The grooming tools I have purchased and used have been very helpful in keeping clean shaven and comfortable. Shipping was fairly fast as well, and the optional replenishment kits to keep the blades in top form are a handy touch. I would recommend anyone to give them a shot!
I got the "Foot Duster" product and tried it out. I was amazingly surprised on its performance the first time I used it. It went on easy (just spray) and the fragrance it gave off smelt good. The directions said to wait for it to dry before putting anything on. After a regular day of work and personal errands, I could still smell the product after removing my boots. That's a huge plus for me. I've been using the "duster" for almost a month and have been really pleased with it. I will be buying this again.

Everyone knows the clever advertising and names, but the products and attentive service are even more surprising. In a good way. Very attentive and send items that are new for you to try etc. Be sure to try them and you will see. I am at my office writing this review so I do not have any access to proof of purchase however I am replying to an email if that counts.
It has been a month and I have yet to receive my order. The tracking information is way out of date and Customer Service will not reply or give me any more information on when the order will arrive. This was supposed to be a Christmas present. Very disappointed,
I have the lawn mower 3.0 I used maybe 20 times, The advertisement says product is waterproof when my mower stopped working after very little use I reached out to customer service for a replacement they pretty much told me to piss off, I decided to take mower apart looking for damage, the inside was completely rusted, The battery and terminal rusted, motherboard rusted, horrible product do not buy

Lawn mower is fantastic. Replacement blades are easy to do.
Had a problem with nose razor and service rep was very respect full and helpful to assist me. 5 star for product and there service.
Phenomenal product, it has the versatility that I was looking for. My Husband & I love all the manscape products, from the crop revitalize to the plow and of course the lawn mowers. Clean close cut without razor burn or nicks.
I have been trying for months to cancel my account as I do not wish to be part of a subscription service that they automatically signed me up for when I originally ordered product. It is impossible to get a hold of anyone. I have tried multiple email addresses and their contact us page on their website. I have sent 5 different emails and have never received a response. My only alternative is to now contact the credit card company to reverse the charges.

All of the products are amazing. They give me everything I need to feel fresh and comfortable down there. Especially the boxers, I've bought a least 7 more pairs, and will probably buy more in the future. They're just so comfortable.
This is a scam. The get you to order the product and the start charging you months later random charges. I am currently disputing a random charge of 25 dollars with PayPal months after i purchased thus product. Very deceitful company. Wish i never ordered. I was thinking of getting a second product at one time but i will buy from Philips or Remington as the are reputable companies. Wish i could five negative stars.

Bought my shaver just before the third generation came out. My second generation shaver works so fantastic. I can only imagine how good the third generation works. I'm totally thrilled to use my shaver on my 67 year old equipment. Love how it leaves me feeling fresh and clean. Can't get that feeling with any old razor. Love the customer support.
If by now you don't have one of their products then you need to get one. We like our partners to be trimmed then we need to do the same.
Off the bat u get a book that says u need a certain angle or a guard to shave... completely opposite of what it's meant for. Didn't even get to my balls thank god cuz i have nicks and cuts on my neck and armpits from it.
I was using philips that i bought from walmart before for 20$ and it did a better job!
So not worth it and im never trying another product from them.
The lawnmower 3.0 is definitely worth your money! I purchased through the perfect package and enjoyed all of the extras that came with it. I had the original lawn mower and it died on me after about 2-3 years. I liked it but this one IS SO MUCH BETTER. It is literally like night and day and I highly recommend the product.
I would give them 5 stars but like others have complained about, I also had issues with shipping. Heard nothing for over a week and then reached out after about 10 days to find out a few days later when someone decided to respond, that it had been shipped but no email notifying me that it did. They also used DHL which is like the worst shipping service known to man. Got held up in the transition from DHL to USPS for over a week! I finally got the product about 3 and half weeks after ordering. Shipping could be improved to match the great product!

Having read through the reviews I am now a very unhappy customer. I seem to be experiencing the same issues as plenty of other people in the fact I send an email and get no response! They were very quick to take my money but not to provide me with a confirmation email, order number or any responses to my emails. What a load of rubbish the customer care is. I will be sure to leave terrible reviews everywhere I can.

I've been a customer of Manscaped for some time now, buying a Lawn Mower 3.0 for myself and then after loving it so much I later bought one for my brother. Shortly after that, I started to have issues charging it, but after contacting support and getting a quick response, I resolved the issue. Eventually, however, the thing stopped working entirely and would not charge. This was fine for a while as I shared a bathroom with my brother, I just used his working one by replacing the razor with one of my own. This worked for a while until eventually, the same issue befell my brother's Lawn Mower 3.0
I contacted Manscaped Customer Service and within minutes I had not just my own, but my brother's replacement Lawn Mower 3.0 on the way, completely free.
It is a shame that the thing broke in two examples after only having them for a year, but with customer service like that I really can't be mad.
First of all this product had a amusing and professional package and was so enjoyable to open and view all the parts of this package. Then the trimmer includes such a smoothing feeling and has no pain and makes that part of the day of maintenance way more smoothly then used by other products. I 100% recommend this product and is such a great thing that is constantly useful either at home or while traveling!
I started my below the waist grooming a few years ago, and was disappointed with the tools that were available. Not one trimmer had the power, ergonomic design, or ease of charge that the lawnmower 3.0 has. I have been using the lawnmower for over a month and have found no faults. I spotted Manscaped from a commercial on T. V. and was impressed with the presentation from the company, and I was not disappointed when I finally visited the website, being able to order order easily and pick up a substantial discount! As stated it was well worth the investment.
Extremely happy with this razor. I have had it since July without issue. I can't help but to find the packaging and branding humorous, too. I do recommend the razor for itself, though. Follow directions for a clean scape and no scrapes. My lawn's not that bushy, so maybe it makes a difference for others - I dunno.
