Took almost a month to get to me. Cost me almost $80.00. Was absolutely nothing like what they advertised. They ruined my maternity photo shoot I was so excited for.

I highly DON'T RECOMMEND using this website! I ordered the wedding dress paying extra $30 for the expedited shipping, which supposed to be 6-9 days, as per the website. Three weeks later (!) the tracking number has not even been updated by USPS yet! Not only the dress won't make it for the wedding day, but also the customer support is just HORRIBLE - not only they are responding to the emails with their automated system saying "follow your tracking link and just wait", but also their response comes three days later! I sent three emails - and every time I had to wait three business days to receive their unconstructive response "we apologize for the delay, but just wait". I requested to refund the charge for the expedited shipping, but sure enough this request was totally ignored, giving the same answer - "we apologize for the delay, but just wait for the shipment". So no dress, no refund - that's the service in here!

I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS WEBSITE. I placed my order in June and never received my package. I was nonstop always emailing them for the status. Than on September it showed delivered which never was the CASE. When I reached out all they kept saying was to ask my Bank fir my refund. When I did my bank claim thry have the nerve to send my bank a tracking info saying this was delivered. Which wasn't ever delivered in my home and my Bank denied my claim. So when I kept reaching out via email over and over and over again. They kept replying with a robotic email saying (This is to inform you that one of our colleagues from the "Resolution Center" is now handling the concern.) or PayPal will refund me I never paid via PayPal so I got absolutely screwed over with my purchase and money! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE YIU BEEN WARNED!

I wish there was an option for zero stars in that this website is HORRIBLE. I ordered a dress that i never received and have been emailing with them back and forth for a month now asking for a refund and they refuse to refund me for an item i never got and if i reply they never answer me so i have to submit a separate customer service complaint and wait for them to answer because they don't have a number to call only an email. I seriously recommend never shopping here

I ordered a dress and I waited almost a month for it to be delivered. When I received the package the dress didn't look anything like the picture provided. Fabric was super cheap and the length was short. I contacted customer service and they denied refund they said they can only give back $13, when I paid $50+. After I accepted the $13 refund the customer service stopped responding to my email. This website is a catfish! What you see is NOT WHAT YOU WILL GET. This is why amazon is better. You get what you see and returning is not difficult at all.

Please, if you can at all help it- DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I bought two dresses and haven't even received them yet. The customer service, while they respond within a decent timeframe, are a JOKE. They cannot track my package, the shipping is a disaster and they just tell me to be "patient". I am very fearful for the return process- they were super quick to withdraw the money from me, and I'm sure it will not be as easy to get the money back upon return. Do yourself a favor and look for an American-based company, or at least one with some good reviews. I can't believe I fell for this scam.

I order three maternity dresses three weeks before my baby shower and maternity shoot pictures, paid the extra $30 for fast shipping. Didn't get the items until 2 weeks after with only two out of the three dresses I ordered. Asked for return label and refund, they said they would only refund my $20 back even though my merchandise total was $109.00.
There's no phone number to talk to anyone you just have to communicate through emails. I'm stuck with two ugly dresses that don't fit and seem like they came from the kids section and out 109$... I rarely make online purchases this is so so disappointing and I would highly recommend not to shop with them.

I will be taking legal action against this company so everyone don't even WASTE your time and money on such horrible quality items that they will not give you or not return a refund.

I received my order. Dress was bigger than I thought, but nice. Dresses were great. But I ordered a mommy matching daughter outfit and only received my dress. Not the baby. The emails are answered every 2 days so I resend my emails because that's ridiculous. It has taken 2 weeks for them to comprehend or understand my simple clear English. I stated my dress came in and baby dress did not, even took screen shots and drew arrows to words matching baby dress in the description. They emailed and said sorry I'm not happy and can send back for half a refund. WHAT'S THERE TO SEND BACK?! JUST please send the damn baby dress. I got half my order.

I ordered a dress from them, and it arrived nothing like the pictures on the website. When I inquired about the quality and wishing to initiate a return, I was not offered return instructions but rather a partial credit to keep it. I don't want it - I couldn't wear it if I wanted to, it is completely see through, such poor construction and cheap quality. Pictured is the bottom hem that hits me mid-ankle - uneven and strings everywhere.

This has been an AWFUL experience. The items came extremely late in the mail, and were of poor quality - I don't even know where the photos on their site come from, there is no possible real life comparison to the actual items that come in the mail. Their customer service is responsive but absolutely impossible to make returns to. Their site says you wont be charged twice for shipping if you have returns - that's a complete lie. On top of the hefty return fees back to China, their email instructions have several disclaimers on excuses for why your refund may not be eligible once it (finally) arrives back to them. Total waste and rip off. Do not count on them - they are a scam company with awful service and products. I wont waste my time or money on returns and I honestly wouldn't even donate the useless "clothes" that came in - they're garbage. I hope this helps someone else from getting scammed the way I was. Such a disappointment.
