They did not read my prescription correctly and delayed my order. When I brought it to their attention they said it was gonna be another 3 to 5 business days before they could process my order.
Contacts arrived within a week but they are defective. The first time I called Lowest Price Contacts I had to leave a message and they never called back. The second time they basically said it wasn't their problem and to call the manufacturer, which I did. The third time they said they would call me back when they hear from the manufacturer, but they never called me back. The fourth time I had to leave a message again and still haven't heard back. Meanwhile I can barely see to drive. Super frustrating.
They will STEAL your money and PRETEND they will ship you contacts! Horrible! Trust me. I ordered from many companies and this is by far the absolute WORST.
Ordered from here twice (2nd time by accidnent). They operate out of the UNITED STATES apparently. 1st order was supposed to ship free with 5-7 days del time. After 2 weeks and no email responses besides the original order confirmation, I finally got through on the phone. When I asked about my order they said it was backordered and needed to be filled direct through the manufacturer, but that it was shipped and I should receive them soon. I waited another week no responses so filed with Paypal. 3 days later they contacted me with shipping information from Canada. When I tracked it they didn't even process the order until the Paypal dispute. Eventually got my lenses took over a month. Then my wife ordered contacts from them because they were the lowest price. Supposed to arrive in 5-7 days. After 2 weeks she asked me to follow up. I couldn't believe we made the same mistake of ordering from these scammers again. I filed my claim with Paypal today so I guess they may anger my emails in the nest couple of days. STAY AWAY - THESE ARE SCAMMER RATS! AND GOD HELP YOU IF YOU GAVE YOUR CC INFO - ID CANCEL THAT CARD IMMEDIATELY
I ordered three boxes of Air Optix contacts. The price was cheapest I saw online and the shipping was fast. I was quite happy about the purchase :)
Ordered contacts on 1/18, was told 5-7 days to receive. It will actually take closer to 20 days to receive, which is ridiculous. I have never had this long of a delivery time from any other company I've ordered contacts through. If you need contacts within a week to 14 days I would not use this site!
I bought a box of contacts on this site with a big defect on the lens... they refuse to give me a refund, not even an exchange

I ordered contacts almost 10 days ago and have not received them yet. I chose to use this site, because it was the best price. I reached out to customer service both via phone and email, seeking a tracking number for the order. The response I received was along the lines of "you should have read the webpage, we don't have this in stock and will have to order it." I understand that business operates a certain why, but it's never good customer service to tell a customer "I told you so" or "gotcha - this was on the webpage and you should have read it."
