Do not order from this company. Their return policy is the worst in the business and they charge you a 50% restock fee, even if your order has not shipped. They even want to charge me 50% of my rush shipping fee when they did not rush it or even ship it yet.
I paid to rush the order. But after a week it was still processing, so I decided to cancel my order. They will only refund 50% of the entire price, including the expedite fee. Unethical. I will never use them again.
They actually offer $10 off for writing a review, which they are not supposed to do.
Ordered a dress that should have been XXL but it fit like S. Requested refund, sent pictures as requested. No response!
I ordered these beach barefoot shoes and they arrived as a pair in two different sizes. This is the second delivery from my initial order almost three weeks ago from this site. The first was also a disappointment (a damaged dress). Still getting the run around about that! They are trying to refund me $47 for a $174 dress that arrived with ink marks on it! I've never been so upset about an online purchase! Don't trust this site!
15 days passed after I ordered from Tbdress, I got my dresses, I was afraid of getting a bad one as the others, but finally, it surprised me so much, I love my dress, maybe someone got the cloth and feel horrible, but I will tell you, I got a extremely perfect one, all person who saw my dress recommended it. I am so happy now. I will shop again from this site. Thanks Tbdress.
They sent me a wrong item but said I have to pay the returning shipping fee if I request refund.
Then I requested an exchange with proper item and they said it will cost me double shipping fee
They always reply you with templates and never answer exactly what you are asking.
Knew it was gamble to buy stuff online but their customer service was worse than what I ordered and received.
