I have the hardest time navigating this website. Also, their packaging is always less than desirable. I want to organize the list but it only gives me one page of products then spits me back out to the main page. Trying to enter a different credit card is next to impossible too.
I wish there was a function to delete previously used cards. Makes me question the security. I've learned to order things that don't have liquid because when they arrive the liquid will be all over the other products. The company is good about replacing the liquid item but it doesn't account for the goop all over everything else.

The site offers a 10% discount for first orders. I put some items in the checkout basket then changed the quantity of one item and went back and added another item. When I went to check out, it said I had already ordered and refused to give me the discount. I called on the phone and the customer service rep said I should order the products and then wait 15 minutes and call back and they would put the discount in manually. The rep couldn't get into my account. They seem to have some major computer issues. I ordered the product and we'll see how it goes, but if they don't give me the discount, there won't be a second order. The ordering process is rather cumbersome.

I am switching from iherb, but see some negative reviews here. May stick with iherb, but time and customer services handlings will tell. So far this experience was positive just wish they sold more brands that I buy from Iherb.

I was glad to find the option to compare two products (cat vitamins, two forms), but unfortunately that didn't allow direct comparison of their ingredients. I had to jump out of the comparison, one product at a time, and then close that. In fact, when I tried to close out of the ingredients of the one, I couldn't get to the ingredients of the other one from the comparison. Thank goodness I hadn't found more than the two to compare.

There was a shipping delay. I ordered one shipping package that was over $200. It supposed to be delivered in 7 days but delayed. That was pretty disappointing. When there's any delay, Amazon expedite the delivery on their cost and that is obviously great experience to many people. I hope you guys seriously update this big part of service and that might attract many customers.
Awesome vitamins, prices and selection but customer service is awful! Tried to correct an address and called and called but got nobody when it shipped to the wrong address they were not helpful at all and told me I should have called. Duh, I did. Repeatedly!
Really appreciate being able to order healthy products online at competitive prices. Delivery is a bit slow, but I can't complain since it's free. I receive requests for reviews before I even receive products. Those few times when there has been a problem with an order, customer service has always been good (I've been ordering for over 10 years.)
