Many years I buy my supplements and vitamins, from USA shipping worldwide. They have such a big range of choices... I love it. Very professional and nice!
After ordering online there is no confirmation shown, and no confirmation email until much later. Web pages load very slowly. The "Contact Us" link on their website only gives a mailing address. Employees say they don't think there is any problem.
I am an expat in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Last February 2023 I ordered some supplements door-to-door from Lucky Vitamins. I got a tracking No. Which never worked. After 2 months I wrote to them and was surprised to hear that the shipment arrived in Riyadh on 1st March, the courier slept on it, then sent it back to the US. I was never notified, and would still be waiting had i not contacted them. They said they will refund me, less 25% for "restocking fee", in spite of the whole fiasco being the courier's mistake and me having wasted 2 months waiting and then emailing their Customer Service. I am still waiting for my refund. I would never recommend this Company to anyone.

They shipped an order to the wrong address, and refused to try to do anything helpful about it. They acknowledged that it was possible for them to contact the courier and re-route, but insisted that they would charge me any re-routing fee they incurred for correcting their own error.
They sell the same products as 100 other sites and stores, often at exactly the same prices... It's not worth giving your business to a vendor that tries to squeeze a few extra bucks at their customers' expense.
Lucky Vitamin canceled my order because I tried to order 12 bottles of Joint Formula on Cyber Monday. The company claims that I bought too many and it is only for "personal use", so they have to cancel my order. I just wanted to buy my parents and elders some Joint Formula to show some love and I care for them. If Lucky Vitamin extremely cares how much less they will make with their discounts, I kindly suggest the company not have any holiday sales or discounts in the future. It would be a waste of everyone's time.
I ordered a product by DHL Priority on 26th November 2020. I was told it would take 5-7 days. It is now 3rd January 2021 and there is no sign of the product. They have a call centre in the Philippines - and the staff are like robots, unable to help. They have refused to refund. I managed to get it charged back by credit card company - but really people should beware of this company as what they are doing is scandalous.

Really I would look for alternative companies - they take your money, do not delivery the product and do not refund you.

I put in an order with Luckyvitamin in 2017. It was not a good experience. But I forgot the experience and just tried again (2021). Now I remember why I won't shop here. I forgot about the terrible customer service and very slow shipping. You can try the chat but you'll be waiting forever to contact a real person. I never got a real person on 3 chat tries. One try I waited 1/2 hour. Phone call option? Forget about that one as well. Order not delivered and tracking info stalled

I never got my package yet all they had to say was 'sorry', they won't return my money. Such a bad company, such a bad customer service. Apparently, after reading online reviews, that's happened to many people. If luckyvitamin mess up your order or ship to the wrong place or for some reason you're not getting your order and you never will - you are the one to pay. I basically pay them for nothing, I gave them money and got nothing. You don't want to mess with that. It's SO frustrating.

Never received the item. Have contacted LuckyVitamin multiple times to arrange a replacement or a refund and the customer service is appalling. I'm honestly not even sure if the replies were written by real humans or robots they were so irrelevant and unhelpful. Feels a lot like a scam company so you should absolutely avoid buying anything here.
Horrible customer service, just displays the item is shipped from New Delhi Airport on 9 th july, but no updates and it is 19 days since I placed my order.

They don't mention the actual dates of arrival for the package. Past few days when my package was supposed to be at the adress I contacted support and they said unfortunately it can take 3-4 weeks more. However on the website they concluded it to be at my place a week ago, and tracking doesn't change still. Very disappointed, don't recommend to order outside of us

Was a customer for years and spent $1000s with them. They off-shored cust support a cpl of yrs ago and it's now awful. It's no longer worth buying from them for whatever savings you may get. Can't get a live person that sufficiently understands American English and syntax to grasp what you're saying. Have put up with it but just got a "too bad so sad" response to a problem that they acknowledged was on their end so it's time to move on. Buyer beware.
Absolutely agree about of Lousy service! Was charge for all order but received only half,,, and its no way to tracking on order history... fine out only when called customer service and,,, so many damages,,, and other story to have -'auto ship', don't recommended anyone! Very bad customer service... so sad, seems great idea and good products, will looking for othesr company with better service. You losing other customer with 250$ a month...
I should read reviews before buy with this company. They are SCAMMERS. After a month they send me wrong products and then charged me twice more because I had the option of resend me every month my creams. But... Oh my Lord! They can not explain to me why they charged twice again and do not want to refund my money.

I wish I'd read these reviews before buying from this company. To collect my order from the Post Office I needed to pay £12.45 - my product was only £25 pounds plus £3.99 for 'shipping'. All I am reading now is 'poor customer service', 'weeks waiting for an answer' etc... what a scam. Nothing 'lucky' about this company! Stay clear.
Lucky Vitamin mailed my package to my last used address instead of my default address. Unfortunately, the package ended up at a closed for the season summer camp. Lucky Vitamin refused to refund me unless the package could be returned within 90 days. I could only retrieve the package if I drove a total of 5 hours and broke travel restrictions by traveling to a restricted state.
My package was damaged in transit and is returning to your facility. Things I was waiting for are now late. Not happy.
Very bad and rude custom service awful her name was Samantha! I paid 2 days shipping for this probiotics... bottle was open and they want to $10 for retun shipping? Are you serious!? NOW i need to go to pack this used probiotics going to post office waiting line waste my time!? They won't take any responsibility! I will never use this company again... Back to the Vitamin shoppe or Amazon. Bad first time experience with this company...
I have made numerous calls asking that my account and the data be deleted and a confirming email. 10 days later after several calls still do not have any of that.
Their website has many misleading advertisements, related to free shipping, return policies. You only get the benefits that are described if you pay for the membership program. There is no asterisk or anything like that to indicate that the truth is not what meet the eye. Also, their "terms and conditions" are really well hidden. Some info (like that refunds aren't processed until 2-3 weeks after they arrive at the return center) you can only find out by contacting customer service. Be sure to get an invoice after your return is process (it has to be requested AFTER the refund is processed, often necessitating reaching out to customer service twice) to make sure that you were refunded for everything that was in the box. Emails sent to customer service are a waste of time, in my experience, they only get looked out after I reached out via chat.
In summary, the prices may be cheaper but you'll have to work for your money!

Had to tunnel around my VPN in order to get my order to complete. NOT OPTIMUM. Been trying for three days, and finally figured it out. 'twas driving me bonkers. Their Chat-support was not at all helpful. Unknown how long I waited in queue over three days waiting for an agent. Maybe it was the VPN? Unknown by me.

I ordered products in September 2020 and up till middle of December they had still not arrived. No communication, no product, partial refund after charging a re-stocking fee. Buy elsewhere if you need products quickly or at all. 1 out of 10 rating!
Please don't buy from lucky vitamines website, they are fraudulent. It's been more than two months that I paid for them 2k for B12 capsules and there is no any proper update on my shipment status. Lucky vitamines is not even willing to take it's responsibility. And have asked me to follow up with dhl. The funny part is the tracking number they've shared is invalid and i don't know how to go about it. Very much disappointed with lucky vitamine's service.
