I was on hold today for 58 minutes trying to follow up on my dishwasher repair which has been ongoing for over a month before someone answered. (Yesterday I was on hold for an hour before I gave up.) The person who answered was from the Philippines. She could not answer any questions. All she could tell me was that someone would be in touch with me by phone or email with two business days, and I would receive a confirmation email within 15 minutes. No email came. These phone experiences are typical with Lowes. Lowes' customer service in general is atrocious. Another experience involved buying flooring for a house's laundry room from Lowe's and hiring them to install it. I drove 75 miles to meet the contractor who did not show up on time. Several hours later I gave up and called Lowe's. Someone told me he would check and call me back. Had to call several more times over the next few hours until finally someone told me that they would need to reschedule for another day. I wanted a substantial discount to offset my day off of work and travel expenses. Lowe's offered me $60 or so off the $1200 job. I tried to speak with a "manager" but one would never call me back after leaving several messages. Lowe's understaffs their stores and it is hard to get any help consequently. In general, Lowe's takes every opportunity to show utter disregard for its customers.
Purchased kitchen cabinets in Aug. Delivered lat week and one was completely wrong and one was broken. Keep getting run around and have to continue to wait on new cabinets.
Husband and I have been without kitchen since august. Sales rep told us in august delivery was 2-3 weeks. Here we are months later and nothing.
The employee was fired for being misleading to customers. I've emailed the CEO as well and ignored.
I've filed complaints with BBB ATTORNEY GENERAL AND WILL GO TO MEDIA AND COURT
Lowes hired to remodel my kitchen. A disaster. The cabinets were expensive. After they were installed you could see many, many flaws. Doors don't meet. No stain on many parts of the doors and drawers.(They left me colored brown crayons for touch ups) they deliver by a big truck and leave them in the garage. YOU are supposed to check for problems. Hah! All those heavy boxes, no way. The installer was ok. But we had problems with the work. The granite guys cracked the granite and tried to patch it so we wouldn't notice. And left. But the tile people pointed it out tous. Big problem because granite wanted to rip out the granite AFTER the tile on the wall was put on. Impossible. Destroy all the tile work. No way. After arguing with them they gave me a credit but have a brand new kitchen with a big crack next to the sink. Besides that no one stays working in this department. I purchased a door from Lowe's in Hackettstown NJ the manger Linda is extremely rude unprofessional childlike. Linda refusing to listen or resolve my door situation. I contacted Lowe's corporate office with my situation I am waiting for a response. This issue has been going since 2019. I ordered a fiber glass door with privacy glass instead I received a steal door with clear glass with scratches and dents. The door is uneven. The door has been cover with a blanket to prevent weather conditions from coming through. The blanket also covers the clear glass for privacy. A different manager offered me any door i picked out another door. Linda said it was to expensive so i picked a door at the same value of the current door at my home. Linda took the offer off the table and said we already refunded your door. No Linda I was charged for 2 doors. The current door is useless its covered 24/7 since 2019 when is this nightmare going to end? I'm not done! They installed a door to my basement thats uneven. Linda's manger skills should be assessed
Wish I had read some of these reviews before I started my own nightmare with Lowe's. I ordered 14 boxes of ceiling tiles from Lowe's costing $1180.34. They did not show at the first scheduled delivery date and no call to let us know they had to reschedule. Finally on the fourth reschedule they delivered 14 individual broken tiles, not 14 boxes of 16 tiles each! When I called to inquire about this major error, I was transferred multiple times, spending exorbitant time on the phone. I finally got to talk to the store manager at the Banner Elk, NC LOWE'S, named Andrew, who, instead of showing a glimmer of empathy for this fiasco, was very militant and told me I could go buy it elsewhere, after waiting three weeks from the time I submitted my order! Finally rescheduled delivery for today and again a no show. Called again, multiple transfers to different associates to finally get rescheduled. Called the online customer service to find out that the product was never available and wouldn't be available for the delivery date they rescheduled me for! I told them to cancel my order and am now fighting to get that accomplished. Any amount of savings you might think you're getting does not make up for the aggravation of trying to deal with Lowe's. Just don't do it! Lowes deserves ZERO stars.
