Lowe's is turning into a joke. We ordered a fridge off-line from the stores recommendation found out that you get a 30 day warranty. Only if you use a Lowe's card if you use your own money, you won't get a two day warranty well guess what the fridge doesn't work it leaks water every time you open the door onto my floor. I did not know this because I was not living in the house at the time for two weeks called the customer hotline. No one can help. They just said call the manufacturer. Thanks Lowes your loss.
Josh was extremely helpful and friendly helping us with our purchase today. They were very short handed but he made us feel like we were the most important customers in the store. He is an amazing asset to your team. I wish he worked for me.
Lowes contractors did a incomplete job. My electrical boxes are missing and the tubing for my exhaust fan tubing out the window is cracking. No one inspected their work. I bought a brand new refrigerator that stop working, which they gave me my money back however the food cost was not replace. Today am going through this again, no more I am so through with Lowes.

Ordered a stove for pickup in Athens GA area. Received email and text that it was ready for pick up. Waited close to an hour for them to locate the items. These people are clueless and I unprofessional
Lowe's sells Allen and Roth products. They are such poor quality and do not honor their warranty. The flooring manager advised us to buy this product said it was great product with good warranty. Except they don't honor warranty. I have now found multiple reviews stating Allen and Roth will not honor their warranty and neither does Lowe's. I am not positive but I believe Lowe's owns Allen and Roth. There is over 50 places where chunks or the top layer of laminate just peeled off! None even in high traffic areas!
Had Lowes install carpet in my home. We got high quality carpet and paid over $8,000.00. After 15 months the carpet developed rolls and ridges due to poor installation. Lowes has a one year warranty but many carpet issues develop after the 12 month warranty. I called both the local and corporate office and they were unwilling to budge on the installation issues. They didn't even acknowledge that they would look into the subcontracted installers, so the chance of this happening to someone else is a possibility. Do not allow Lowes to install carpet in your home
Hot water heater went out on Thursday morning. Picked out new one at lowes that promised installation same day if ordered before 12 that day. Didn't hear from them on Thursday… went back on Friday at to re order
This morning and still haven't received a call. It is 4:03 pm so I guess no hot water this weekend.

Worst experience ever. We moved less than a mile from lowes almost 7 years ago and have been shopping there since. I got a lowes account years ago. I pay with the card to get the discount. Then I have paid off my card with a check while still there. This time 6 of your employees (including 4 managers) had no idea how to do this. Are you guys that hard up from money you are forcing your customers to NOT pay, only to gain interest on their accounts? How hard should it really be for me to pay off my card for a business I am physically in at the time? Why get a card from Lowes if it has no benefits for me? I waited in three lines, while your associates grabbed people after me to help, I wasted more time than the 5% discount I get. Home depot is sure looking good now.
I purchased a complete set of sofa, and two loungers, sold as outdoor furniture. Within two weeks they rusted. The manufacture Festival Depot tell me that they will not refund or replace because "outdoor patio furniture" is not for outdoors and that once I ordered, paid and received my furniture, it said so on the building instructions! I never even saw them since i paid someone to build them. Plus by then they are out of boxes, delivered and being built. Funny time to tell someone outdoor patio furniture is not meant for outdoors. Even the picture on box of furniture is taken outdoors.
They advertise one price just to charge a deposit for cleaning. That's fine. But when you clean the thing spotless, they still refuse to give you the deposit back because it has dust from their own store on it. Now we're talking scam. The carpet cleaner didn't work very well to begin with and now I'm told they won't refund the cleaning deposit. Bravo Lowe's you got me.
We bought a fully-assembled, brand-new electric golf cart from Lowe's store #2656 on 12/13/23. Almost immediately, the golf cart had pieces fall off including the wheels from the stripping of the bolts during assembly. We asked to return it since it was a damaged product and they refused to take it back and instead wanted Coleman (the manufacturer) to repair, with us paying the delivery charge. After doing so and sending to a recommended shop by Coleman, the cart remains unfixed with Coleman and Lowes fighting over whose fault. We are frustrated with false advertising about the return policy, the poor assembly and the lack of help by the store personnel. We want our money back and will never do business with Lowe's. We are preparing a Texas Lemon Law filing to get the government involved. The bottom line is don't buy expensive items from Lowe's, there is no return policy.
