Found on youtube a video showing a Lowe's delivery driver picking up a prostitute and engaging in a sexual act while the driver was suppose to be making deliveries. I will never have anything delivered by their company no matter the location.
Never had a worse experience with local store and local installers. A 5 year old child could do better. I have videos that document the horrible work and disgraceful attitude about resolving their poor workmanship. They have no respect to the consumer.
I purchase large and expensive planters. They arrived damaged in damaged boxes. They refuse to sign a release so I can file a claim with fedex. Their only solution is me returning crap to them. They weigh over 100 lbs!
Asked 3 times for help. No one ever came. I asked for manager. She (Eddie) was talking with 2 of her coworkers and brushed me off by giving me the aisle number I just came from. Sorry customer service. Won't go back.
Went to Brooklyn Kings Plaza Lowes yesterday - they made me feel worthless and annoying. The worst were the women in "Customer Service". They openly displayed how annoyed they were.
There is one wonderful exception - this very young black kid who works there: he genuinely tried to help, brought me to the right isle and called the correct person for the isle. They should promote him and put in charge of customer service, that's my opinion.
I am never going to buy anything at Lowes. I purchased a LG oven that broke 2 times in less than 6 months. After three days the oven does not work. I called Lowes to ask for a refund and all they can do is give me 10% off a new stove. In the past 5 years I have purchased several appliances from Lowes, refrigerator, stoves, dishwasher and a washing machine. They should rethink buying Korean made products because they do not work. I cannot never shop at Lowes again or buy anything made in a Korean country.
Ordered material to build a shed. While ordering, I made everything for delivery, since I only have a jeep Cherokee. I also paid a delivery charge of $80. The store is 3 miles away. I received emails saying it would get delivered Friday. Then I got a text saying it was ready for pickup. I called, only to find out the metal roofing was being delivered, but I was suppose to pick everything else up, unless I wanted to pay an additional $180 to have the other material delivered. I said no and hung up. Later that night I get an email saying everything was being delivered on Saturday, for an extra $95.i did not agree to this.
Very disappointed that they would treat anyone this way.
Do not go to Lowe's for home windows. We have had nothing but problems. This is our worst nightmare. The minute they got my payment they walked away and no longer cared. They always blamed someone else, installers, etc. for everything. No follow up. I can not get the installers to finish the job. This has gone on for over 6 months. Just a nightmare. Stay away.

Landscaping and various projects, and my local store has been such a great resource for material, advice, and helpful hints. Service can be a little slow, especially finding special orders for some reason, but overall, I could not have done this without them.
They have a great crew, and appreciate all the time they have taken to help me achieve my project goals.
I special ordered a door for my bathroom at the store. It resulted in 6 weeks of waiting, not knowing where my door was because nobody called me to update me. When the door finally arrived it was the wrong one because the "Manager" of the department never showed me an image to help explain what LH vs RH means when ordering a door. I will never order anything from them again.
Lowe's delivery service is a disaster. My order arrived weeks late, and the items were damaged beyond repair. Attempts to contact customer service were fruitless, as they provided no solutions or assistance. Lowe's, you need to prioritize improving your delivery process if you want to keep customers satisfied.
I ordered R-13 insulation from lowes.com over 4 weeks ago, was given an estimated delivery date of 10/3 and still haven't received the insulation yet. Lowe's continues to blame the vendor, but I placed the order with Lowe's, they are responsible for fulfilling that order, keep giving me information that is incorrect and don't seem very motivated to complete the order or "make the customer happy."
Multiple times I have been told someone would call me back and no one has; multiple times I have been given delivery dates which have come and gone with no delivery of the insulation. On top of that, Lowe's has billed my credit card already! That charge will clearly be contested.
I was a long time Lowe's customer and had many services completed by them. I gave them a fairly simple fence project to complete for the front of my home. They botched the entire process well before the installation. They wasted 6 months of my time because of incompetence with securing a city permit and not following through at every step in the process. Even the people at headquarters lack professionalism in solving problems. I will not be buying anything else from Lowe's.
I go to the Citrus Heights store and each time, I can NEVER find anyone to help. Where do they hide? When I do find someone, it seems that they don't know anything; where I can find a product or if they even have it. It's very disconcerting.
Their prices are lower than Home Depot but, that's probably because they don't train their employees or hire enough of them.
I'm not going back. I'll stick with Home Depot where their sales people are more knowledgeable and nicer.
It is unbelievable, the ridiculous prices they charge for the absolute junk that they pedal!
Any local hometown hardware store has better quality than Lowe's and people that know more about doing anything than the 3 employees per isle at Lowe's walking around with their head up their butt!
After taking all of the measurements for new kitchen appliances I called my nearest Lowe's to order everything I needed. After numerous attempts/days calling the Alton store no one ever answered. Guess they don't need the business.
I drove from Marietta to Alpharetta (Duke Rd store) to pickup tile. At first I was concerned because one gentleman told me they did not have my order in stock. Then Alfred came and pulled the tile and helped me. This gentleman was a refreshing note to a dreary day. He was pleasant, friendly, smiled and very kind. Thank you Alfred for your assistance
Love their order online pick up in store feature. Saves me the time of wondering around the store finding all the little items for a project I am working on. The only thing I have to do is get them to readjust my order to give me my veterans discount as that option is not available online but the customer service clerks are more than willing to make the adjustment and are always a pleasure to deal with.
Hard to find a worker that wants to help u or even knows anything about the department ur asking about... That's lowes! Then when I go to leave a negative review on a horrible product online it does not let me. I swear they don't let your review go through if you rate something 1 star. They are a crooked business
Have purchased several items from this site. Had some delivered to house, usually larger items, and some picked up at my local store. Usually research what I'm looking for then go to store just to make sure they don't have it before actually ordering. Placing order is easy and the expected delivery date is pretty accurate. Only down side is time it takes when you go to store to pickup an item that has come in. May be specific to my store, not all, but when they process the email I received saying item is in they call someone to bring item to customer service. It quite often takes 10-15 minutes from the call for the item to be brought up front and then I have to sign for receiving the item. Pretty much always ask yourself if your time to pickup in store is worth cost of shipping to your home when placing orders.
