Flowers arrived at my house instead, so i had to deliver them myself to my friend as there was no phone number to ring for this company to find out what they were going to do. Message printed on cheap, tacky card was half missing. Flowers looked like they'd be dead within 24 hours. Pay more and use a professional company. DO NOT USE

Don't use this company. I ordered flowers for my sister to cheer her up I picked a nice looking bouquet with Lillie's. And yes it arrived on time. But it was not what I ordered there was no lillies and no cream roses only white ones. I sent an email to complain and was told they have to swap flowers sometimes. But no offer of replacement or credit. 4days later the flowers are dead and 4 emails later they have failed to respond.

Terrible. I ordered flowers for my mums birthday... they started dying the veru next day. I did complain. No response! I buy my flowers from aldis normally and they last. Never use this company!

Ordered flowers for my daughter from my 8 yrs old grandson I also asked for a little card and stated what I wanted in the card order date 13/02/19 was told they would be delivered to my daughters address on the 14/02/19 came night time still no flowers so I emailed them they did reply and said I had ordered them just past the cut off time so they would be delivered on the 15/02/19 I
Replied and said I made the order well before the cut off time so that's no excuse the 15/02/19 came and went I emailed them again today the 16/02/19 and tried calling the number but again no reply but I emailed them to say I was disappointed and that I wanted a full refund has I don't see why I should pay for flowers and get nothing in return about an hour ago suprise surprise The flowers turned up dead and was nothing like the picture that shown on their website with the card inside but no message from my grandson how disappointed and disgusting is this company
Please ppl be aware of this and think twice before you order from them if you want nice flowers just go to a florist do not use this company photos included of what they state on their website and the ones my daugher received with the blank card

I fell for the "order by 5:30pm 13th & receive on Valentines Day 14th" rubbish!

This is my first time ordering from these chancers!
I placed an order & at the same time had to make an account (email, password etc) & then bank details for payment.

No confirmation/welcome email came!
No confirmation email with a reference number!
No confirmation email of payment or order!
No site confirmation showing any indications that an order had even taken place!

I messaged from their only given online source, straight away.

I messaged again the following morning 14th Valentines Day (still no emails, still no reference details).

Still no reply!

I checked my bank (nothing taken as payment).

So I went out & bought personally!

6pm on the 14th Valentines Day, they decide to (ignore the two messages) but instead email me a confirmation email welcoming me & that my order has now been put together for delivery!

Oh! & now the payment has been taken!

It's now the 16th. Valentines Day has gone. The order still hasn't arrived. Two further messages still hasn't been replied to. The money is still gone from my bank!

Avoid at all costs please peeps. These sort of companies come & go as they can't meet the demands of what they are used for.

Funerals, weddings, birthdays, Xmas, Valentines, mother day, etc etc etc.
These are all one day events where companies like these need to be on the ball, & if they can't meet your demands, need to be able to respond at an instant.

They don't have the resources in place to do such. Their sole purpose is to take our money "period"

Thanks for nothing!

Misleading & No Delivery
February 15, 2019

Website allowed for an next day delivery promising delivery of a present and flowers for Valentine's Day. Website suggested the 14th Feb to which I agreed, the order confirmation then stated the 15th Feb. They have not replied to one complaint or email of concern and nothing has been delivered.

Evidence can be provided if needed, but stay away, do not use under any circumstances.

I am going to visit their offices personally and get my money back myself! L

Ordered flowers in January for Valentine's day delivery for my partner at his workplace.

Flowers arrived a day early which is fine but can you imagine the face he made when he opened the box and it was dead roses. I'm absolutely fuming I have emailed the company to be told it's within their terms and conditions. Absolutely shocking. Didn't have the card in the flowers just a box of dead roses.

You should be closed down and your customer service is shocking same as your business.

I will be doing a chargeback on my credit card and advise everyone else to do so.

No email response no flowers took my money and nothing! Ordered flowers in early morning 1am Sunday as a couple of hours previously had been told of a friends relitive passing then Sunday morning found out she would not be at home for a few days so at 9.38am I emailed to change the address and didn't receive an email till Monday saying it was to late as they had been dispatched for that day and we are still waiting on the flowers no card no nothing I've emailed several times and had no response

Don't Bother!

Placed an order for my friend following a family bereavement. Ordered 25th Jan... and did not arrive until 2nd Feb! Have tried to make contact on numerous occasions but never receive a response. Wish I'd read the rest of the reviews first! Avoid this company. Absolute shambles!

I was sent flowers that arrived over a week late and were dead. I did not want to upset the sender, so chose to complain directly to the company. I offered to send pictures. My approach to them was non-aggressive. They failed (twice) to get back to me and did not respond to my emails. They say that they will respond within 24 hours. Ten days later, no response. Their telephone number doesn't work.
DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS THROUGH THIS COMPANY.

Flowers were for my parents anniversary, as we live far from them I tend to use flower delivery.
When they arrived they were dry and dead, the stems were cut in different lengths and my parents said you can get better flowers from the reduced section at the petrol station.

When I contacted the company they promised to re deliver, still waiting.

Do not use, appalling quality and no customer service. Wish I would of found this site earlier.

I order flowers on Friday for a special day for a friend Saturday. Said on line sat date to be deliver. Then I hear nothing it now Monday I notice 3 payments have came out of my account in which I only order once. So I am now fuming sent email rang spoke to a man on Tuesday said o I check see if flowers went out ring you back said also I'm angry all this money came out of my account said sometimes it can happen it our system. Not good enough I am now on Wednesday and phone doesn't answer when you call them. Avoid this business it awful and no communication rated no stars

Ordered a red bouquet and the 50% extra for a Christmas present to arrive on 23rd Dec. A delivery arrived 28th, late, pink and DEAD. They cost me £21.99 and the ones I buy from the supermarket for £4.00 are better. Only way of contacting is by email so 4 emails later I did get a replacement and on time, Red, fresh but still not worth the money. Emailed again but no reply so far. Reviews great on their website but guessing they don't put the bad ones on there as mine hasn't appeared. Wish I saw the reviews on here... wouldn't have bothered with the company.

I ordered some flowers on new years eve after asking specifically if it would be delivered new years day. The reply I got was yes aslong as it is ordered by 13.00
I ordered the flowers at 12.30. New year's day came and no flowers so I emailed them I got a $#*!ty reply saying I should of ordered before 1 after 4 more days with no flower delivery and emailed them everyday I am still waiting for a reply. So moneys gone out of my account but still no flowers. Very disappointing

I ordered a surprise Bouquet of flowers to congratulate my brothers engagement. The flowers arrived very late and look like I got them from the local supermarket. They are a small bunch of flowers even though I paid for extra and look no way close to the picture on the website. I paid £16 for a £3 bunch of flowers I could have picked myself from a store.
Terrible and very disappointed with the product and service. Left with a very empty wallet.
