I have a standing order for 3 containers Eos wipes every other month. We were getting a bit close to running out so I initiated an extra order and inadvertently started another standing order. Your customer service is obviously located out of country and I struggled to explain my situation. When I completed the call I was certain that the second standing order had been deleted but was uncertain whether I was going to receive my interim order. A couple days later I got a notification that the order had shipped and everything was fine, but the customer service was a bit challenging.

It's been awhile since ordering from Lucky Vitamin. I love the products. Prices are pretty much the same or lower than other places I researched. Ordered enough to get free shipping but definitely need to make sure I order well in advance it took 2 days longer than original tracking showed to get here. Was anticipating it on thur but on wed it showed that it would not be here until Saturday. I already put in my refill order to make sure I have the product here in time.

I live in AU and have had trouble finding a laundry detergent that my skin doesn't react to. I did some research online and found out about Charlie's Laundry Soap/Detergent. It's not sold in AU but I found it on LV's website. It arrived in a timely manner. I ordered again and this time I bought the stain spray from Charlie's. Unfortunately the bottle opened in transit and was empty on arrival. LV was great about promptly giving me a refund. I have been very happy with their service and recommend the company.

I was looking to save money on vitamins and sent copies of labels from vitamins I was taking. A consultant advised me on which very similar vitamins offered by Lucky Vitamin were of comparable quality and I am able to save 60% continually.
I was introduced to Lucky Vitamin by a druggest who said he buys his vitamins from Lucky Vitamin. That impressed me because he could have purchased vitamins at a discount from the chain for which he worked.

Ordered product, and did not receive it.
Apparently, there were (unknown) import/customs charges to pay that were not identified when I placed the order. I submitted 2 x tickets requesting an update on when I would receive the product, but no response. I managed to get hold of someone on the website's 'chat' function, and they told me that the product was being returned to them and that I would incur a restocking charge, and I would have to pay shipping costs both ways.

A thoroughly miserable experience, and I would advise not to use this company at all.

I have been a customer for almost 5 year and always spend the amount required for free delivery. The items always arrived carefully packed and the delivery in the time that is expected. No problems at all, no damage or missing items, Website is easy and fast to use. Only one time I ordered a wrong item and wanted to exchange it, call customer service and they were so helpful and nice that sent me the new item and told me not to return the other one cause it didn't worth it.
