I have been trying to change an afternoon flight to a morning flight for 2 days. The system is set that unless you notice that you are being charged for trip insurance and actively click no, you will be charged. There is no way one can get to talk to a human being, the automated system does not work. I have been charged twice for the same purchase, or tried to purchase a ticket and after a dozen attempts, the payment does not go through. Such a waste of time and energy. Never using MMT again.
