Never got my carpet.
April 19, 2020

Ordered a carpet for in front of my back door in january 2020. Never got it. $60.00 thrown away. Now their website is down and emails are undeliverable. What a scam. I'm done ordering anything from china. It's just hard to find out the country of origin for most online items.

Worst worst site... it took over 3 months for my order to come and it is a piece of junk... looks nothing like the bedspread that I ordered and isn't even a bedspread... it is 2 sheets sewn together... tried to send a compliant to them and site is closed... if I could give this site 0 stars I would

Where is my mask

I have not received my purchase made in 4/8/20 a nursing mask. I am disappointed as I'm a nurse working in this madness and need double protection over the masks we are having to use due to shortage and demand. I order and never received order no place to contact. They give false tracking number. I have tried calling emailing and still nothing I'm out my 80 bucks buyer beware

I ordered a Dakota Star Quilt. What came (from China) was a duvet cover that had the Dakota Star Quilt pattern printed on it. I asked for a refund and they offered 20% and a 30% credit to their site! Ridiculous! I haven't heard from them since. Stay away from them!

Never received my order!

I placed an order on 1/24/20- Friends Blanket- and was given tracking number, bla bla bla, but when I go to check this, nothing. All my emails are undeliverable. I've never experienced anything like this. Total scam. Does not deserve a 1 star rating!

Poor service

Ordered a bedspread on January 15,2020. As of today 2/28/20 have not heard a word No tracking number nothing. I ordered this specific bedspread because it said made in USA obviously it was not. I would have had it by now!

I ordered a quilt from this company on January 17th 2020. After a week of waiting I emailed asking when it would be shipped. I received a response that they would notify me it would be shipped. A week later I once again emailed directly to the individual that had responded to my previous email and my email was returned as "undeliverable". I then sent an email to the first email address. I then received an email using the new coronavirus as the excuse for not shipping. A week later I once again inquired when shipping might occur and that email was returned as undeliverable.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

I submitted my order 1/18/20 and tried to check the status today 2/24/20 via the link they provided, https://lushgood.com/tracking and it is not working. I wish I would have purchased this through my credit card so I can get my money back but I used a debit card. I'm really surprised Instagram would not confirm the company is legit before selling stuff to their users. I've learned my lesson.

They owe me 89.00 bucks! That's alot of money. My daughters birthday gift was a scam. I will be disputing this money back to my account and I suggest everyone does the same right away and report this scam. Dont wait around for the tracking you wont ever get it. My tracking stayed in process forever then after asking for refund all they did was change the process word to refund but never got refunded.

I ordered 2 duvet covers on the 17 Jan, and payed by Paypal. I contacted them 2 weeks later, and the response was that my order would be shipped out within 2-3 business days, and I will be given a confirmation email. I never heard from them. I asked to join their Facebook site, and when I did, I asked them where my items were. They blocked me immediately. I can't contact them now as their email / IP address is invalid. Luckily I paid through Paypal, and have now started a claim. I can't even post a picture of the items, because when I click on the picture, the web page is not available. Luckily, I do have proof of purchase in an email.

I would give this business a -100 if I could. I placed an order over a month ago. I tried to email LushGood to check on the status of my orders. I emailed the 2 email addresses that they provided on their website and the emails that I TRIED to send rejected! The pop-up box stated "unable to send message... sender rejected." I opened a claim through PayPal. My only hope is that I can get my money refunded through them. DO NOT order anything from LushGood!

Scam ALERTTTTT!

ZERO STARS! They got me good I ordered December 1st 2019 still have not received my comforter that I ordered for my daughter's room. An on top of that I have emailed them 3 times because the status of tracking it always says processing like damn it's been processing since the moment I ordered it an all these $#*!s can say is oh we are sorry please be patient we will let you know when it's on the way! Here we are 2 an half months later an still NOTHING! An now they aren't responding to my emails at all! I looked up the address to this place an on Google maps it's just an empty little lot. So not only is there no one or no way to contact the people to this company. You can't even see if it's real because there's no physical proof no actual address no number nothing! They got 60 dollars for free so hopefully they choke on it! I hate ordering $#*! online for this reason exactly!

I ordered a 5' by 8' foot rug on 1/4/2020. I just got it 10 minutes ago (2/4/20). I greeted the mailman in the lobby of my condo and asked if he had a big rug in his truck. He said no. So he had it tracked. It was in a small tote he had in front of us. A 5 foot by 8 foot RUG in a plastic bag that weighed 3 pounds. I opened it and was shocked to see what looked like a paper rug that was thin and the print was so pixilated it was ridiculous. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS, IF YOU DO DON'T SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED!
