This site has such great prices! They also don't charge you a processing fee like other sites do. I appreciated the free shipping. It took about a week to get to me but that really isn't bad! My order was correct and I am pleased!

Great prices but Still have not received them After ordering weeks ago. Every time I check my tracking number it says expected delivery date tomorrow this is been going on now for the last week. After calling and speaking to them they said hopefully they will be delivered next week. Apparently there was a hold up in customs. Will not be ordering from Canada again!

I received a lens that seemed defective. I looked at their website, kept the contacts as per instructions, contacted them, provided what they asked me for (so they read my complaint) and never heard back. I reached back and no response. Nothing, never heard back. Calculating for this mishap, I was better off ordering from somewhere else. Beware, you won't get support!

The website says they will ship within 3-5 business days, not true. After 5 business days my order hasn't shipped and isn't expected to for another 2 days. Prices are good, just don't order if you need them fast.

Ordered contacts on 1/18, was told 5-7 days to receive. It will actually take closer to 20 days to receive, which is ridiculous. I have never had this long of a delivery time from any other company I've ordered contacts through. If you need contacts within a week to 14 days I would not use this site!

Called and left message 2 times. They did call back 3 days later, but neither operator understood English. My question was and I still don't know the answer, because the operators could not understand the language. Do they buy back contacts that I have purchased from them, because my prescription has changed. They act like I am the first time the question has been asked. If so, they don't need to be in the contact business.

They sent me the wrong strength even though I had to send them a copy of my prescription. They keep saying they are emailing me instructions to return them. But they never do. I am out $84! I have called them so many times, I finally give up!

Not impressed.

I ordered my contacts on Saturday & of course knew nothing would be processed till the following work day. I got a "confirmation email" right away & the money was taken out of my account fairly quickly as well. My contacts are toric so I know it takes a couple days to process but I have not gotten any updates on my order. It's Thursday now & I have no idea if I'm even getting my contacts. I've worked with optometrists before so I know it doesn't take long to get contacts from the manufacturer.

I searched the web for Biofinity Multifocals and found "Lowest Price Contacts" had them for $45.95/Box. I chose 2 boxes for each eye for a total of $183.80 minus my Promo code for $10 off which reduced my total to $173.80. Great! When I selected "Proceed To Checkout", my shopping cart emptied by itself. When I re selected my contacts, they were now $56.95 for a total of $227.80, an increase of $44.00. I went back to the original link where I found them for $45.95 and tried again. The same thing happened. I tried 3 times with the same results. I deleted my shopping cart and bought them somewhere else. This company ("Lowest Price Contacts") is too shady for me to do business with! I'm not giving my hard earned money to someone I can't trust.

Terrible

I ordered contacts from them 10 days ago, they did not communicate the status of my order until today when I called them. Now they say they have not been able to get my contacts from their supplier so I cancelled the order and they charged me $3 for the credit card fee. Buy your contacts elsewhere

Waited 10 working days for my order to ship. Didn't happen. They charged my credit card immediately. All sorts of excuses as to why my order didn't ship. Cancelled order and ordered from another supplier. Order shipped next day.

Not so Best Price Contacts

I found a competitor site that was $50 less for the same contacts and they would not honor the price, eventhough I was able to go to the competitor site to show the price. The excuse was that I went the the competitor site from a google search. They would rather lose a customer than do as their company name and site boast--"Best Price Contacts". Don't expect the best price from "Best Price Contacts"

Dont buy from them

I ordered contacts from them sent them the presciption and was sent the wrong contacts spoke with someone over the phone who said they will not charge me a restocking fee and would give me a full refund then come to find out they did not credit me a full refund spoke with someone who said the reason they dint give me all my money back because they have $10.00 ordering charge that fee should have been waived and they should have gave me back my full refund lowest price contacts are a RIP off because they said they were out of stock so I had to wait for them to get back in stock order from anybody but them. I had to give a star in order to write review but they deserve soooo stars

Slow boat

Ordered contacts the 27th of November it is now oct 20th and still have yet to receive them
Have received emails that its been delivered and it hasn't
Chatted with cust serv and they haven't even rec them yet... claiming system update from their supplier
And they should get them around the 22nd upgrading my shipping to 3day usps
So you better give it at least a month if your gunna order... price is great but well... just order early

I received a damaged contact lens and asked for a refund. They refused to do it because I no longer had the box that the lens came in. I explained that I had long ago recycled the box, but they were like a broken record. They wanted the numbers on the box that I no longer had. I finally contacted my CC company to reverse the charges for the entire order. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

NO WAY!

I've never written a bad review before, but I spent over $150 in contacts and have NOTHING to show for it. I received the wrong prescription and when I returned them (by sealed box) they told me, through email, that all but one box had been damaged upon arrival. Because of that they will NOT return them and replace them with the proper prescription. It took me weeks to get a hold of an actual person and MY emails were never answered. This is definitely not the "satisfaction guaranteed" that is on their site. I'm still waiting for pictures of the "damaged boxes" that I asked for weeks ago. I should also say that I ALWAYS buy my contacts online and have never had problems ordering with other companies. This was the first and final time I will ever order through this company. Definitely taking further actions with this!

Never sent

I used a prepaid credit card and after verifying it and giving them the number to my bank, going through multiple calls, and emails, they erased my order and stopped contacting me. Upon a final call they did not try at all to fix the problem and the agent was more than happy to erase my order. Worst service I have ever recieved... Saving a few dollars isn't worth dealing with such a terrible company

Terrible Customer Service

I ordered contacts almost 10 days ago and have not received them yet. I chose to use this site, because it was the best price. I reached out to customer service both via phone and email, seeking a tracking number for the order. The response I received was along the lines of "you should have read the webpage, we don't have this in stock and will have to order it." I understand that business operates a certain why, but it's never good customer service to tell a customer "I told you so" or "gotcha - this was on the webpage and you should have read it."