We bought a refrigerator from Lowes this past winter. We opened a credit card in order to make payments, rather than paying the entire amount up front. The service as we made the purchase was fine, and getting set up with the credit card was easy. The real disappointment came months later when I called to dispute a late charge. My husband paid the bill (or thought he did), but the amount was still not taken from our bank account two days later. He logged back into his account and realized that the payment had not gone through, so he immediately paid it; however, he noticed that there was a late fee. Upon calling Lowe's to get refunded the late charge, as we had tried to pay but there was evidently a system glitch, we were told that we would not be refunded the charge. Prior to being told we wouldn't be refunded, the customer service rep continued to ask us if we'd clicked 'authorize' and other obvious payment steps that we'd had no issues in completing for the past 6 months as we had paid our bills... on time I may add. We explained that either our charge would need to be refunded or they'd be losing a loyal customer, in which case the rep replied, "Okay, that's fine. Have a great day." So essentially, we were told that our business and us, as customers were clearly not valued and they were fine with us shopping elsewhere. I have NEVER had such poor customer service when dealing with a charge like the one described. Because of this poor customer service, we will no longer be ordering our other appliances or flooring that we'd planned to order from Lowes.
I was set to receive a refrigerator, I never received the phone call to let me know the delivery time. I called customer service at the store and they let me know it was the window was 9 am to 1 pm. I sat and waited and called again at 1pm now customer service gave me the number to the delivery place the time has been moved to 2:30pm. Now 2:30pm comes and goes and no delivery i call AGAIN and this time they claim no one was home, which is total nonsense. They think that describing the outside of the door proves they were there and knocked. The real problem was at no time did i receive ANY phone calls i signed up for a credit card when i purchased and let them know that my name and phone number had changed and each time they tried to use a number that was disconnected and every time i called and at the time of the purchase i told Loews they were using out dated information from when i purchased in the 1990's. So the here i sit with my kitchen in disarray and no refrigerator

I purchased a dishwasher over the phone from a Lowes store on a Wednesday. No mention was made of return policy. I was told they could not install for 10 days or more. I told the sales person I had an installer scheduled for the next Monday. Again no mention of return policy. The dishwasher was delivered on Friday and installed on Monday afternoon. The installer pointed out the flaws in the stainless steel skin on the door. I phoned the Lowes store on Tuesday morning and was told I would have to speak to the division that delivered the dishwasher. Long story short I was told that there is a 48 hour return policy. This was buried in a hyper link on the invoice I received on the Friday delivery date. After escalating to a "manager" I was told that I am out of luck and was refused the opportunity to speak to any superior and denied even their email addresses. Lowes knew the install was scheduled for more than 48 hours after the scheduled delivery but neglected to advise me that I should schedule the delivery so that the install would be within the 48 hour window.
If I could give them a zero, I would. Purchasing the gas stove was not the problem, I had great service at the local Lowe's. When it came to delivery and installation, that's another story. The delivery/installer hooked up my gas stove incorrectly and subsequently we had a gas leak. Had to call the local gas company to turn off the gas and was told Lowe's had left me with this gas leak due to incorrect installation. I called Lowe's immediately only to be told they could reschedule another person to come out, but refused to let me talk to a supervisor. I repeatedly told them I did not want the same person out that came the first time. They obviously didn't listen and tried to send the same installer out two more times, which I adamantly refused. I've made multiple phone calls, spent multiple hours on the phone and nobody wants to help. All they want to do is say they are sorry and they will try to get somebody else out here. I want a professional, that is licensed, that knows what they're doing, and they will not send anybody but the drivers/installers that they have there. I've been without a stove for 3 weeks now and have had to eat out most meals. It's very hard to cook without a stove. I shouldn't have to even worry about that when I purchased a perfectly good stove. I hope to write reviews everywhere I can so maybe someone will see this and help me out.

I ordered a Larson door online, and got an email when it came to Lowes for pickup, only to find once home that I only had the glass, and not 2 other packages- the handle and the frame. 30 minutes on hold with Lowes, and 2 emails, with no answer, and FOUR times in the understaffed store, 3 hours, with no one finding my packages. Called Larson- they said it was all shipped to Lowes, and a Lowes manager was going to call Larson, and then me, and I got no call. LOWES TRULY SUCKS AND THE SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT. Will push for refund and buy the door from Home Depot.
