We have been using at the company where I work this service since over 5 months now and it is very reliable. Emails go to inbox and I have really nothing to complain
Have been paying for service for over a year...employee who set up the account has left.trying to get another person listed so we can start sending emails again...no one available to talk to...no number.only looping bots...can't get access to our clients or database...needed a ton of info to verify that we owned the account...sent...but no action...stay away from them...

I created an account and gave details about my sending habits and what I planned to use Mailjet for. They banned my account forever and refused to give any kind of reason. There is absolutely no way to appeal this. It's bad policy to give out permanent bans to companies based on one client's sending practices.

Ok so the decision is permanent then? Like I will never be able to use Mailjet ever in the future?
Banned our account for no reason. This is fraud, stay away from them!
Made our email templates with them, spent hours creating the templates and then they blocked us from our account without providing any reason.
We are still waiting for our refund, we couldn't even use them or send out a single email campaign cause we've been blocked immediately.

I am trying to test their service and have configured my domains and added specific sender address which are all verified. However everything I send an email out I get an email saying the following: We are contacting you as you (or one of your team members) tried to send an email with sender address: *******@postmaster.leadgurus.org. But this sender address has not been validated yet on your account: 8b9f15c1c24c4633ecbbb*******e4b.
You would think that this would be an easy fix. However I can't reach a human to help. Their ai chatbot is the worst. I had a useless 30 minute conversation with the bot who gave me the option to create a support ticket. When click on create ticket it took me back to the knowledgebase and started a fresh chat session. AAAARRRRGGGHHHHH!
Opened an account, used it to setup my service. An hour later the account was terminated due to a breach of Fair Use Policy. Contacted support, provided proofs, details, case use. Account remained closed. When I asked why I got a generic paragraph and a link to the policy. The agents refuse to help me understand why. Not reliable.
I have provided all the documentation related to the registration of the company to MailJet, purchased a paid account, validated the domain and sender email addresses etc. yet every now and then they keep suspending the account without any notice and without any reason. The MailJet account is used in production capacity and so we cannot have it closed randomly out of anywhere. Yet when it happens there is not even a single phone number that we can call to resolve the issue!

I tried mailjet out starting with a free tier account. All my emails are transactional emails. Everything was pretty good. For the second month, I upgraded my account to a paid tier ($16/month) because I anticipated higher email volume. Everything was still good. After the second month, I downgraded my account back to the free tier due to lower email volume. This was when everything went unstable. Emails were missing delivery randomly. Some emails were delayed quite a bit. Sometimes the API only responded to repeated requests. This instability was correlated to downgrading my account. My plan was upgrading and downgrading my account based on my needs. Apparently this pushed their wrong button. I contacted them twice, once through email, once through feedback link. No response. Below was my exact message to them. Mailjet, don't bother to ask me to contact you to work anything out. I tried, I gave up and moved to another provider. I am happy now.
"I adjusted my account based on expected email volume. The downgrade was due to the expected volume in the near future. When volume goes up, I will upgrade again. HOWEVER, since the downgrade, I noticed marked degradation in performance. Some emails didn't get sent, sometimes the API was not responsive. I didn't see that before the downgrade. Can you provide an answer?"
The site says phone and slack support for Silver and above subscription. After registering, they say they have no such service. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!
They terminated our account right after we paid for reasons no one knows despite being fully GDPR compliant. They terminated the account without warning shutting down development that costed us $$ not including delays to our projects.
What a nightmare, if you're forced into using this garbage because you use 1and1 or INOS get ready for lots of wasted time. Because who ever designed this prehistoric poorly designed, bloated malware program should be in prison for life. What a joke, when you click on online marketing in 1and1 console your lead down a path of wasted time where NOTHING Saves after wasting your time why? Because its designed that way to waste time instead of clicking on one button and then each step is before you in setting it up. Its a game of frustration and you're always get the same BS response from MailJet, see our support staff for help. Hello if you software was designed and created properly then it would be intuitive and obvious, but set up is a not that way. Sending emails is yet another nightmare, you will always be limited to 100 emails even after a year.
Designing emails is a major pain, try cutting and pasting from the same campaign? Simple things are impossible and often your work is lost as it logs you out in minutes less than you can do work in. It's just a very spotty, badly implemented piece of software by someone who thinks they know what they're doing. I found out it's French which is worse as they are well known poor software programmers.
It's better to sign up with someone else like MailChimp but at all costs avoid ANYTHING with Mailjet on it, and of course their response will always be "Oh that's simple contact our support team" Lies only lies to get you to waste more time
They blocked my account without any reason, and after that, they charged my credit card for first time. Incredible!
They're scammers, be careful and try to use another one email service.

