Answer:

Only way to find out is to wait. Because I ordered a dress and it arrived 5 days after my order but the Mango website said within 30 days. I was also nervous because after placing my order, I checked the reviews. Hopefully it arrives.

I just received mine today in Canada and I didnt pay anything, it arrived with DHL, shipped from Barcelona.

You can extort a reply out of them by complaining publicly under their Instagram posts. But their replies are not too helpful...

I think only swimwear collections since I searched on google and didn't see anything for resort wear, but I did see swim wear on Mango.

Hi, i've already paid my order using my credit card and one day later i received email from mango stated that due to some reasons (that i couldnt barely understand) they couldnt process my order. i checked my status order became 'cancelled'. the problem here is that i found mango was already billed the payment on my credit card. will they refund my money or keep processing my order?

Answer:

If it's a credit card you better contact the issuing bank zlto get this refunded through them. Mango's customer. Service and refunds are extremely slow (if ever).
