I like the product but their "replenish" process is shady. They emailed saying they are replenishing my products. I had not signed up. Their comment back was if you don't choose an option they will put you on the 3 month replenish program.
This turned me off. I love their advertising and like their product but I felt taken advantage of.

We now have two options on our product pages which allows users to choose an individual product OR the product plus the subscription. I hope this helps.
