I received in the mail the most disgusting, fitlthy and satined dress. First they said I should wash it, as if it was responsibility to send out clean clothes. They REFUSED to provide and customer service and wanted me to pay to ship it back then pay for additional shipping to get it back. I would NEVER buy a thing from then again. They are scary artists with ZERO integrity. Now Ive paid for a disgusting rag, they should be shuttered or investigated.

Do not buy from this website! What a nightmare! They list that their site is located in Oregon, trying to lure Americans to buy from them. They then post fake photos of their clothing and after a month send you fake, cheap, stained clothing that look nothing like the photos! When you ask to return the item, they send you an address in SINGAPORE, which will cost you more than the item to return! Ive filed an econsumer complaint and a better business bureau complaint and I suggest you do the same to protect other buyers from going through this nightmare! They need to be shut down!

Terrible service, shipping takes an eternity, communication is slow, products are cheap and poorly made. Items look nothing like the photos. I wanted to return all 4 items, but shipping back to China was going to be $25 so I just kept them. They offered a partial (20%) refund for keeping the items rather than returning, but after many emails back and forth over weeks, I finally got about a 12% refund. Didn't waste any more time fighting it. Don't recommend at all.

While a few of the 7 items I ordered are decent, the rest are cheap with strings hanging from them, seams not straight etc. When I contacted company to return, they send you an address in Singapore and expect you to return to that address which for my 230.00 worth of clothes it would be over 100.00 to ship back to them. Their website states they are in Oregon but they don't offer a US return location? Very sketchy, very misleading. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

DO NOT - I repeat - DO NOT purchase items from this company. The quality of the dress I received is questionable at best and did not fit. It was a "Mini Dress" not long enough to be a top. I tried to return within the required 14 day window (LITERALLY THE DAY AFTER RECEIVING) and they said they could refund me 20%. With the 20% "restocking" fee I will actually LOSE money because I have to pay the postage. This is a bogus company with bogus practices. BEWARE!

I placed and order and a month later followed up with them because I never received anything, they would write me back usually a few days later with another excuse. The first was that it was backordered and it would be ready in 2 days. Then a couple weeks later I followed up and they said the company was on a vacation so they would get my order processed in 24-48 hours... still nothing and NO response from customer service. I have not been able to get a refund for the items I bought and NEVER received. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY. BUYERS BEWARE!

Wow, I'm so surprised to read all the negative reviews on here! I have never had any issues with this website that would warrant me giving them anything less than a five. I really love their clothes. I'm noticing the reviews on here tend to focus on items that were damaged, or mistakes made by customer service reps that are out of their control, and in all of the reviews I've seen here, the customers got their money back or were compensated in some way! Don't let the reviews scare you, if you ever encounter any issues with them, do contact their customer service!

I wish I had read these reviews before I shopped on this site. I purchased and returned several items last August and was promised via email a refund. I followed up several times over the past 5 months to get an update on the status of the refund and was "assured" that it was forthcoming and would post to my subsequent month's credit card bill. At this point I still have not received a refund and the company is no longer responding to my inquiries. And I have not been able to locate a phone number to contact anyone and have an actual conversation. If anyone has any advice, I would welcome it!

I ordered a dress online and after washing it for the first time following their washing instructions it shrank about 2 inches. Their response was a rude email with a website on how to un-shrink clothing.
