I ordered a £30 bouquet plus £3 delivery for my daughters 21st Birthday needed on 9th May. Not only did they not turn up on her birthday - they have just arrived on 12th May & look like an £6 bunch from a Supermarket accept that these are wilted! I emailed on 9th asking why no one had contacted to say they would not arrive that day as ordered but no one bothered to reply. I have ordered from Lovely Flora many times for gifts for family/friends - but not many people will tell you they're bad quality - until my Mom told me the truth - they were wilting & very tiny bunches - NOT BOUQUETS! As it's lockdown & M&S couldn't deliver on 9th due to the Bank holiday the day before I thought I would give them 1 more chance. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money as it's embarrassing sending what you think is a lovely bouquet - but they receive this... & 3 Days after the Birthday! I will attach pictures of what she received & also what we ordered.
I am extremely angry with the above company for ripping me off with flowers sent to me for my partners birthday. It was £18 badly spent as i could of bought them in tescos for £5. You ask yourselves no i cant do that for COVID19 reasons so you get ripped off. When they arrive they are dying and their were not many at all. I complained to them on the 5th May and have had no reply. What kind of organization does that!
Flowers arrived to our friends today instead of Thursday and looked half dead, also not what I ordered. I understand it's hard at the moment but if you can't deliver the service don't say you can, people would prefer to be told the truth and not waste their money at this time.
Appalled by the state and size of the flowers for the price I paid. I added 50% extra. God knows how tiny the bunch would have been without it. The were very late and died soon. Never again. The company is taking advantage of people who can't leave the house during lockdown. Never again. £18 for that...
AVOID! PAID EXTRA FOR MORE FLOWERS WHICH WERE NOT INCLUDED, PAID FOR TRACKING WHICH WASN'T ACTUALLY AVAILABLE, FLOWERS WERE 5 DAYS LATE AND IN AN AWFUL STATE. MY CARD WAS NOT INCLUDED! CAN'T GET HOLD OF THEM. ABSOLUTE SCAMMERS. DO NOT LISTEN TO THE GOOD REVIEWS--OBVIOUSLY WRITTEN BY THEMSELVES. I HAVE CONTACTED TRADING STANDARDS. ABSOLUTELY APPALLING.
Do not buy from these people. Customer service is awful. I paid for 50% more flowers I dread to think what size the bouquet would have been if I hadn't. The bouquet was so small, more greenery than flowers. I tried to cancel when the flowers didn't arrive on time but they sent them anyway. A complete waste of nearly £20. I contacted the firm but they weren't interested. Very disappointed. It's a pity we have to score them at all.
I'm not sure how this company get away with it. Wish I'd read more reviews before ordering. Obviously the reviews on the website itself are fake! Fist of all the flowers that I recieved were embarrassing. Would of got a better bunch at a petrol station. They were a tiny bunch of dead, dry flowers, despite paying for 50% extra. No card delivered with them either. Also ordered a box of chocolates paid extra and the wrong chocolates were sent not to mention the size of the box. FALSE advertising all round on this site, the flowers are not as pictured, the reviews are fake, and it says free delivery when in fact I paid £2.99 tracking fee. All in all I spent £32.97 I might as well have just thrown that money in the bin! Oh and customer service is non existent
Bought flowers and balloon for a birthday, paid £5 for 50% extra, so in total cost £21.98. What turned up was a £5 bunch that looked as though they came off the Petrol station forecourt, minus the balloon I had ordered. They ignore all emails. Disgusting that they can RIP people off. They need looking into.
The flowers that were delivered were not the same as those shown in the photo - a smaller bunch, different flowers and poorly presented! I am seeking a full refund and will not stop until I receive my hard earned cash back. I have uploaded a photo of what the bouquet should have looked like and a photo of the item received - disgraceful
I have just received the Pink Santini bouquet from my daughter which she sent for my birthday and to cheer me up while in isolation as im a hundred miles from her.
What I have received is a tiny, half dead, brown and wilted bunch of flowers that are nothing like the pic of their website - see below - and are so awful I have just thrown them in the bin. You can get better flowers from the local garage for a couple of pounds. I would say it was about a third of the size of the pic with no bow.
I havent told my daughter as it would upset her too much but I have emailed the company to say I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. Under the long distance selling regulations how are this company allowed to get away with this? I would hazard a guess that the reviews on their site are all fake as they in no way match all the negative reviews I have just read online.
Please do not waste your money.
Flowers which looked like a £3 bunch from Morrison's arrived a day late! Ordered 2 weeks in advance! Paid enough for them and delivery!
No getting through to them on the phone, number busy all the time!

I ordered a Pink Santini Bouquet for £14.99 on the 22nd April for my mums birthday, they arrived yesterday.
Half the flowers missing, no water in the box. Mum's words were 'you can tell they've been in transit because there all dry not fresh and not many in there".
False advertising on website too, says delivery is free yet had to pay £1.99 how is that free?
Sent them an email for an update on the order, never got an email back or an update. Very bad customer service.
Not impressed at all and very disappointed. My mum said I'd of been better going to Asda and spending less.

I had these delivered today from my daughter and was embarrassed to show her them on WhatsApp. They were a lovely thought from her, at least she didn't wait in a queue at Asda, but she would have paid a fraction of the price for better flowers.
This company delivered a bouquet of flowers for a very important birthday a week late and they were dead, no corespondance as promised NO guarantee AS promised, load of crap. Should have learnt from the last lot but give them the benefit of the doubt, they to were late. Could have walked the length of the country and done it myself and they would have been fresher. DONT USE THESE

It was my 50th 24th April, my partner ordered flowers from this company, it's now the 28yh April, still no flowers or respond to calls or emails, disgusting service, we cancelled our weekend away due to this virus, the only thing we could rely on was possible a delivery of lovely flowers to cheer me up for my 50th birthday, took money but no flowers, a dodgy company, DO NOT BUY
Ordered flowers for my nans 80th they havent been delivered and can not get through to talk to anyone phone line is constantly engaged guessing theyve took the phone off the hook! Were quick to take my money will NEVER so this company again!

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