Despite a very clean e-mail list they stopped my e-mail campaigns. They do not allow affiliate marketing they say.
Absolutely bad, they sent all my email to spambox because they have no proper tutorial about their SPF record into Google Domain and the support doesn't answer you.
On top they didn't credit back ******* email and i also lost a domain name that is now marked as spam everywhere...

My sending activity on my account has been suspended for over a month. After making all their change requests they have gone completely dark on me. Not a single reply from them in well over a week. I've opened half a dozen new support ticket requests, replied to old tickets asking for help, and emailed them directly all to absolutely no effect. My account is still suspended and they've left me with no path forward. This hurts my business directly. They obviously don't care at all about customer support and satisfaction. Avoid Mailjet AT ALL COSTS
Avoid this service like the plague! They are non responsive. They will block your email campaigns for absolutely no reason. They have certain thresholds a customer must reach and I destroyed every threshold! They even sent me an email and yet they still withhold the campaign. They will send it at a time they choose and not the customer. Also, they will not respond to any emails or tickets. It has been 3 weeks. I refuse to work with this company and I advise EVERYONE to do the same. There is hundreds of other options that do the same thing MUCH BETTER!
I raised a ticket #*******. It's been four days and they won't reply.
So I raised another ticket for asking why they are not replying. The issue was quite urgent. Then in a very short time, I saw the ticket was closed.
So they have time to close my ticket, but they don't have time or they don't want to reply to a ticket. Very interesting.
Their attitude of doing nothing is the worst and the rudest I've ever seen in my years of working with several email service companies.
And I see that they blame this to the pandemic. But many other good companies, they are not doing this. Your problem is your problem, don't try to blame someone else.

Mailjet has the worst help desk in the world. Never had this bad helpdesk experience. The employees simply don't want to read, answer and help you properly!
Spent hours building a template, uploading contacts and scheduling campaigns. Sent the first campaign to for the first contact list and they blocked the rest without any reason. We raised a support ticket - the only response was that they cut us off and kept the money. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I sent one campaign to my subscribers I imported directly from Mailchimp. Immediately before the campaign even went live I was banned. Since then it has been 4 months of me trying to get them to remove the limit on emails from my account.
This has got to be the worst piece of garbage ever designed. 1and1 is forcing this piece of junk program upon their customers and it's so poorly designed totally NOT intuitive and confusing the choice of English words is horrendous a child could do better. It's been a nightmare and 1and1 has lost thousands of dollar but they bought into this $#*! before forcing it down our throats
We were forced to use this crap program that is all PC online based, it constantly changes so the instructions are useless and even the FAQ wastes your time with complicate explanations. People want simple, easy to use and this is nothing like that. Sure you can use the ugly templates. But adding text you can't even cut and paste from word or note pad. Constant nagging about "don't sent too many emails. Problem is this nagging stays forever like you're an idiot. So much wasted space on the interface, huge useless buttons you never use and then where you need to work there is clutter like the floating formatting box that is always in the way. Careful if you hit the wrong key it will do strange stuff and usually erase your work or delete it completely, times out all the time. And you can't delete emails once done with them it demands you archive them, whats with that useless crap idea. Its just really a frustrating program and right when I get a hang of it without asking they change things and now when you open an email you have to click "design it" what the hell is that all about, the boxes got huge on their own and I not longer can see images from already sent emails that at copied. Beware it only works on certain browsers as well and if you ask you host to help they blame it on Firefox or Chrome but then why does it not work with the number 1 and 2 browsers. Avoid if you can.
I was using their SMTP server for a couple of weeks. There was a little problem that my emails got blocked as spam, but the support helped me to solve it an my emails were running again the next day.
The same day, unfortunately, my browser messed up my passwords and I could not login anymore. I tried multiple times to reset the password, but the email never arrived.
I used the link "Having trouble loggin in?" to send a message to support. No reply. Two hours after I sent another one. The next day I received a reply saying "you seem to be logging in with a wrong email".
While I did input the wrong email a couple of times because my browser inserted it automatically, I used the correct one more than 10 times. I requested password reset link 3-4 times and it never arrived.
I replied that they must be joking and that I can't understand why such a simple issue takes so long to solve.
Since then I did not hear from them. Today is the third day I can't access my account, in the morning I sent another ticket to support but still no reply.
I guess I'm gonna have to find a different provider.
I giving them just 1 star because it mindboggles me why a lost password can be unsolvable. It looks like that don't care.
From the moment you create an account with them (I have to basic accounts for two websites) you are asked to contact the support team so that they can lift your sending limitations. After contacting them you get questioned in the worst way possible about your business and how you create your leads. They insulted me and my business!
I have not sent ONE email and yet I was considered as a criminal. Hope you go out of business, ASAP! DO NOT USE THEIR SERVCE!
