I submitted my order 1/18/20 and tried to check the status today 2/24/20 via the link they provided, https://lushgood.com/tracking and it is not working. I wish I would have purchased this through my credit card so I can get my money back but I used a debit card. I'm really surprised Instagram would not confirm the company is legit before selling stuff to their users. I've learned my lesson.

I'm an essential employee and ordered masks 4/2 under Fuller Space. Only received the filters - no masks. No number to call, nobody to talk to, and since tracking shows delivered they say I got the order - total scam

Ordered a mask on 4-11 Only ordered it from you because on your ad at the time it said 4 to 7 days for delivery it's a month later never received my mask you don't deserve one star let alone five! I have proof were in one email you tell me my order is on its way on 4-20 And then just days later you turn around and tell me you can't even find my order and you even asked me for my email

I order a mask from this company over a month ago. They took my money out that day. Haven't heard from them since. No follow up emails no nothing. I have learned my lesson and will never trust ordering off them again.

I waited over a month for my product and only half of it came. I ordered a mask w filters I got the filters no mask. I've emailed asking for my money back and I keep getting the same answer it's on it's way. No it's not! At this point I want my money back they go by another company name now. This place is a scam! And every review I make for there fuller space never gets posted. What the hell am I gonna do w filters tape them to my face!

Never got my carpet.

Ordered a carpet for in front of my back door in january 2020. Never got it. $60.00 thrown away. Now their website is down and emails are undeliverable. What a scam. I'm done ordering anything from china. It's just hard to find out the country of origin for most online items.

Paid over $89 for a king flip flop quilt with two pillow shams- nothing like the picture! It's a duvet cover and toooo small NOT king size!
Don't order from here very disappointing and no way to contact them!

SCAM
May 18, 2020

Ordered April 14,2020 3 masks plus filters stated out of IA. Weeks later received a bogus tracking# stating it was on the way to Rosendale, NY. Emailed again on 05/17/20 and received another bogus email stating my masks are stuck in customs. Well if coming from New York there is no customs! I have requested refunds and just keep getting automatic apology and offer 20% of my next order. Filing a claim with my bank right now!

Got my order!

I ordered a mask on 4/6/20 if came today 5/14/20.
Fits and is the correct design.
I am a live in caregiver so I have to wear a mask every time I go out so I don't want one that is to heavy. This one is not to bad. Will be trying it out on Saturday.

I was charged $36+ for three face masks nearly three weeks ago. I have yet to receive a confirmation or any correspondence from Lushgood about my order. I have emailed them, no response. I have filed a Dispute with PayPal. Lesson for the day: Do NOT order anything from an ad on Insta, F/B, etc. without thoroughly checking out first...

I ordered 2 duvet covers on the 17 Jan, and payed by Paypal. I contacted them 2 weeks later, and the response was that my order would be shipped out within 2-3 business days, and I will be given a confirmation email. I never heard from them. I asked to join their Facebook site, and when I did, I asked them where my items were. They blocked me immediately. I can't contact them now as their email / IP address is invalid. Luckily I paid through Paypal, and have now started a claim. I can't even post a picture of the items, because when I click on the picture, the web page is not available. Luckily, I do have proof of purchase in an email.

They owe me 89.00 bucks! That's alot of money. My daughters birthday gift was a scam. I will be disputing this money back to my account and I suggest everyone does the same right away and report this scam. Dont wait around for the tracking you wont ever get it. My tracking stayed in process forever then after asking for refund all they did was change the process word to refund but never got refunded.

Scam ALERTTTTT!

ZERO STARS! They got me good I ordered December 1st 2019 still have not received my comforter that I ordered for my daughter's room. An on top of that I have emailed them 3 times because the status of tracking it always says processing like damn it's been processing since the moment I ordered it an all these $#*!s can say is oh we are sorry please be patient we will let you know when it's on the way! Here we are 2 an half months later an still NOTHING! An now they aren't responding to my emails at all! I looked up the address to this place an on Google maps it's just an empty little lot. So not only is there no one or no way to contact the people to this company. You can't even see if it's real because there's no physical proof no actual address no number nothing! They got 60 dollars for free so hopefully they choke on it! I hate ordering $#*! online for this reason exactly!

I had the same problem as most of the reviews here. Never received, fake tracking etc... no need to go any further. I do have complaint with PayPal as well. I sent PayPal a copy of the tracking # before they could. So we'll see what happens next.

I place my order on 4/5/20 for $102.42, then they seem to have disappeared because I've received no communication or response from them sense. I purchased face masks, CORONA will be over before I get them. I'm more than disappoint, I'm frustrated, why would a company be like this at a time like this?

Where is my mask

I have not received my purchase made in 4/8/20 a nursing mask. I am disappointed as I'm a nurse working in this madness and need double protection over the masks we are having to use due to shortage and demand. I ordered a duvet cover and pillow shams. Boy did I get scammed. The dye from the design was leaked all over the background fabric. The material was cheap and awful. The design was also stolen from another site. Trying to get my money back but they ghosted me. Not one response to my emails. Do not buy from them, beware!

I ordered masks for me and my daughter months ago to combat the Corona virus... they took my money and never sent the masks. I'm out almost 60 bucks now and can't get my hands on any masks anywhere! Angry and have no way of contacting them to try to get refund.
