a nice care kit. The only thing I wish they had was an all in one pack with everything.

I am so pleased with all the items I have ordered. I look forward to the arrival of each package! The quality and value is fantastic!

I thought it might cut me a little here and there but it actually works the way it's sold and I'm very happy with it.

My peen and balls are as smooth as a hairless hedgehog after using the 4.0 lawnmower also boys I recommend that ball revive stuff it's like your sac ate a mint then drank cold water

I've been a customer of Manscaped for some time now, buying a Lawn Mower 3.0 for myself and then after loving it so much I later bought one for my brother. Shortly after that, I started to have issues charging it, but after contacting support and getting a quick response, I resolved the issue. Eventually, however, the thing stopped working entirely and would not charge. This was fine for a while as I shared a bathroom with my brother, I just used his working one by replacing the razor with one of my own. This worked for a while until eventually, the same issue befell my brother's Lawn Mower 3.0
I contacted Manscaped Customer Service and within minutes I had not just my own, but my brother's replacement Lawn Mower 3.0 on the way, completely free.
It is a shame that the thing broke in two examples after only having them for a year, but with customer service like that I really can't be mad.

I love the products, they leave you refreshed and feeling clean. No cuts clean and smooth. The body wash is fantastic and the shave gel and exfoliator works wonders, my wife even uses it on her legs! And loves it!

I recive an excelent and personal service and costumer service always ready for help and answer my questions that give me security thate they gonna be in my side if i need them.

I have several of the Manscaped products from the Lawn Mower to the Crop Cleanser and everything in-between. I can tell you with these products you will feel better, have more confidence in that private area and your partner will definitely see and feel a difference.

So far, its been great! Excellent products. Super easy to choose and buy. The quaterly plan works great for me and my boys...(Sons!) Thank you! I also love that I can donate to Testicular cancer research! Go Balls!

I was hesitant to buy it not sure it was going to work as well as they said … then one day I went ahead and ordered it … To my surprise it does everything they say it does. No nick no bumps just the best smooth shave ever. I also love the fact I can use it in the shower….
