I wish I would have looked deeper into this company before buying from them. I wasted $60 on maternity/nursing bras that fit terribly, look frumpy, and do not function as advertised. Customer service was useless.
They had also voluntarily added a free holiday tote to my order (which was placed in January) but I haven't received that yet and don't see that it's shipped. Keep your outdated and sad excuse for a "gift"!
Would not recommend purchasing anything here. You might get your order or you might never hear back from anyone. They also do not have a great streamlined system in place to determine whether something is in stock or not. I ordered a swimsuit, received my order confirmation and then radio silence for two weeks. I reached out multiple times. I eventually filed a complaint with my bank and thankfully they handled it very efficiently. Surprise, surprise when I finally get a response from Motherhood the next day stating they had received a notice from my bank AND the swimsuit was out of stock. Take your business elsewhere. They are having so many sales, I'm unsure if they scam here and there or they just can't really keep up with the orders. Save your time and money.
I bought two maternity clothing items as Christmas gifts on Nov. 11 and had them shipped to me to give to my daughter-in-law for Christmas. She opened them on Christmas Day and unfortunately, neither one fit. When I called Motherhood Maternity to find out how to start a return or exchange I was told they could not help me since it was more than 30 days since the date of purchase. But they are Christmas gifts! So I emailed Motherhood Maternity twice and no reply! I have never heard of a store with a worse exchange policy and such disregard for their customers. I will never shop there again :(
This is our last baby so I decided to splurge and bought an expensive (over $100) jumpsuit from Motherhood that was on clearance (no refunds/ exchanges). I was sent a defective jumpsuit (which customer service acknowledged). I was offered 25% off (no refund on the 10% tax). They refused to replace/ exchange or refund. I would hate for another expectant or postpartum mother to be as disappointed as I am, out almost $100, and having to go through the hassle of filing with their credit card company. I've purchased from a majority of other mainstream and some small shop maternity/ breastfeeding/ postpartum brands and Motherhood Maternity has provided the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would recommend to save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere or understand that if you buy an item from Motherhood Maternity that is listed as clearance with no refunds/ exchanges you will be out of luck when they send you a defective item.
Their website will take your credit card information/Apple Pay details before you are ready to submit an order. Even if call them immediately after it happens, they will tell you that there is nothing they can do about it and can't cancel/modify an order.
I wish I had read the reviews since others have had the same issue with them.
I am disputing the charge with my credit card company as well since I did not approve the submission.

Ordered 4 bras. Spent $96. Was supposed to get 4 free panties. Only let me put one in the cart. When they came there were no panties. Called company. Was basically told too bad. They were willing to offer free shipping if I wanted to pay for the panties. What a scam.
Yep, you heard it right. After ordering five items, I returned two IN THE SAME PACKAGE to Motherhood. They refunded the less expensive item and claimed to have "never received" the $40 poncho that was returned with the pants.
They submitted a "search request" to their warehouse and told me it would take two weeks to look for the item. After two follow up calls, being told the same thing and now over two months later, I'm out $40 bucks and don't even have the item.
Absolutely terrible customer service. I will never use them again.
I ordered my clothes over three weeks ago. For the longest time they set the label was created but it had not shipped. I kept emailing to ask about it, and they kept telling me to wait longer and that it was on the way. It was very clear that it was not on the way yet. After 2 1/2 weeks, it finally left the facility, And since then it's been sitting who knows where for another five days. The customer service has been absolutely atrocious. One of the items that I purchased was oversold so they told me I wasn't going to receive it and offered my money back on a gift card rather than the original payment. Absolutely horrible on every level.

1. I called to check for an update cause I couldn't track my order something so simple. They asked me to download an app.
2. Called and was on hold for 10 mins that turned into 20 mins phone call with more frustration.
3. They couldn't update my delivery address.
4. No due date for delivery so delivery could arrive after Ice given birth. What need do I have for maternity clothes then.
5. I CAN NOT cancel my order!
6. No supervisor available to speak and solve this simple issue. Any one of them.
The worst experience I've ever had!
