I had a TERRIBLE experience with this company. I have never posted a critical online review, but this company warrants it. I paid about $70 for two dresses that were of extremely low quality. Fine. My mistake. I'll send them back and move on. To return, they said I had to ship at my expense to Singapore (or, I suppose recognizing the poor quality of their items, I could throw them in the trash, save the return postage, and theyd refund 20%). It has been more 2 months and I still have no refund and my last two emails have not been answered. They said I had to get tracking, so I know for a fact that they were returned (based on the link they sent me). I will be taking action via my payment method and filing a Better Business Bureau complaint along with anything else I can do to prevent anyone else from having such a terrible experience.
In the paypal dispute, they claimed the dresses had not been delivered, which is not correct according to the link sent by their own customer service agent. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR ENERGY ON THIS COMPANY. I wish I had googled them before purchasing.
Company is in China. Takes 6-7 weeks or longer for your order to arrive. By that time the season has changed and the dress is out of style. If it doesn't fit- you have to pay for the international shipping return and it will run at least $25. Customer Service is VERY unhelpful.
Ordered a dress in wrong size, wrote in and their customer service officer is real helpful and corrected everything.

I shopped twice with them and the second time round i bought a size M that turned out to be small, contact the customer service and told them off badly about it, they got back to me quick and offered an exchange or return for store credit, i wanted to leave a bad review here but seeing that they at least had decent service, i gave them a fair review, I would buy here again if they have something good up for sale. BTW, their return was to USA and i got my credit in 6 days.
I have just received the Bohemian Rhinestone Sandals and they are not at all what the picture looked like. I also got a dress and the finish on the Off Shoulder Geometric Print Dress is certainly also less than ideal - really should call it an art smock not a print dress!
I am still missing two items from my order and it has been well over 3 weeks. Took a punt on a Facebook ad and really wish I didn't!
I took a chance I shouldn't have. They steal images of models and attempt to make them look similar to picture. Cheap clothing you can buy on wish app. Save your $

Another one of those cheap Asian retail sites that steal images from legit sources and pass off as their own. I ordered the Bohemian Floral Dress and ended up with something the same style but completely different pattern and color scheme. The About Us page sounds legit but don't do it!
