I ordered contacts almost 10 days ago and have not received them yet. I chose to use this site, because it was the best price. I reached out to customer service both via phone and email, seeking a tracking number for the order. The response I received was along the lines of "you should have read the webpage, we don't have this in stock and will have to order it." I understand that business operates a certain why, but it's never good customer service to tell a customer "I told you so" or "gotcha - this was on the webpage and you should have read it."