First of all ordered counter tops was told it would be about 6 weeks...Was 3 months!
Then got a new stove from them, first one I've ever had in my lifetime. Kitchen being redone and couldn't use stove until 5 days after it was delivered. Smooth top range and two of the burners are messed up after I used it once. Called Lowe's Manager was told it has to be returned within 48 hours. I wasn't able to use it until 5 days later! Told me to call the company, look in manual.Would have been nice had he supplied the number. Very very unhappy customer...Won't be going back.
I bought a belt for $30 that fell apart after a few months. Lowes menswear refused to refund it even after photo evidence and lengthy phone calls because of their rigid 6 months return limit. Under Australian Consumer Law the belt was clearly not durable if it fell apart in 8 months. It seems to me that they have no pride in their products or respect for their customers. They have lost this customer for life.
I paid Lowe's over $15,000.00 in a May of 2022 to build me a deck. As of January 9,2023 and 3 failed inspections later I still don't have a deck that can pass code. I reached out to Marvin Ellison and Exec team and they still refuse to refund me so can hire a professional. The deck company they hired only has two reviews and claims cannot dig footers through tree root. They have 7 failed items on inspection report.
Never use Lowe's there corrupt and if you didn't know don't buy a mower till you plan to use it because it is a set up. They sold us a mower in April went to use it in June and paid 400 for a warranty the mower wouldn't even start we charged the battery then ten minutes later it started smoking and wouldn't start there horrible they wouldn't do nothing for us but offer to refund it and even had the nerve to tell us that we still might have to pay to get it fixed because our warranty doesn't cover it. Why do you pay for a warranty? I rral. If anyone was in our shoes you would not accept this mower because we paid for a 3000 dollar new mower and this isn't a new mower. A new mower starts when you go to start it and don't blow up on you. Never shop here Springfield ohio location manager name Ashley is the most disrespectful unprofessional manager I've seen. You guys this is from experience. They did this to my 85 ll6 year old grandma it broke down June 1st took them 2 weeks to cone get it and thry siad teo weeks to fix it. 😂 It's just when you shop at Lowe's you expect the best and far from the best. We've contwcted state attonrey general bbb consumer affairs and Lowe's at least 20 times with no sympathy from Lowe's or even ownership for being in the wrong selling us this mower. My grandma's cried everyday since June 1st because of these people there corrupt.
We ordered a dishwasher from the North Stockton, CA Lowe's. Delivery was promised a couple of days ago, and it never arrived. No one at Lowe's has returned our phone calls and emails. No follow-up, and terrible customer service.
Made a key at Lowes in Virginia Beach. Went home and it did not work. Went back to store to return it and was told by Customer Service Rep that they do not return keys made by the key machine even though we had the electronic receipt (no where on the key machine or the electronic receipt did it say anything about returns). We needed to contact the manufacturer, which was not the receipt. When asked for a phone number we were told they did not have one and we should Google it to find one. What customer service! I had higher expectation from Lowes. I will start going to the orange store more
I purchased a dishwasher that was never delivered. Manager at Lowes was horrible and gave me a number to call to get my money returned. It took me a week to get my refund after calling a warehouse every day. No offer to fix their mistake and corporate response was a joke. They had a dishwasher in the back storage area but the manager said I could not have it most likely because the sale was over and they could get an extra $100 for it. Goodbye Lowes and Thanks for nothing!"
Ordered a gazebo from Lowe's could have ordered from multiple sources but choose Lowes because I thought they would be more reliable and accountable. Had to call in because their tracking system only says out for delivery nothing more very poor system.
They missed delivery date and said it would be another week.
Understood but I will be out of town that week and there is no one to receive delivery.
They first said I can cancel and it will take 10 days for refund lady was very nice. I asked for her supervisor and she told me no refund they can't cancel and I can reject when they deliver. I won't be here and will not have any phone reception where I'm going. I was told since I order online Lowes has no control of process.
