The service and quality of the urns from Mainely urns are excellent. During a time when your pet or loved one has passed can be extremely difficult. In the last 3 years, I've had 3 pets pass away. I ordered my urns from Mainely because of the quality at first. They had a beautiful Black Schnauzer on top. Mainely's customer service worked with me to make sure the name plate was perfect. All 3 of my pets name plates match, but have their uniqueness too.

It was my second time ordering from Mainely Urns and it won't be my last. My experience with Mainely Urns has been great both times. My family and I loved how both urns turned out and we're happy that our loved ones can rest in beautiful urns that were perfectly customized for them.

If my family has a certain personalization they would like for an urn order, all I have to do is ask and Mainely Urns will work with me to make it happen. I was able to add inscription lines, use fonts that the team didn't list but had in their tool box, and use multiple fonts for the urn.

The team let me know the process for the order. Since I had personalization, they sent over a proof within a few days of placing the order for me to approve. I didn't have a rush order and thought the overall turnaround time from order placement to receiving it in hand was very reasonable (~1 week for order + production and ~1 week for delivery since I'm on the opposite side of the country).

The team at Mainely Urns is amazing to work with and I can count on their professionalism.

I made an error (flipped birth and death dates) and one of the members at Mainely Urns caught it for me. They've also advised on a customization that wouldn't show up well on the urn.

I made a mistake on the first inscription, but they let you review and correct it. I had a stupid question about how to open the box and they were very gracious about answering it politely. (Unscrew screws on the bottom)

No one wants cremated ashes to deal with, but this urn is a perfect resting place for these ashes.
