This is my favorite store of all! I have never shopped on line with them, however have spent many hours in store. Could spend days! They have the coolest stuff! A little pricie on some things, but so much ''stuff'.
Ordered a garden window in September still waiting. Called complaint department. They called and hang up numerous times. I paid for the window for close to a year and have paid interest on the loan. Lowes lacks the courtesy to return my call. If you have a problem with Lowes. No customer service at corporate level. Gave 1 star couldn't give less
I enjoy looking a home plans and dreaming of when I will be building my next dream home. There were a lot of plans/ideas contained in this bound book. They were easy to look at and the book stores nicely on a bookshelf. Book was well packaged and arrived fast.
They have a large selection of hardware, garden, home appliances and more. Home Depot is the same and between the 2 you should be able to find what you need. The customers service is ok but not always the greatest. The prices are reasonable and better than other hardware stores.
I ordered an outside table and chairs set plus a new BBQ on Sunday. I was told it would be delivered and assembled today (11/10). I received an e-mail confirmation last night that it would be delivered between 12:00 midday and 4 pm. Mt stepdaughter took 4 hours PTO to wait in for it. It did not arrive. I called customer support, they could not tell me why. I then drove to the store that I ordered it from after work, they could not tell me why. They called the delivery manager of the company they use. He did not pickup the call. They left a message asking for an explanation and that he call me. He has not bothered to. I shall be asking for a refund after work tomorrow and buying at Home Depot.
After 20+ years of business with Lowe's I have closed my account over an awful experience at the Lowe's in Bartow, FL. The manager, Trina, is rude, condescending and unprofessional. I certainly don't need to shop there.
I had an. 84 cent credit balance, instead of leaving the credit in my account they sent me a check for. 84 knowing damn well I would never deposit or cash such a small amount so the check never clears and they get to keep the money they call breakage and the customers never get their credit to apply to a purchase... I will never shop at a Lowes again...
It's a nightmare to buy appliances from Lowe's. First of all they said it was going to be delivered on a certain date from 11 am to 11pm. I waited for the delivery all day and until 11pm. It never came. I tried calling but every time they either did not answer or hung up on me. The delivery was rescheduled for a month later. I only found out the next day by calling the main office. Now they delivered it and charged me an extra $29.07 which I did not agree to and they didn't deliver the whole order. This is incredible. Don't buy from Lowe's. I won't.
Several issues. Purchased a washing machine for a good price (the reason they got 1 star) but the service was awful. They scheduled delivery and removal of my old machine promptly, however, when they arrived the men said they could not enter the house because of COVID-19. I understood that but was never told they would not be able to come in thus they had to take the machine back and reschedule for when they can come inside. The stay-at-home order has since been extended so will they even try to deliver it on the rescheduled date and will they still not be able to come inside? Who knows because trying to call their customer service line is a joke. No one answers and you are put on a lengthy lengthy hold (45 min) and no one ever does come on the line. I finally gave up after two tries. There is no email contact so of course you are stuck with no resolution. I will not be purchasing any appliance at Lower ever again.
This store is really terrible. No one in the store knows where anything is. I have called numerous times for many reasons and no one calls me back or is able to answer my question. The only person worth talking to is Elijah at customer service. Don't ask anyone in the store where any thing is. They have no idea. Serious
I purchased a faucet from Lowe's that was damaged in shipment. I never received the faucet which you can see if you go on Fedex.com and look at tracking. I have yet to receive my refund because they said they have to investigate. Investigate what? I have no faucet and no money. Don't spend money or your time with them. Then when I called and waited 45 minutes the following week, they hung up on me after I explained what I was calling about. They were closing at 6 ET. The crappiest customer service I have ever experienced.
In October 2017, I paid Lowe's in advance to install 23 replacement windows--four need to be reinstalled, and the installer voided the warranty on the other 19, all of which need to be replaced. In the past 8 months, I've made 50 phone calls to Lowe's, but the windows have not been done. They are intentionally dragging their feet, hoping I will give up.
First, they deliver on the wrong day without notifying us. Second, they only deliver the washer and not the dryer. Third, they gave our dryer to someone else. Fourth, they have no idea when they will get our dryer to the store. Lowe's just lost our business
I have made many orders with lowes. This particular order was made on amazon.com. The item had an estimated arrival date of May 1,2023. As I open tracking on May 1,2023 at 3:30 it still say Estmated Arrival Today May 1,2023. Well only problem is this item has not been shipped. I called Lowe's customer service and the associate by the name of Alexandria gave me the bare minimum of information which was everything I could see on my end. I told her that wasn't acceptable. She informed me that it was being sent by third party. I asked her to reach out to the third party to get an update. After this order this is my last time shopping with Lowe's. Even though I store customer service isn't as great I never had an issue with delivery.
I have twice ordered items online for store pickup and both times the experience was terrible. The first time I ordered a rug and when I arrived at the store no one knew where it was. I did finally receive it after about an hour of chaos and confusion. The second time I ordered an over the stove microwave. When I got the email that my "item is ready for pickup" I scheduled the installation with a handy man. When I got to the store they could not locate it and then told me they didn't even have the item in stock. I will not shop Lowe's anymore - online or in store.
How do you people stay in business!? I renewed an order with promises of expediting. Into two weeks and get a call pushed back another week? I took a whole day off from work to get this done and now it's lost. I lost money to give YOU money! These third party vendor and delivery services to make an extra buck in the name of the company is ridiculous! I'm not in the best of health these days to pick up large purchases like I use to and use this "service" as what was thought a convenience. I'm done buying from you people in this manner after this is all said and done ( If it gets done at all!) So what will you do now Lowes rep? Replay with a canned "Oh sorry yada, yada please message us with your info to help!" nonsense!? To the CEO of Lowes do us a favor and resign and let someone else run it or just close your company and let another do it.
Go to check out, only option is the self check out. Swipe everything, go to pay three times and reader won't read the chip. Clown "working" check out goes to his booth with a finger stuck. No doubt they don't need the business, or Junior would be picking up beer cans on Fairmont.
I was trying to find some garden soil online and the website said they had it - but there were two different item numbers for the same product at the same price. I called to check availability - because that looked odd. The people at the store couldn't find either of them, stated inventory issues.
Love my Lowe's. It is just around the corner. They always have what I need and more. Well except curtain rods. Never enough. You never need to wait in line because they never allow more than 2 to a line. Love this store. One of my favorites.
Ya, I love when you are at the cutting saw and wave them down when you want to get some wood cut down into smaller pieces. They just stare at you! Or nobody ever comes! When they see you standing there with wood on a push cart. You know that should tell them you want it cut! I mean they have been doing this for years. Even worst when they say I will be with you in a minute. Then help another customer and never come back to you! I sat there one time for 30 minutes to see what they would do. Nobody said anything to me! I waved! Five different employees seen me standing there! This is for the Loews in Gun Barrel Texas.
