I ordered an item from this vendor and they said it was shipped the next day via USPS.
Received nothing until 3 days short of one month later. Tried to contact twice by telephone during this period. No return call from the vendor. When the merchandise finally arrived it was not what I ordered. I followed their instructions on obtaining a RMA number which allows you to return merchandise. My emails to them were ignored. I never received the merchandise I ordered and never received the number required to return the wrong product. Do not deal with this vendor!
I purchased over $400 worth of products from this company. I never received the products until I filed a complaint with my credit card company. At which time they immediately shipped some of the order the rest they credited back to my credit card. The rest of the money was refunded to me by my credit card. I returned all the products back to them because they were not safety sealed at all. I have yet to see them fully refund my credit card. They also are very difficult to get a hold of. They never return phone calls or e-mails. STAY AWAY FROM THEM THEY ARE A FRAUDULENT COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!
Placed order on dec 22 2010 and was charged right away. Never received anything. It is now Jan 15th. I emailed them numerous times, no response, used iive chat and after much time they hang up, no answers given, I telephoned them numerous times, no call back after leaving message. This company is a disgrace, check out yahoo shopping review and see even more horror stories hope they are convicted of Internet fraud, as I have reported them and hope others do the same
The worst shopping experience in my life. They never shipped my order. I can't get in contact with them. I had to dispute my order to get my money back. Beware they are thieves.
I ordered some hair care products from LuxuryParlor.com a week before Christmas. I didn't get a shipping notice until an entire week later. The tracking information (from the US Postal Service) shows absolutely nothing, and it has continued to show nothing since the package was supposedly mailed on Dec. 24th.
It is now Jan. 7th and I still haven't received my order. I contacted the company in a variety of ways, but they never responded to my email, my voicemail, or my online request. Today I called my credit card company and had the charge reversed.
These people are scammers. They have a good looking website, but they don't deliver a thing and they have NO customer service. They should be shut down.
Placed my order 24th December 2010. One month later, no news/no product. Phoned them, no reply/response. Sent email to cancel order because my credit card had not been charged yet. No response to this either. Two days later, credit card was charged. Canceled c/card because of bad reviews, just to be safe. Decided to wait another month to see if product will arrive, before filing fraud claim. A day later received email with tracking number, few days later parcel arrived. Great product, new in sealed box. Wonderful! BUT, due to bad customer service, no response to email or phone calls - won't do business with them again.
This is one of the WORSE, online companies, stay away from ordering ANYTHING from them, never recieved my order, they don't have any contact #. I don't understand why the BBB doesn't shut down companies like this...
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. I ordered $80 worth of product 6 weeks ago and never received it. They are impossible to get in touch with and unapologetic when you do. I ended up having to dispute the charge on my credit card. Sad...
Complete SCAM! Ordered items, and 3 week later have received no comfirmation emails, and no product. I have called, emailed, even talked to the online representative. No response. The online representative told me my items were backordered, which is bull $#*!. The items said in stock when i ordered it. When I asked for a refund, they said I had never paid! The money was charged to my card 3 days after I ordered, so yes, they did take my money. When I asked for the refund, the said i would have to talk to my bank and there was nothing they could do. Complete scam, no one order from this site!
Where do i start?!?! I placed an order over $50 & it said shipping was free for orders over $50. It did not give me the updated total before clicking to actually place the order & they charged me over $50 for shipping to hawaii. I emailed them to cancel my order & did not get a reply. (i read their FAQ's & it does state to email/notify them). I did receive an email stating the order was placed but waited & waited for weeks & still did not receive the items. So i went to their website & clicked on live chat with customer service. All she said was my items were on backorder but that they just got them in so will be mailed out. I then checked my email & got an email with the tracking # that my order was shipped. I waited over a week & finally got a tiny box with only 1 portion of my order! The invoice did not state that any information of the other items ordered. I called customer service to inquire about it & she said they were backordered, yet they still charged me the $50+ for shipping! I told her i wanted to cancel the backordered items & she said they were already cancelled! WTF! I will never order from them again & feel the need to share this info so no one else will give them business.
TERRIBLE! I think this site is run out of China - SO BAD. Never got order - worried that they have my credit card details! DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS!
Well I sure wish i had read these reviews before i placed an order. Unfortunately it seems to be the same story different victim. I too placed and order my credit card was charged an) no product has been received. I have called and called emailed and emailed and tried their live chat (no one ever available) with no response. DONT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY and does anyone know how to report a fraudulent business?
I ordered shampoo from this site weeks ago. Although the site says it was shipped, UPS shows that it never received the package from the vendor. I've sent several email and left numerous voice mail inquiries AND HAVE HEARD NOTHING. This site should be shut down because it appears from my experience and all of these posts that they are collecting money and not making any attempt to fulfill the orders legitimately.
This company is so scammy. I ordered two things from them on 4/18/12 (I only ordered from this site because they had both items I wanted and even though they were a bit more expensive, I'd pay the extra for the convenience of one shipment and one shipping charge) and received no notifications from them until 4/27/12, on which date they debited my bank account for ONE of the items I purchased (although I didn't find out it was only one item until today) and sent me an email stating that my items were being shipped via USPS. I checked the USPS link multiple times and still today it says that they're awaiting the package. I have tried contacting this company multiple times via email (*******@luxuryparlor.com is the only one that doesn't get returned - even *******@luxuryparlor.com gets returned to me) to no avail. Their live chat feature no longer works and I cannot find a phone number for them anywhere. I tried calling the phone number that shows up on my bank account for them and it is disconnected. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I had to contact my bank and file a claim to get my money back.

RUN FROM THIS SITE AS FAST AS YOU CAN GO. I placed an order on 12/27/10 got confirmation that is shipped and they charged my card but never received the package. I have been trying to contract them non stop for the past week and they will not respond to my emails or phone mesages.
Placed an order Dec 24 2010, received shipping confirmation Dec 28 2010 right after my payment showed cleared on my online bank statement. I Still have not received my order. No one ever returns a phone call (i've left 3 messages) or emails (I've left more than 3) and the online chat assisstant will end the chat with you right after you give your order number! I'm calling my bank to contest my purchase.

I purchased $143.50 of products from LUXURYPARLOR.COM on 1/14/11 and never received anything! I attempted to contact LUXURYPARLOR.COM several times via phone and email to no avail. I never received an email regarding my purchase other than the email sent on the date the purchase was made stating that the items had been shipped. I telephoned LUXURYPARLOR.COM several times, when I finally got through to a human being I was hung up on after speaking with the receptionist. I subsequently conducted internet research and discovered that several individuals had been ripped off during the months of December 2010 and January 2011. I am filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company, the BBB and Federal Government (http://www.usa.gov/Citizen/Topics/Internet_Fraud.shtml).Please join me in eliminating this company from ripping off anyone else!
WOW... I wish I had visited this website before placing an order with this dishonest "business"... if I had, I never would have been ripped off! I placed my order, the product was NEVER sent even though I got an email confirmation AND tracking number and, of course, my credit card was charged! Apparently this is a common practice with this website. I have tried to call and they will not respond. I have filed a complaint with my credit card company. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS UNSCRUPULOUS SITE!
Purchased products via the internet on December 29,2010, have not received products, have called several time, sent e-mails to their adminreply address, do not get response.