I have been looking for such an item in my shower to keep all loose items in one place and I found it. Should of purchased one years ago. Much more organized now in the shower.
Been waiting for over 30 minutes. Lowe's is the worst! I'm unable to walk due to recent surgery. Out of the many stores where I use Curb Pickup Lowes is 10X worse than all the others!

Kobalt drill set $159 on line and at Lowes Rowland Park Kansas. Charged $199 Osage Beach MO. Was told Lowes does not price match their own merchandise from different zip codes. This makes sense?
Do NOT trust their delivery date! Online management of account does not function properly. Phone menus a nightmare to navigate to an actual person. Ordered a shower door in store. Delivery was delayed 2 times. Dumb me went back and ordered a refrigerator 4/15/19 online this time. Delivery supposed to be 4/30/19 (btw: Home Depot promises 10 days). Received call said refrig was not on truck so won't make original delivery (When you talk to them it's like they never know what's on the truck until it arrives, they open it, and unload it). Delivery delayed 2 more days. I was supposed to get phone call the day before to let me know delivery time. NO Phone call. Now here we are on the day of second scheduled delivery and i have no idea if they are coming. Door hinge on old refrig has degraded to the point that the doors are literally falling off. The magnetic seal is helping to hold them on! If I don't hold it carefully when I open the door it will fall to the floor. I Don't know how much longer I can last! It is taking every ounce of self control to refrain from typing profanities. Lowes' Online system won't let me change my password on my lowes account - yes i am following the password instructions/requirements.
Never again Lowes! What a huge waste of time this has been. Learn from my mistakes.
I made an online purchase on 6/27/23 and had arrangements to have it delivered on 7/3/23. I received a message that the delivery was scheduled from 1PM-5PM on 7/3/23. At 4:30PM, I received a message to call *******400 option #2 to speak to someone about the address on file. The address on file is a verified USPS address, no delivery occurred or attempted. On 7/5/23 after multiple failed attempts to speak to someone, I finally waited 1 hour and 45 minutes to speak to a Lowe's representative who put me back on hold until someone from the local delivery store (Asheville, NC) got on the phone and basically laughed and said, "I can try to reschedule or cancel and refund your card". At that point, I was done. I did agree to a refund and I will definitely carry my business elsewhere.
Ordered a refrigerator. Received a receipt via email showing that I paid for the 5 year service plan, and that it would be delivered from 8 AM to noon, and a call the day before with a 2-hour window. No one called, it was not delivered within the 4-hour window shown on the receipt, and someone removed the service plan and I was not informed. When I escalated the fraudulent removal of the service plan to the head of customer service, and forwarded my receipt to her (showing that I had purchased the service plan), she understood and said she would resolve it right away. She put me on hold, and when she came back she said the solution is for me to go to a store and buy a service plan (that I had already purchased, according to my receipt). She told me this in a very matter of fact manner, not expressing any concern for my experience whatsoever. I spoke to 8-10 people and all but one (the Hickory NC store assistant manager) not only did nothing to help, they didn't have even a basic understanding of how things were supposed to work, didn't seem concerned about my experience at all, and most just handed me off to another department without explaining anything to the next person.
Don t buy anything at lowes that has to be delivered. They now use a third party company they told me to pick up and deliver your items... bought a grill, waited over five hours on day set to be delivered,, no phone call, nothing,, called lowes and was told they have constant complaints on people not getting there items delivered!... was also told this is the new C. E. O decision to use a third party service... went in next day to find out no emails had been returned on where abouts of my grill... while waiting in line there was many other people with the same issues,,,, bought items and no one from the delivery company had delivered the products and no phone call!,,,,, LOWES YOU LL BE OUT OF BUSINESS IN TEN YEARS OR LESS... AMAZON WILL PUT YOU OUT OF BUSINESS... i CAN ORDER THIS SAME GRILL AND HAVE IT DELIVERED AND ON TIME!
