I purchased two pants on November 2022 in addition to other products in the same order. My usual size is M and the two pants were in size M. I did not bothered to check size by taking a trial if the items when it got delivered on November/December 2022. On top of that I was on vacation on December, so did not have the time to check and in my mind they were size M, so it should be fine. But when I get to wear the pants a few days back February 2023, it occurred to me that one of the pant is fitting and one is not even thought they both are of same size. By this time the return window of 30 days is closed and I reached Mango customer service by email. They are just instructing me to generate the return code from the website even though I am explaining on repeat that the return option will not show up for me as the return has been ended. They will responding the same over and over again and will not help me. Please beware of the size of the Mango clothing items. Make sure you check and trial them if you order anything from them within the return window because the size doesn't match as they describe it on their website. I am attaching my email conversion with Mango to proof how they treated me even though I had been a long term customer of them. I will keep in mind never to purchase from this website as I did not receive proper help and assistance as I expected. Very disappointing.

FALSE DELIVERY

I ORDER BACK ON 12/27/2022 AND ON 02/02/2023 MANGO SAID IT WAS DELIVERED TO MY POST OFFICE. I WENT TO THE POST OFFICE AND THE TRACKING NUMBER FROM MANGO DID NOT EXIST WITH THE US POSTAL SERVICE. THIS IS A SCAM. I WANT MY PACKAGE OR A FULL REFUND. I GAVE SENT SEVERAL NOTIFICATIONS AND THEY HAVE NOT REPLIED...

Worst experience
February 9, 2023

I used Apple Pay and they send my item to a different address than on my Apple Pay. I informed them of this and they told me to go to go to the address and try and get the item. Not only did they refuse to help me but that is so dangerous to send someone to a strangers home to ask for a package. They wouldn't work with me in any way. Don't use this company

I remembered this store from the mall 15 years ago and decided to look them up. Apparently they are exclusive to EU now, but I looked up their online store, liked what I saw and made 2 orders. They both were received quickly I wouldn't have even known they were shipped internationally. One order was even at the peak of the holiday season.

I bought a total of 6 items and I am really happy with the quality of them all. One was too small which I sent back for an exchange. They didn't have my requested size and instead refunded that amount in full automatically.

I don't review often but seeing their low score online I wanted to leave my praise - I'll definitely be checking back for future buys!

SCAM CO.! BWARE! A company that ignores your emails but replies with one automated "SORRY FOR THE DELAY " over and over again. Then instantaneously, the replies on your Inbox disappear. Meaning they do not want to be traced! Be wise. Take a picture of every single one of them. DO NOT CLICK THE LINKS THEY SEND TO YOU, THEY ARE TRYING HACK YOU!
THEY DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT ON THE WEBSITE SO YOU CAN NOT REPORT YOUR PURCHASE> BUT THE BANK HAS TRANSACTION!
CALL YOUR BANK REPORT FRAUD, that's how I got my money back after so long waiting for respo and products.

The worst

Worst customer experience, no answer on emails, their customer service center never answers too. Some products look totally different from the photo online and in real life. I never, EVER will buy again from Mango and would recommend doing the same to all my acquaintances

Poor customer service!

I bought something in October last year, wanted to return 2 pants. They sent me the return label a month after I requested it. And after they sent an email confirmation for the return, I am waiting for the refund in my bank account, it's been a month now! Nothing! When I call the customer service they are very useless so I don't know what to do to get my money back!

Terrible customer service. They take forever on returns and refunds. They have had the merchandise Since 12/29/22 and I have yet to receive my refund. Very poor response. I won't be buying from here again. Make sure you know it will fit and you don't need to return it otherwise good luck getting your money back.

What does one do at this point? After 30 days of "shipment in transit " Mango updated my order to delivered which I never received.

I have purchased in October 2022, article was wrong, they came and collect the item and when they brought the replacement it was again wrong. I have asked more than 50 collections and they just ignore them, then they have a legal agreement to collect item in 60 days, they never came and they refuse to refund. Instead, they organize more collections to my address which never happen. MANGO STEAL FROM ITS CUSTOMERS! All the crew on customer support are underdeveloped human beings whit no purpose on their existence at all, they protect the brand and give ZERO HELP TO CUSTOMERS.

This company keeps changes the window dressing so that they can keep defrauding customers. I ordered 3 shirts 5 months ago and have only received 2. Both shirts were the wrong size and awful quality. One looked nothing like what I ordered. The cost to send it back is more than the shirts are worth. I have just lost that money. Beware of these so called GOOD DEALS!

My order DE5WZZ was placed on Jan 05, for some reason, the address was not correct. Right after the order placement, I contacted them about the wrong address. There was no option to edit the address on the website. I got an email later saying they transferred the request to other departments. Though everything was resolved then today I received a notification saying that the order left the warehouse and the address is incorrect. I called them twice and got the answer that they submitted the cancellation request but cannot guarantee the cancelation. Nothing can be done. Honestly, I do not know how they work together that make a request made right after the order cannot be corrected. Now I have to track the order and if it is gone I lost money. It is very risky for the customer this way. However, this is the last time I ordered from them since it is very inconvenient if something happened. Hate you MANGO!

I love their clothes but...

Shipping is very slow. They tell me something has left a warehouse several days before the shipper indicates that they have the package. The package is in limbo until the day before it is delivered. They also have some weird policies, like no price adjustments. You have to order one at the lower price and return the one that was not on sale. That being said, the clothing is beautiful and seems to be of high quality. I love their stuff so I tolerate the slow shipping.

Delay Salary

The HR does not seem to be anxious when employees are not receiving salaries on time. The HR also won't check email regularly. Delaying salaries can also be a breach of contract. Do be more mindful because people might have families to feed or endless bills to pay.

Joke of a company

I bought a blouse from Mango after I saw a YouTuber recommend it. When I received the blouse, I washed it, which I always do before wearing. The buttonhole near the top of the blouse frayed terribly and I couldn't fix it. I got a return label. Over a month ago and sent it back. Crickets. I sent them a message. Crickets. It takes 12 days, they said. Crickets. I have not gotten a new blouse or a refund. Needless to say, I will NEVER order from this shoddy, ridiculous company again. I'd rate them a zero, if I could.

Can't modify your order even one second after it's put through. You have to wait for MANGO to take 2 weeks to ship your order to you and the return it and then re order it.

Worst delivery experience too. Chose redelivery and instead DHL left my parcel at a location 50 minutes away from me. Took half a day off work to pick up an order that I have to refund anyway.

Great customer service

I purchased two ladies bags from mango.I got a mail saying delivered left at front door, unfortunately there was nothing there. I should have checked the reviews before purchasing but I didn't I got worried and decided to now check the reviews I got more worried after reading all the bad things customers have been going through. I called customer service and spoke to a gentleman whose name I have forgotten. He was so helpful and very polite to me and promised to send me another one. True to his words I got my items today. I think the problem they are having with people not getting their items is with the courier services they are using.

Disastrous

I have been waiting for my order for over two weeks. I specifically ordered prior to Black Friday so as not to be stuck in the busy period. In the meantime the order still shows as 'being prepared' and I got a notification that an item has since gotten out-of-stock!
The customer care team does not reply or gives generic answers. The phones are not answered.

The reviews on Instagram posts are terrible too.
