The item I ordered was absolutely lovely, but the measurements weren't as described. Tried and tried and tried to contact via many phone calls and many emails to exchange for the next size up. Absolutely NO response. I will never order from this company again.
I bought a skirt that is poorly made, fabric is so cheap it's see through and the sizing seems whacky as it is too small to even close. This item was not cheap, I paid $59+ AUD so I did not realise it would be so bad. I wish I had seen these reviews first. I usually check first but I didn't. Beware, do not get sucked in by the photos, what you see is not what you get.
I do ALL my shopping online and have NEVER had a worse experience than with this company. Ordered an $80.00 dress on August 28th, said it would ship in 3-5 business days. And then... nothing, silence. They have no customer service number, I've emailed SEVERAL times with no response, no updates on shipping. It is now 6 weeks later. Disputing this charge on my CC. STAY AWAY.
Super bad experience, I ordered 2 items, only 1 item arrived and did not look the same as in the website. I ordered socks and got sacks! Literally a piece of slim fabric sealed on 3 sides with no gusset. Ridiculous customer service, does not respond to inquiries and a complete waste of time and money dealing with lovepeaceboho. My mistake to not check reviews. Lesson learned, DO NOT BUY from this site.
I online shop A LOT. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had. The website makes it appear that the clothing is coming from the US, but it was shipping from China. I ordered in April 2020, told my items would ship in days, and it took over 3 months for it to even leave China. It is mid-July and I still have only received one of the five items I've ordered. I emailed twice to ask for a refund, and no one even replies. Quality is also terrible. I would highly advise to not purchase from this company.
The items that I received were not what I ordered. The quality was cheap and the fabric, as well as the color, was not the same as what was shown in the picture
I ordered an item that was on sale and didn't look to see that it was non-returnable. The size was way off and so was the coloring. I was so disappointed. This is why you should only order from a well known reputable company who actually stands behind their product.

I ordered a blouse that I never received. Tracking showed that it was sent without a street address. Who does that? How do you send a package without a street address? This company is clearly outside of the U.S. and has multiple hidden fees. In tiny print their shipping policy states that it could take up to 30 days to get an item. I tried cancelling and was told I would get charged a 15% cancellation fee. There is no phone number on their site so I had no choice but to communicate via email which took more than 24 hours to receive a response. I then saw that I was charged an International Transaction fee of $4 also. Long story short. SCAM don't waste your time.
I ordered a sweater and top and they were significantly different from the photos on the website ie shoulder openings and sleeve and shirt length proportions were all much smaller then pictured.
Shipping takes forever and is coming directly from China so any return shipping for a refund is not worth it. And my inquiry to get a refund included pictures as the customer service requested but was still denied despite the obvious differences in the styling of the products I received from what was presented on the website. Do not order from this company! Complete waste of money
This has got to be the worst customer service we've encountered in years of online shopping. We returned an item and they won't refund the money because we didn't "email for permission to return". Really?
Paid $80 for 2 dresses that NEVER CAME. I have tried many times to contact them and they will not answer any emails. Do not buy from this company!
Item received was not item pictured. Requested refund and was denied, escalated to PayPal. Do not purchase from this company. If you notice their Facebook page and Instagram shows there are many comments under the photos however none show up to read. This means they were blocked and therefore not comments they wanted read. (red flag)
No only is quality cheap - they do not take returns although they say they do. This company is terrible. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!
Nothing else needs to be said. What you receive will be a very cheap imitation of the photo. Returning will be more of a headache than it's worth. Scam company... not sure how they are still in business with this many one star reviews.
6 out of 7 items Ive purchased was perfect, except for one which has a small hole near the armpit, i had a returned and exchanged with no problem
I ordered a dress in early February and still have not received it in June. Sent multiple e-mails that went unanswered even after they delivered it to Conneticut. I live in Texas. They still have not responded to my 10 yes 10 e-mails about a refund or shipment of the dress. DO NOT ORDER FROM. Worst experience I have ever had. Complete scam.
Been trying for 3 months to get my wife's money back they claim they are looking into it no responses for days totally unprofessional
This company deserves NO stars! I ordered a shirt spent more than I like and did not like it. I requested a return label numerous times without an email response like their website indicates. I then went to Facebook and commented on the clothing post that they would not respond to me so they block me from their FB page. IT IS A SCAM!
