Orders as a gift, ordered 50% more what the recipient received was not like the picture, the received flowers were mouldy and with heads missing, emailed company they offered a refund for the gysopholis, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY better flowers could be brought from a supermarket

Ordered for Friday bank holiday was confirmed AND nothing saying that I can't choose bank holiday.
Was delivered on Sunday after when it was needed for. Went straight in the bin as we're half dead

The company does not delivery on time, wasted monies, the order was for Valentines Days, they delivered 2 days after the date and surprising they send flowers without water, no flowers will survive water for 2 days, they arrived all curled up and brown on the edges, emailed company with Pictures and they are not interested and avoid the real question "Bad Quality Products", Better off buying from Supermarkets and do not waste Monies buying on line. I ORDERED THE FLOWERS ON A TUESDAY THEY GAVE A SPECIFIC DATE FOR DELIVERY FOR THREE DAYS LATER THEY HAVE STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED AND NO RESPONSE TO MY EMAIL AND COMPLETION OF THEIR FORM REQUESTING AN EXPLANATION. ALL MY OTHER DELIVERIES ARE ARRIVING ON THE DATE GIVEN.
WORST STILL THERE IS NEITHER AN ADDRESS NOR A TELEPHONE NUMBER ON THEIR WEBSITE.
THE MONEY HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM MY CREDIT CARD AND I HAVE THEIR CONFIRMATION EMAIL.
GIVEN THEY HAVE MADE NO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ME I WOULD HAVE PREFERRED TO GIVE THEM NO STARS.

Mothers Day ruined
March 13, 2018

Flowers were ordered for delivery on saturday - one day before mothers day, a tiny bunch of dead roses arrived on tuesday in a big box. My mum is gutted as I am I.

Disgraceful
June 10, 2019

Ordered flowers for my mothers 90th birthday who lives 70 miles away from me. They arrived half dead, the rest beyond salvation. Contacted LFW on the next working day and received a reply 1 week late asking for photos of the dead flowers. I explained that my 90 yr old mother does not have a smart phone or camera to take a photo, nor does she have e mail or the internet and beside which by the time they replied the flowers were in landfill. I have had no response since; despite me sending them numerous e mails. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY BUYING FROM THIS SITE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! I recommend that it will be a lot less effort and quicker if you flush your hard earned money directly down the toilet.

Well I don't normally write reviews, but actually really wanted to write this one just to stop people being ripped off in the future, never in my life have I experienced customer service quite like the service I received earlier today! I actually had a woman laughing down the phone at me and telling me my order that was supposed to be delivered today will not be here until tomorrow. She didn't even use the coronavirus as an excuse for why its late, she simply told me that even though my confirmation email states it will be delivered today its actually a load of crap because when you order on a Saturday for a delivery on a Monday they never turn up because they don't work weekends, and just pack the weekend orders on a Monday! When I told her there was a clear fault in that system she just spoke over me and laughed and wouldn't let me speak. Then she said at the end "is there anything else I can help you with", and I replied "Well no obviously not she just cackled down the phone at me" absolutely disgusting customer serve and still without my flowers. A nice gesture for a family member is now going to look like I forget their birthday with it being a day late! Thanks for nothing but being out of pocket Lovely Flora World!

Ordered Wednesday 10th March for delivery Monday 15th March received an email on Saturday saying prepared and ready for delivery. Didn't arrive, tried phoning no one answers phone, sent a message via their website still no one has responded. At the moment trying to get my money back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AWFUL COMPANY. The reviews on their website does not match the ratings on this site. Unless someone can prove differently they seem to be rather a dodgy business.

Freedom of speech

I have noticed, lovelyfloraworld, are reporting and closing down negative reviews on this site, mine included, people are only reporting the truth to warn other customers what to expect when ordering from there site, I did not curse or tell any lies about my experience, but obviously review sites such as this are protecting retailers rather than the public, we are British and supposed to have freedom of speech, I am including a photo of the flowers, please go on the site and tell me if they look like the freesia and gypsyphilia 50% bunch that I ordered, and if I'm wrong
I am willing to apologise.

Absolutely shocking. Delivered through royal mail standard delivery so no tracking number. Order two bouquets for my mum for mothers day and still not arrived after two days. No phone number and they do not reply to emails.

Great Flowers
March 28, 2021

We recieved flowers for our 40th wedding aniversary from my son and daughter in-law. They had ordered them from 'lovelyfloraworld' and when they arrived they were perfect.
Having used 'freddies' in the past, these flowers from lovelyfloraworld arrived in much better condition.

Mother's Day

Ordered from this site for Mother's Day as I wouldn't be able to visit my mum because of the coronavirus, I ordered on the Thursday for guaranteed Mother's Day delivery that's what was advertised on there site, on the Saturday I had a message saying delivery would be Monday, so I emailed saying to cancel order as it wouldn't be received on time they never replied and took payment, phoned my mum Monday to see if she had received the flowers she said yes but most were dead when they arrived and box damaged she received 8 flowers in total, this business is a joke please don't order from them they just want your money and are not bothered about customer satisfaction
