Upset was charged for this water bottle and I Never received it! I emailed numerous times and they said it was delivered. I get my packages all the time from other places. Please be careful ordering from them. Months past by and I'm still waiting.
I purchased a customized blanket and it turned out to be the size of a doggy blanket. They wouldn't return my emails asking to reorder in time for Christmas (I offered to pay again for the reorder but again NO RESPONSE!)
Purchased a $40 acrylic plaque of family with names printed on it well they spelled them wrong and won't issue a replacement or refund. They would not connect me to a supervisor or give me a phone number. And they said it was my fault. Never again will I buy from them. Poor service they don't put the custermor first
After a one month wait, the customized mug finally arrived at my daughter's house. The Macorner rep replied promptly to my inquiry on Day 27 that the reason the status still showed awaiting shipment, was due to a lack of "human resources" at the time of shipping and the package did not get scanned in at time of transit. Interestingly, it showed up 3 days after I sent the inquiry which makes me wonder if it really had been shipped yet or not. Either way, it's here now and my daughter says it's great quality and she loves it. I'm updating my review to 4 stars now. The product would get 5 stars, but the shipping hassle was a mess.
I ordered a Mother/Daughter mug for my daughter on August 7th. MC#388730. On August 19th, I received email that my order was on its way via UPS and a tracking number assigned. I repeatedly checked the tracking results, but every time it still shows "Shipment ready for UPS", "The delivery date will be provided as soon as possible". I've downloaded the Shop app, but the tracking results show the same thing. I've submitted a message to Macorner under the Contact Us page and I'm awaiting a response. My credit card was promptly charged for the order on August 7th so payment is not the problem. Based upon this poor quality of service, I cannot recommend this company to anyone.
I ordered four acrylic Christmas ornaments with a picture of me and my siblings. Receive them today, and couldn't possibly be any happier with the craftsmanship. I absolutely love them and know that they will be loved by those I give them to.
I thought wow they have great items, well beware. I ordered a leather bag from them. 50 plus bucks, They said they sent it, but part of the address was missing, my sister has been there for 20 years, every mail person knows her. So I heard it was sent back. Well I put my foot in my mouth and showed family what I ordered. So had to order it again. So now 110bucks and I'm praying. There answer was to reorder and they would only charge me 25 bucks. Yeah didn't happen. So if you order good luck I paid double, over a month late and still nothing…

NEVER buy from Macorner… overseas scam
They took over 2 months to send my product. Long after the expected ship date. When I got the product (outdoor door mat) it was all wrinkled, very thin, poor quality and the personalizations looked terrible. The mat was supposed to be an outdoor welcome mat, but it was made of fabric that cannot be out in the weather without getting ruined.
They refused any refund and I contacted them right away.
I'd never buy from them again!

I ordered a shirt from this company a cute Father's Day One $40 waited 2 weeks and then boom I get an email saying it's delivered I run outside to look no delivery not at the house not in the mailbox. Now 3 Days later customer service is refusing to communicate with me I've sent email after email with no response they got their $40 there's no phone number to reach anybody. All I would like is a refund or a replacement item sent but they will not honor it they scammed me don't trust this company.
Save your time and money! I received my personalized order and it was poorly constructed and messy, staples sticking out and tape uneven. I would be embarrassed to give this to anyone! Shameful rip-off!
You complete a ticket for a call back, but no one ever reaches out. I placed an order, my payment went through and I never received a confirmation email or order #. There's no phone number or email. You just submit ticket after ticket and no one ever calls you back. Never again! Calling my bank to dispute the charge and BBB.

I ordered 2 personalized ornaments from them. 1 was correct, the other not. There is no customer service. There is no returns apparently in my situation. You Google a contact for Macorner, and it gives you a 800 number which guides you to another number. Upon calling the other number, they ask you to download anydesk. It is a scam app to steal your data. Do not fall for this. I did, but luckily they didn't steal anything. But upon using that they pretended to help me get refund (total way off) via Amazon (claims its not working) and then Google play. They actually ask you to check your bank account and this point, which thankfully mine is encrypted. Then they say we will have to figure it out on our end and call you back. I got gut feeling something was wrong at this point, and I decided to Google legitimacy of anydesk. The scammer kept x-ing me out fast. 2x. The 2nd time they accessed my camera and faced it towards me. It was eerie. So at that point I literally deleted anydesk promptly. I have been watching my accounts since. DO NOT TRUST MACORNER OR ANYTHING ANYDESK!

They will not let you return for a refund, when you dispute with Paypal they lie and send messages to prove their case that they never sent. On May 23rd I ordered my husband and Father's Day gift. A t-shirt with our kids names on it. In plenty of time to receive it by father's day. After finally wondering where my order was on Monday of this week I call the post office it was sent back to sender due to undeliverable address. Before I contacted them I double checked my order to make sure I did not make a mistake entering my address. Of course I did not I have been here over 3 years and I just received another package that very day. After trying to find a phone number which there is none I emailed them it took two days to get reply and 24 hours between every reply after. It's very hard to get anything resolved that way. They are agreeing after blaming everybody from myself to the post office to resend it to me but they will not expedite it even though this is their fault. So now my husband will not have his gift in time. Instead of having it two weeks early it's now going to be 2 weeks late. I'm so beyond upset over this I have literally no gift now
This company could do much better with the website for customer services and providing customer service. I have been trying to work with them for mistakes that happened with shirts ordered. Both were not right. I ordered a medium shirt for my wife and mens 3X. When I finally received the order neither shirt was correct. The medium for my wife was nowhere close to what I ordered and the 3X was for a women. I sent in a request to see what they would do. We went back and forth for a bit just to get them to agree to do my wife's shirt and send it to me. They then sent me a screenshot of the order. I am not sure what went wrong with the system when ordering but it showed something other than what I saw when I placed the order for a mens shirt. So then I was willing to accept that somehow I messed up. I asked to see if they would allow me to replace it with the same price as they first sold to me and I got a snarky email back that started, "As previously stated…." Well I did not ask for the previous comment, I asked policy for a consideration of an approach I was willing to pursue. With that all said. I am taking the rest of my business to other places that care.

Again, a standard response of "We are working on it and will let you know when it's shipped". I don't want that answer. You need to make the T-shirts NOW and get them shipped today or tomorrow. I'm tired of this game…sorry but I will not go away or stop. I will be contacting the Federal Trade Commission, my attorney general and Econsumer.gov if you do not produce my products. This level of customer service is unethical and you have no phone number, take days to respond to my inquires, and reply with the same standard responses. I have had customs items ordered this month from other sites and the products are already shipped, in the states and will be delivered on Friday.
Your customer service and work ethic are inexcusable. Every message between us is being saved. You could manufacture those two t-shirts in one day if you wanted to and especially since they were a replacement and should have been top priority.
I would like you to resolve this issue today or I will be seeking legal help.
Please make this right. I am done spending this much time and effort for almost a month trying to get my dear friend her birthday gifts.

Poor quality and you can't rely on them for expected shipping dates. NEVER AGAIN, they are no help if you have an issue.
Do not buy anything from them! Fake advertisement for Valentines Day gift! Ordered on January 24, took them 12days to sent a package, which arrived 5 days after Valentines. Refused to refund money. Scammers and liars!
