Makemytrip have provided the worst service to my parents who decided to travel with them to jammu and Kashmir. The package included AC car but the Ac was not working whole day. And Driver misguided my parents that going to Sonmarg is not a good idea and they might miss their flight next day if they get stuck in traffic that night and he said if they wish to go it will be on my parents own risk which was very misleading and irresponsible after paying for the package it's their responsibility to take ownership and make sure everything in the itinerary is covered. We will never choose make my trip again.
Make My trip is not give value to old customer. They are booked hotel from another platform and he is not checking the hotel room condition before given to customer. I am sending the money for hotel but his property not good and not in condition. I am on trip with my family. They don't have any sens I am standing there 1 hr but customer support team not resolving the problem after that I am chasing for my money which is spend for hotel. Last 4 to 5 days I am coordinate with him but the only told give 48 hrs and they are ignore to customer on every call they ask what's is the problem. Today is 5 day but still they are don't give any compensation and my money which is spend for hotel booking.
I am sending hotel video also what type hotel provide to customer.
I booked a trip with MakeMyTrip, which came without hassles.
The review is primarily about the spam they send to me daily. I receive on average 1 to 2 emails daily and the option to unsubscribe (in their email) serves no function. I have tried to unsubscribe on SO many occasions and it does not appear to take effect.
I have gone back to their website and reviewed my profile, and there is no option to reject their SPAM! Urgh!
Needless to say, i will no longer be using their services!

A big NO to make my trip. They booked tickets for me for x dollars and came back next day saying the airlines rejected their request to process the ticket and offered me to either get a refund or book tickets at the current rate which was 300$ more. He was very very reluctant to compensate for his mistake and does not care about losing a customer for no fault of the curtomer.
I have been trying to change an afternoon flight to a morning flight for 2 days. The system is set that unless you notice that you are being charged for trip insurance and actively click no, you will be charged. There is no way one can get to talk to a human being, the automated system does not work. I have been charged twice for the same purchase, or tried to purchase a ticket and after a dozen attempts, the payment does not go through. Such a waste of time and energy. Never using MMT again.
I booked my flight with them. The flight got unoperational and I received no information from their end. I asked for money refund and they just kept on postponing to even confirm on that. Their process is so slow. I don't think they deserve even a single star but the site says its mandatory.
I have now tried 5 times trying make an amendment to my current reservations from Delhi to Jaipur using your website and all 5 times I receive a message that it is processing, but then it stops. I am not changing the date of my travel, just a later time... 17:55 departure time. I even tried to use the 100 Rs credit I have on my account and it took that credit but would not accept the remaining payment via a credit card that I used previously. There is no explanation that the website is experiencing technical issues with your website or any communication for that matter. And now, I have been on the phone for 1 hour trying to resolve this matter and I have yet to get anywhere with calling in. I have never been so disappointed with service in my life, nor have I experienced such dysfunctional operations. I will NEVER use your service again, and I will be sure to communicate to all my friends and family.
When it comes to my experience with make my trip it was all good and fantastic as it was an unplanned but in the peak hours they provided us with the best hotel on our destination spot with other facilities.

When I was booking hotel online with this site they were showing only RS. 800 per room per night but when I clicked on booking they added RS. 6000 extra charges without any reason. Worst experience I have ever had.
I am continuously mailing them. I am totally frustrated but they are not making me refund of flight cancelled by airline. Please help me, I want my refund of ticket. I has been an year I am struggling. Dont go for makemytrip at all. I will advice you guys. These days they are not even bothering to reply me on the mail. One of the very bad experience in make my trip,they are not even bothered to take responsibility of hotels what we book.Very bad. I have been using MakeMyTrip for booking hotels since i travel a lot. I am very much satisfied with the discounts and also the service rendered by them. I always found their service to be hassle free. Discounts, range and quality of hotels have always been the best. I love this site and would definitely recommend them to my friends and relative.
Customer service is pathetic, not at professionalat all, especially Dubai back office staffs, they don't care about your concern and never call back if they promise, I lost money for my 2 bookings, no response or call back

Never ever book tickets using makemytrip. They will neither provide any bookingID nor they will refund money. I am yet to get ******* Rs since 24Jan, 2015 and i am continuously calling and mailing customer care. Very pathetic service. Dont get cheated by their offers. 23 requests are raised which is escalated to highest (4th) management level. Still they will not respond to our calls or emails. Everytime they just sends out an auto reply asking to wait for 72 working hours. Utter waste site

Never book a ticket from make my trip travels, in reality they don't exist, they don't have support number, customer care is only IVRS for fresh bookings, once booked, you cannot even see ur booking in upcomming schedule, this app will not allow to cancel, and every time your refund is a big zero. This a fraud travel agency, what else one can say about

No one should ever buy tickets through makemytrip. I made a mistake of buying an International ticket from them with Booking ID (IN1306B6S*******). They changed the flight details without informing us. I came to know about the changes while adding one more passenger to the same booking otherwise we would have missed the flight.
Now, from last 5 days I have been calling customer care to issue the new e-ticket but they fail to do so. Travel is in 4 days and I don't have the tickets. Customer care service is pathetic, they don't have adequate information on why the tickets are not being issued. They never forward their calls to the floor manager.
Never buy tickets from them.

We had booked hotel king garden for 1 night ( Royal room with AC bathtub. I would like thanks to MMT for sush fabulous discount. Going ahead hotel is awesome since there is no view from hotel as same is located on ground. But rooms were well cleaned,,, special thanks to hotel management for such lightening fast room service. Food was fantastic really happy with food which made my day so happy... also all points are closed from location. Only swimming pool is not maintained properly... rest hotel is fine and awesome.
I used Makemytrip around 10 years ago and it was fantastic so when returning to India i just went straight back. The booking process was still simple, but the website has a bug in its payment section which is not allowing me to fully process payments. I am now getting automated emails that the bookings will be cancelled if i do not pay but there is NO way i can find to speak to anyone. The so called 24x7 service line is a bot that only gives a handful of standard options and has no means to enter a question to have someone look at and respond. So useless and frustrating. Unfortuantely I would say now to go elsewhere
Answer: I had a tough time getting back my refund as flight was cancelled. Flight cancellation hassle was due to airline which was a different story, but they surely did not help in refund. Finally got refund after 4 months. Cant comment on other aspects but getting Refund from them was painful and difficult, to say the least.
