Not only did shipping take 2 full weeks, but when I inquired from them what had happened and why the package was taking so long to arrive, they never even bothered to respond. I haven't ordered from them in a while and this experience reminds me of why I do not even though their prices are not bad. It is very frustrating when there is a lack of basic communication and when their free shipping option (for a sizable order) takes 2 weeks to arrive.

My order was placed on Cyber Monday and I received that week. I had to cancel and order last month because I found it on Amazon and got it two days later. I thought I would give Luckyvitamin another try.
I have continued using LuckyVitamin as my main source of online shopping for supplements and more. The prices are usually cheaper than other online retail and the local stores. I've had a couple of minor mishaps (no company is perfect) but this company is always responsive and attentive to any issues and puts in good effort to rectify any issues.
