It isn't possible to cancel The membership. Lumi takes my Money constantly. If I sign in, I have to renew The payment. Awful. They get 31€ constantly.

I bought a subscription at the introductory offer price of $24.72 + $4.99 seasonal capsule. I cancelled a couple of hours later. "Madelyn" replied immediately and cancelled future payments (would have been $64.99 monthly which they did not make clear) but no refund. I should have checked Reddit before buying.
UPDATE: After informing Lumi that I had filed a fraud alert with my bank and posted warning reviews on TrustPilot and SiteJabber, I received an email today, 2/9/2025, advising that I would receive a full refund and requesting that I edit this review. If and when I receive the refund, I shall do so.
