I ordered 50% more flower and they came the same size of a £5 supermarket bunch flowers some were falling apart and a rose stem was snapped leafs half eaten and they can sellotaped round the stems not tied beautifully completly dry too I had emailed and still no reply a week later apart from a automated one I will not order again and they didn't last long a few days i included a picture of what I ordered adding 50% more too to what I received just very disappointed in this company

Ordered flowers 4 weeks before 11th may fir flowers to be delivered, but wasn't delivered till the 13th may she had to throw away half of the bouquet, very very upsetting as my sister needed cheering up after such a very awful year, sent several emails and no reply from this company stay clear of these people awful service and they do not reply, very upset and wish I went to the company that I normally use with fantastic service and never dissatisfied, my sister could not send pic as she has no mobile to take pic ç

I placed an order on the 6th of March to be delivered on the 12th of March. To date I still have NO order or refund infact NO response! I had to go out and buy replacement mothers day flowers which also cost me! All round BAD company would never deal with them again CON!

I ordered a bouquet for a close friend who had lost her husband. I paid for the bouquet in full and placed the order on 10th April. I received an e mail saying the flowers would be delivered on 11th April. It is now 13th April and the flowers have not been delivered. I have sent 2 e mails to lovely flora world and have had no reply! I will no use this company again and am hoping I can get my money refunded as I paid by bank card. I would not recommend this on line site for flowers.

Ordered A bouquet of flowers for our anniversary, looked at the pictures on the site, took advantage of a 50% more flower offer, and when delivered there was only 14 flowers in a box, one of which was dead, and the others past their best. To be fair when I rang to complain, they did send me another bouquet the next day, but this time they was not what I had ordered the first time and again in a box, not arranged as on the website. I would have done better going to a petrol station. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE!

Ordered flowers for Mother's Day because said they'd deliver, did not arrive even 2 days later! No response to email and telephone not answered. Appalling!

Me and my sister order flowers from Lovely Flora World for a family member who had received very upsetting news. We thought the flowers would be a lovely surprise and let them know we were thinking of them. Well not only did the flowers turn up a day later than requested. The flowers were almost dead when they arrived and that was both bunches. Me and my sister were devastated when we seen the flowers so I took pictures and contacted Lovely Flora World and informed them also sending them the pictures of the almost dead flowers. I emailed the company 3 times before they responded. I sent pictures at their request and no response. So I emailed them again and 9 days later still no response. They advertise that they will replace flowers if not fresh. Well that is a lie. My tracker followed the delivery and it took 5 days for the flowers to be delivered without water. Don't be fooled by their advert the flowers are not cheap. I ended up going to a supermarket to buy 3 large bunches of exotic flowers and a vas for the same price I paid for dead flowers from the appalling florist. I'm gutted now I have read feedback comments as I would not have used this company. Be warned Lovely Flora World are a rip off service who deliver dead flowers and will not respond to your emails. DO NOT USE THEM... avoid at all cost.
