. I received my flowers as a Mothers Day gift. When I opened them the storks were all slimy, I rinsed them clean, trimmed and arrange them.
I put them in my garage to keep them cool as I was going away for the week end.
When I came home and brought them into the house they all were dying except for the Lily's
I have complained by email and have had no reply.
The only reason I have given them 1 star as they were order one day and delivered the next.
Ordered flowers for mum birthday 2 weeks in advance and they did not arrive. Phoned the company and they didn't care and said they would arrive. They has spoilt my mum's birthday

My friends sent me a dozen yellow roses that arrived last Friday 8th April. By Sunday they were brown and very dead. I made a complaint and was given an apology and another 12 roses arrived yesterday already brown and dead. I let them know immediately backed up with photos they told me to recut them and put in water overnight. Today they were very dead and falling apart more photos sent and I was asked to return in original packaging most unlikely that I would have kept it having been told to recut them and put in water! A complete waste of money for my friends and disappointment for me.
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. A bouquet was ordered and on arrival it wasn't even arranged as a bouquet. Flowers were dead and broken. Complete waste of money. I contacted them and they said they would send another one but this has been over 2 weeks now. They keep promising but I'm afraid they are full of fake promises. Your choice to use this company but you will be disappointed.

When I use Moonpig I go to live chat and any problems are sorted there and then.
The service from Lovely Flora is appalling I have tried to contact them via email, phone and messages not heard from them I want a refund so I can use a reputable company.

Ordered flowers to be delivered to my daughter to cheer her up... Stuck at home with 2 children during lockdown. No flowers delivered, no-one answers phone and no-one replies to emails. Payment was taken immediately. Disgusted. Money for nothing.
What a let down of a company. Ordered for delivery 30th March. Arrived today 2nd April and what a joke. Nothing like the flowers I thought I'd ordered. Trading standards Really need to close this company down. Tried to contact them but no response. Flowers I ordered and flowers that got delivered. Shame on you
Do not order from this company. My 16 yr old granddaughter ordered the above for her Mum as a surprise during lockdown and decided from the photo on their website. When they arrived they were half the size that was shown on the website. When she complained the company didn't want to know. She paid for this from her own money and felt very disappointed. Do not order anything.
The flowers arrived. The heads were falling off and the stems rotting, smelly and slimey.
The flowers went right into the bin!
On complaining it took 6 emails and complaints. Also I raised it with my bank to get a refund.
Inverse 5 weeks later I finally got the money back.
You'd be better if buying flowers from the petrol garage and sending them in a box yourself!
Ordered flowers 8 times from this company. Twice the flowers were mouldy and not delivered on the day that I ordered them for. I have contacted them 3 times since mothers day flowers were mouldy and had no response. I will not be ordering any more from this company
I ordered 2 bouquets from this company as its covid time and I've not seen my sister or friend for weeks. I've rang the company loads and e mailed several times as no flowers have arrived. No response. I understand this is busy times but no communication is unprofessional and rude. Plus not to busy to take the money. Order from someone else.
Received roses at 9am. Sorted them immediately went out for lunch when I came back they had wilted One had survived. Bunch only fit for the bin. Tried to e-mail said site was not recognised I shall FB my friends to warn them not to use this company. I had to rate this before review would submit. One star but I wouldn't give any
Worst service, I have ordered flowers for my partner for valentines day and they have delivered before a day. What's the point in ordering for the particular occasion.
Apparently they have a clause in their term and conditions.

Don't use this company. I ordered flowers for my sister to cheer her up I picked a nice looking bouquet with Lillie's. And yes it arrived on time. But it was not what I ordered there was no lillies and no cream roses only white ones. I sent an email to complain and was told they have to swap flowers sometimes. But no offer of replacement or credit. 4days later the flowers are dead and 4 emails later they have failed to respond.
I ordered flowers last Tuesday to be delivered on the Saturday, for a 90th birthday, they never arrived till Monday and most of them were withered! I ordered more yo be delivered today Saturday still never arrived. Very unreliable. I will never deal with this company again!

Took our money, didn't deliver on Mothers Day, arrived 5 days late & was not what we ordered at all! Piddly little bunch of carnations which were dried out NOT the Splendour Bouquet I had ordered. Customer services won't reply to your emails OR answer the phone. No refunds. Appalling coMpany. SCAMMERS!
I've placed a order for birthday flowers twice, last year had same issue, and same issue this year.
I thought I'll give them a second chance.

Last year flowers were delivered 1 week later, and the condition of the flowers we're very poor, emailed them for full refund, but unfortunately didn't get a refund.

Looked completely different to what I had ordered and they still haven't answered my e-mails or telephone message I left them, I could have bought better in the supermarket.
Answer: These people are crooks... They have ruined Mother's day. We are going to take legal action.
Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
