I have always received wonderful customer service from mac. I couldn't be happier for the lovely service Ive received! I love the products I have purchased. I bought a mac mineralize foundation and it makes skin appear refreshed and lit from within.
I give Mac Cosmetics 4 Stars only because their online shop needs to get better, customer support service is just super slow and can't help solving my questions. Hope it gets better...

Although the pro palette duo is a great compact for many single eyeshadows it is not magnetic what so ever but I just bought a pack of magnetic sheets to place on both sides

Ordered a buy 1 get 1 free promotion for my wife. The link took me to their Facebook page, not the order link. I sent a message through Facebook and got a response within 24 hours that I am supposed to order it on Lazada. I went to order it on Lazada and there was no option to select the buy 1 get 1 free promotion. At first, I selected "2" units, but saw the subtotal was for 3,200 baht, so instead I selected "1" unit, thinking that they would send the other free one for the single price of 1,600 baht. But, they only sent one, and when I pointed out the error on Facebook, they said I needed to select "2" units and there would be a 50% discount on the 3,200 baht price. But, that's not explained anywhere! When I pointed this out to them, they said that I could return the one product, but they had run out of the free one. Bottom line is, don't trust MAC to get your order right. I'll never buy anything again from a place that doesn't take you directly to the advertised sale. And, of course, I'll never buy another MAC cosmetic product, as they didn't fix the problem when presented with the facts of the order fail.
Mac lipsticks are always my favorite. It just feels incomplete without them. Big fan of Matte lipsticks and in my opinion no other brand can replace the quality of their products.
Their cosmetics were super affordable and great quality for the price. Service is easily the best part. It's family run and they're all very helpful, polite and warm. Two thumbs up!
Personally I am a little afraid to use the products as so far every single one I have tried I have had allergic reaction to which makes me wonder what they put in something that you put on your face and near your eyes and mouth. I'm a makeup artist and I wouldn't put it on any client even if they weren't allergic to MAC products
I love Mac! Their cosmetic line is great, nicely priced too unlike other brands. I get a discount because I am a pro member, so I'm always ordering new items.
Mac is also very easy to navigate site, I really like it's set. Why should I give it 4 instead of 5 only because the MAC store employees can sorta off rude and uppity!

Have used Mac for over 10 years but I had the worst experience when I ordered online. I placed an order of over $300 on 5/3 and they had promised to mail within 4-7 day but by 5/13 I still had no communication about my order status. I tried calling multiple times but was kept on the phone for over 30 minutes and twice I gave up waiting on the phone. I tried chat and there was no response. I decided to call again and it took over 1 hour for someone to pick up my phone. My order was still not processed... I was so disappointed and had to cancel. It SUCH A SHAME THAT MAC HAS NO SYSTEM IN PLACE TO PROMPTLY RESPOND TO THEIR CUSTOMERS OR HONOR THEIR PROMISE ON SHIPPING TIMEFRAME AND WORST, THE POOR COMMUNICATION WITH THE CUSTOMERS. MAC HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!