I ordered some items and when I put my address to be shipped I put 4988 instead of 4989 and it was delivered. But I didn't receive it. On my street there is only 10 houses that have an address that end with an odd number. I checked the doormats on all houses and not one of them have any kind of door mat that resembles the picture. I called the company and fedex and because I typed it wrong and it said it was delivered they won't help out. They said I can order it again and update my address but I would have to pay regular price and if FedEx still delivers it to wrong address that I would still be out more money and or merchandise. Never will I order from them again
I know there are supply chain issues, but shipping has taken weeks for clothes I needed during the winter months. After losing the first order, I was supposed to be given a discount on my replacement order but it was never applied. I made a second order in November and the items still haven't arrived nearly 8 weeks later. Customer service has been non-responsive. The clothes I did receive haven't lasted. One shirt wasn't even worn yet but the stitching started coming out after one wash. The colors have also faded quickly and the one sweater I received out of four ordered has pilled all over and looks old after one wash. I understand that there is little businesses can do with supply chain issues, but the non-responsiveness makes it theft.
After years of buying from this company they showed their true colors when I ordered myself the 12th identical bra and bra size I've always gotten and it came 2" smaller and they wouldn't refund me or make it right in any way. I won't be buying another thing from this company. I'll miss my old bra because it's the only one I ever used.
Purchased pumping bras and within 2 months had a huge rip on one side. When I reached out to the company they wanted pictures which I supplied and then they only offered me 20% on my next order what a bunch of crazy! Awful customer service especially for new moms going through the struggles of motherhood already. Will not buy from them again.
I bought clothes online and didn't receive them yet. Every time I contact them, it is just says excuses and no resolution. They don't take any action to support the request. It's a complete shame. I'm so frustrated.
I was concerned about ordering from this dealer after seeing the negative reviews. But I am so glad I did. Shipping was a little slower than desired. (Fedex is crappy). But the products were received as ordered, sizing was spot on, and were of good quality. I ordered multiple clothing items from overalls, pants and tops. My daughter-in-law also placed an order... Same- very good experience. No complaints here.
I was very apprehensive purchasing online after reading all these negative reviews. Made a purchase anyways, received my order everything was perfect items as described no issues quality better than I expected. I only shop sale, besides that they had an additional discount and free shipping!
After receiving my order and a free gift I placed another order, will see how that one goes. Look forward to my new maternity overalls
Ordered over $100 worth of items, all but one arrives. I sent three emails requesting information and follow-up, NO COMMUNICATION. I call the customer Number and the representative tells me that the item was canceled because they ran out of my size. The item I ordered is still available for purchase online and there was no communication I would've never gotten my refund or an answer to my question without having to reach out to them multiple times. Don't waste your time maternity clothes from motherhood aren't that great was going to try them this one time because they were on sale and it was a complete waste of my time and now I have to find a new going home outfit.
Their policies, such as return and cancellation are archaic. $10 restocking fee? Seriously?! And when some if their sale items didn't ring in correctly, they refused to fix the error because I had used a coupon. Why should that impact a sale? So, don't let the coupon apply to the sale, fine, but still honor your sale. Then, after applying their email coupon, they auto prompted me to use the idme coupon. They only allow one coupon to be applied and took the lesser of the two. NONE of this was warned about! Their customer service was terrible! After 30+ minutes on hold nothing had been resolved. Do NOT purchase from this company. They're clearly not doing well since they had to close all their retail stores and can't even afford to pay for returns.
Went there to buy a dress for a friend shop had her son die and needed a funeral dress. Bought 2 with understanding that I would keep one. Sales clerk said ok. Next day returned one (keeping one) with receipt. They scanned receipt but their system couldnt find it. Refused to refund. Shocked. Awful customer service. Spent an hour just sort of staring at the clerk who was on the phone with corporate.
This place is terrible when it comes to shipping in a timely manner. I placed three orders. Each took 2-3 days to ship and over two weeks to reach me in Colorado. The third order I placed on the 10th of October. Not only have I still not received that order 11 days later, part of it hasn't even shipped yet after 11 days! The customer support does not respond in a timely manner, it's about a week turn around and they simply blow me off. Nothing but problems. I'll shop elsewhere. Pink Blush Maternity has beautiful clothing and great sales with excellent customer service!
