I went to the Columbia mall store last night and the the lady who was closing was very rude. She didn't feel like helping when i asked her.
Items purchased were sent to the wrong address. I did not received the items but was charged. Was told that was the policy
This company is so blatantly not customer friendly, to the extent that they don't even pretend to be. I made an online purchase via their A Pea in the Pod brand's website, and I noticed a few days later that many of the items in my order were subsequently on sale. Thus I went to the "contact us" section of their website in efforts to find a phone number, and only found an online contact submission form. So, I filled it out requesting a price adjustment, submitted it and waited to hear back. A week or so later I hadn't heard anything back, but I was able to find a customer service phone number in my order shipping confirmation email I'd since gotten, so I called to inquire. At that point, they told me they had no record of me contacting them via their website and that I should have called or sent them an email from my email account so as to have a record of said contact, as they only honor price adjustments requests made within 7 days of ordering... Yep, that's a company that really wants to do right by the customer and earn my repeat business, clearly.
Additionally, one of the items from my order was a bit big at the time of purchase, but I decided to hang on to it for when I was farther along in my pregnancy assuming it would fit later. After two months, I decided it still wasn't going to fit even late in my pregnancy so called about a return, even if just for store credit. The item was $100, so I obviously didn't want that money to just go to waste, but I would have been happy to use the funds for some nursing bras or other items I'll end up needing anyway. So, I again called into their customer support team, only to be told they only offer 30 days for returns, even for store credit. Adding insult to injury, the agent noted they had been offering extensions for returns given Covid, but would no longer be doing so. Again, the response of a company that really wants to foster repeat customers.
Needless to say, I will never shop with them again. They more than deserve the bankruptcy situation they are in. Spend your dollars elsewhere.
I had ordered some nursing bras from them after my first child was born, two years ago, and really liked them. Recently after my second child was born I ordered more of the same bras in the same size and they don't fit the same. I noticed that the fabric content has changed. They just aren't the same. The new ones are stretchier and they are too big.
I contacted them that I wasn't happy with the new bras and was told that I had to prove it. I needed to send a picture proving that the bras weren't what was promised online. I asked how I can send a picture of an elastic bra showing that it's different than before and they just said that I have to prove it. LOL. Prove that I don't like them? How about, if I liked them I would keep just keep them?
So, the ones that I haven't washed, that still have the original tags on they will let me return (I pay for shipping back), within the 30 day return window. How courteous of them. The few that I washed I will just have to 'eat it'.
They tell me I received them on Feb 5, so I have until March 5 to send them back. 30 days.
Only, that's not 30 days. There are 28 days in February, so the return window should be March 7.
They told me that they would grant me a "one time exception to the rule in this case only".
They are doing me a favor by actually allowing me the full 30 days (THEIR OWN RETURN POLICY, IN WRITING ON THEIR WEBSITE). But I still have to pay to ship them back because I couldn't prove anything was wrong with the fit with pictures. Seriously, WTF. This company has the worst customer service I have ever come across.
ALSO, I left a one star review on the their website that the bras ran large. And they deleted it. So, wonder why the bras have 4.9 stars in the reviews... they delete all reviews that are less than 4 stars.
Their clothes are cheap. Fabric sucks. I recommend you stay away!
