I bought a dianthus bouquet on the 7th Feb. It was advertised a valantines bouquet. I asked for it to be delivered on the 13th Feb.
It arrived on the 10th... 3 days before my request.
The flowers were not of the quantity shown in the picture.
5 buds were broken off.
No apology was given for the inferior or fewer quantity.
The reply was.
"We aim to meet these timescales but during busy periods (i. E. Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Easter, Christmas etc) deliveries may take a little longer. Therefore, during peak periods we may need to dispatch orders one (1) – two (2) working days prior to the requested delivery date so they may arrive early or on the intended date."
We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused.

DO NOT order from this site! Flowers sent out for a friends birthday were 5 days late. When they did finally arrive the 'bouquet' consisted of just SIX flowers, despite supposedly being a deluxe bunch & paying extra on top for 50% more flowers, plus next day delivery.
Customer service was what I can only describe as ridiculous. Sent me a clearly copied & pasted email that they send to all their complaints, stating my photo of what was received had been 'checked by the senior florist and was correct' out to me twice, not acknowledging any of my q's or concerns. Then asked for me to return the flowers in the same condition as delivered in the original box if I wanted a refund - seriously...flowers! I had not even requested a refund, just for the correct bunch of flowers to be re-delivered to my friend that looked like what was advertised/paid for.
I have now reported the transaction to my bank who are re-claiming the payment from them & I would suggest everyone else do the same as they should not be allowed to get away with scamming people like this. I included a print out of the multiple other complaints on here of the same nature against them as support to my claim! I only wish I had seen them all prior to placing an order with this joke of a company.
The 5* reviews are obviously fake & being posted by themselves to try & hide all the negatives! I would refer to them as a 'bunch of cowboys', but I think that would be offensive to cowboys to be honest...their customer service, let alone supply is that shocking! Have reported to Trading Standards in addition in hope no other potential customer has to experience the same.
Ordered flowers for mother in law for mothers day, she rang me on the Monday to say they had arrived I could tell something wasnt right so I asked her for the truth about them, she became quite upset they had arrived dead as no water, three had heads completely snapped off, unlike the gorgeous PICTURES the stems were just taped at the bottom no wrapping no ribbon, she said that she had seen better in bargain buckets in the supermarket, Ive tried to email them 3 times but no reply, then they asked me to review on their site I guess mine wont be put on as I told them how bad they were, has anyone complained to trading standards they need shutting down so they cant do this to others, doubt any of us will get a reply let alone a refund, avoid at all costs
Ordered a beautiful luxury rose heart for my daughters great nans funeral and this is what turned up, absolutely shocked and upset at what was delivered to the funeral home, I called the company first thing this morning to be told basically not there problem at all they took no responsibility no replacement just £30 refund from the £59,99 I spent on them which isn't good enough, spoilt the funeral Other family members were very unpleased at what arrived at the funeral home, very upset to be told by staff on phone this morning after emailing pic over that there's nothing wrong with it, 1 I ordered what was in pic roses with 3 Lilly's, what came was a different colour no Lilly's and with some other flowers which was not in the advertisement and 2 with a portion of said flowers completely missing as you can see from the photos exactly what issues are but this company refuses any responsibility, avoid this company if you don't wish to be disappointed and completely ripped off!
I have sent lots of flowers from other suppliers and this is the worst one. I saw the bouquet I had sent to my sister in law and thought it was very disappointing. Would certainly not recommend.
This Company is absolutely disgusting I made an order on Saturday late (my fault) but they was meant to arrive today (Monday) still not arrived and its now 7.55pm I've tried calling the company 7 times today every time it rings "please stay on the line" then it goes to answerphone I wish I had read the reviews before I ordered PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY They are a disgrace I would have given no Stars if I could
Ordered flowers for a very sick friend they arrived looking chucked together and nothing like the picture no decoration leaves etc I emailed for a refund they failed to reply when they did over a week later they tried telling me that they was correct I sent all photos a proof? Which you can clearly see then they said if I want a refund I have to return them in the full wrapping and box ( I know right!) THEN SAID THEY WON'T SEND A RETURN POSTAGE LABEL I HAVE TO COVER IT.
Word of advice they are cheap for a reason don't waste your money or time as they don't refund. Buy from a supermarket alot better quality and look so much better.
I ordered flowers for a elderly relative and lo and behold they didnt arrive.
You cannot contact the company except by email but i have sent four to them and no response.
They are happy to take your money but not provide the goods.
They are obviously a scam.

I have placed a order for 2 separate delivery and payed for them, which should have been delivered Monddy 20th April 2020 and it is now Wednesday 22nd April 2020 and still no sign. I have emailed the customer service and had no reply.
Really disappointed with the flowers that were delivered i paid a extra 50 % for added flowers these are what i received nothing like the photo on there website
Shocking. Flowers arrived 4 days late, barley half the flowers arrive compared to what was listed in quantity and variety, wrong balloon included and chocolates missing!
Absolutely appalling service, I ordered a lollipop star bouquet for a dear friend for her birthday, the flowers arrived on time but was definitely nothing like what they had advertised in their website. I have tried to contact them by telephone, email, messenger and Instagram but have not received and correspondence back from them. I then decided to see if I could find another way to contact them and was completely shocked to find that they have two different companies, using the same phone number and premises, both dealing with the sales of flowers. I then checked to see if both companies were registered with Company House and surprise surprise, only this company is registered, there is no recognition of their other company Delightful Flora.
Something is definitely untoward with these companies...
If your looking for some beautiful flowers for your nearest and dearest then my advise STAY CLEAR IF THESE COMPANIES.
Upset and angry that I ordered flowers to be delivered Xmas eve no flowers came no one been in toach I have phone and emailed and still no one has been in toach to offer a new delivery date or a refund

You know, something that would probably be more fitting for a funeral... NOT MOTHERS DAY! I will never use them again. I sent emails, and they havent even had the decency to reply. AVOID AVOID AVOID! Go to a reputable florists for your flowers - not these charlatans. DISAPPOINTMENT for the recipient will be guaranteed.
Ordered my wife's anniversary flowers on Tuesday for this Thursday. Confirmation e-mail stated order to be delivered this Thursday as well). With this company you pay a tracking fee of £4.95 for the flowers, which has never worked since the initial order (it keeps coming up as incorrect order number and incorrect email address supplied). Today after waiting in for the flowers and having no communication what so ever with the company I am told that the flowers are delayed until tomorrow. Apparently the flowers were stuck in the Greenford warehouse, when i ask for a full refund, I am then told that this is not possible as the flowers are in transit?. Clearly as well as the poor service, lack of communication, they lie to there customers as well. As i tried to explain over the phone you don't purchase flowers for a particular occasion to then be told that they are delayed and I only found this out because I contacted them!. The lady refused a refund saying that it was documented on there terms and conditions. Hence I am know taking this further. DO NOT USE!
Wow. I just paid £16 which apparently was 60% off original price of £27 for the most ridiculous bunch of flowers!
The most expensive looking thing about it was the box it arrived in and the ‘free' card but the box wasn't used in the giving although I was tempted because it was the only way to show that I had actually not just bought a £3-4 bunch of flowers from Tesco or Sainsbury's.
I checked on Sainsbury's and found a better bunch for £4.
Very embarrassing having to present them to the lady they was meant for due to not having time to go and purchase more before she came!
On my complaint they admitted that the foliage was missing but only offered to give me 20% off my next purchase as if I'm ever going to purchase again!
They also have what I believe to be false reviews on their website since they don't actually permit you to review on their website!
I wish I had checked external site's like this before purchase. Now I understand this is a company who cares only about making quick money not about being a reputable company.
