This was my 3rd order for a name plate for my kitties that I've lost. I have nothing but good things to say. Good quality, great customer service, timely shipping. Great company!

First, let me say that Mainely Urns has the largest variety of urns and keepsakes. Second, the staff at Mainely Urns was on top of every aspect of the process. The keepsake urns arrived promptly without issue. The larger urn was a special order and was damaged in shipping, but Mainely Urns had already handled it before I even knew this happened. They were prompt with responses and requests. Every business should run this well! Thank you, Mainely Urns, for a very positive experience during a difficult period.

With the situation at hand this was an overall GREAT experience given the circumstances. They had great customer service and really did everything to meet my needs all the way down to the military discount. I recommend them too anybody in a need for this type of service. Having to euthanize one of our beloved pets, we wanted to place his ashes in a velvet bag. Mainely Urns had the right size and color to meet our needs, Shipped promptly after the order, and communicated well along the process. Very pleased.

The urn I purchased is just right. Although bigger than I expected, I am happy because I was able to put my dogs collar and leash in with his ashes. I am very thankful and happy Great quality and packing quick shipping!

I'm very satisfied with the urn other than it's smaller than I had anticipated. I went on weight of my dog & he was under 50lbs, the urn I ordered was suppose to accommodate up to 75lbs, in order to fit we had to take the ashes out of the sack. It worked but I was disappointed that I had to remove the ashes from the sack.

This urn is the perfect tribute and final resting place for my dog, Reign, who we often call Reignbow. It's even more lovely in person than in the online photos.

Such a beautiful urn to be the final resting place for our precious boy. We have purchased one for each of our deceased fur babies and I will continue to for as long as we have pets.

I am very satisfied with the service of Mainely Urns. It was easy to purchase, and the travel urn was reasonably priced (we are on a budget, as I had been traveling from the West Coast to the Midwest every other month to help care for my dying father since fall of 2021). The only easy thing about this whole experience was working with Mainely Urns so I could get a TSA approved travel urn to bring my father's remains home (the USPS has also been very helpful. Kudos to them-I ended up mailing my father's remains to avoid any flight issues). The urn came very quickly, before we received Dad's remains. It was packaged well, came quickly, and I was pleasantly surprised to see they had US made urns that used recycled plastic. Dad loved nature and many of my fondest memories are with him out in the woods. Having the option to purchase something that is in some way reducing harm to our environment means a lot to honor his memory and the places he loved. If I could give a 10 star review, I would. No hick ups, no issues, less stress for us during this already stressful time for my family and myself. I would recommend them to others.

Also, there was a hand signed card in the box. It doesn't seem like much, but I like little reminders of the human element. I hope my small purchase did something to promote the business.
