Ordered flowers for my Best Friend's 60th Birthday (22/11/2017) but ordered them 3 weeks before the day to make sure that they arrived on time.
Next thing is I get an email asking me for feedback before the service has been provided?
Rang them yesterday to complain that the flowers I ordered 3 weeks ago never arrived. They said "they can be delivered up until19:00hrs".
Spoke to a member of the Royal Mail who said..."No".
They arrived 24hrs late, missed the celebrations, missed the special day, missed the event, spoilt my day and my Best Friends.
Never Ever Use Again.
My daughter ordered a bouquet for my mother day gift and they have only just been delivered, half dead and could have saved her money and got a better bouquet from the supermarket, DONT order anything from this site if they had a - - rating I would have been rating that but as the only minimum is one star that's what I had to give to complete my review I will be lucky if I get 2 days out of them
I ordered a £30 bouquet plus £3 delivery for my daughters 21st Birthday needed on 9th May. Not only did they not turn up on her birthday - they have just arrived on 12th May & look like an £6 bunch from a Supermarket accept that these are wilted! I emailed on 9th asking why no one had contacted to say they would not arrive that day as ordered but no one bothered to reply. I have ordered from Lovely Flora many times for gifts for family/friends - but not many people will tell you they're bad quality - until my Mom told me the truth - they were wilting & very tiny bunches - NOT BOUQUETS! As it's lockdown & M&S couldn't deliver on 9th due to the Bank holiday the day before I thought I would give them 1 more chance. NEVER AGAIN! Don't waste your money as it's embarrassing sending what you think is a lovely bouquet - but they receive this... & 3 Days after the Birthday! I will attach pictures of what she received & also what we ordered.
Other than being 3 day's late missing my wifes 70th birthday and mothers day, their was no communication, they were soposed to have been 24 red roses £26-99 their colour was like they had been dipped into pickled cabbage, their was no red wrapping, no red bow, not even a sachet of plant food, they were half dead drooping, with no Gyp as advertized, the best part was the box. You have been warned!
Flowers were ordered in plenty of time for my nieces 18th birthday on 16/04 they still haven't arrived. No reply to my email and phone is permanently engaged
I ordered flowers for my friends birthday, they were delivered 3 days early and the delivery man left them in their black bin! I was shocked ànd embarrassed
WORST COMPNAY EVER! ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MOTHERS DAY THEY CAME DEAD AND THEN DONT EVEN RESPOND TO YOU HAVE REPORTED THIS COMPANY TO TRADING STANDARDS EVERYONE ELSE SHOULD DO THE SAME COMPLETE FRAUD COMPANY!
They allow you to choose a delivery date, then when does not arrive till dsy later, point out their terms are 1 to 2 days window. Poor customer service
Received flowers 2 days later not looking their best. But I think its the difficult time we are in as a world. Floraworld please take off guaranteed delivery as it will save you a lot of complaints.
Flowers arrived on time well packaged they lasted for 2wks very happy with service and condition of my flowers I will have no hesitation in ordering again. I would highly recommend this company.
The flowers my friend received looked nothing like the ones in the picture. You get a better bouquet out of lidils for £5. Very dissapointed. Won't be ordering from here again
ABSOLUTELY DISCUSTING THIS COMPANY ORDERED FLOWERS FOR MOTHER'S DAY ON 4TH MARCH PLENTY OF TIME BUT DID NOT ARRIVE MY MUM IS 89 YEARS OLD AND I LIVE 40 MILES AWAYS FROM HER SENT THEM. 3 EMAILS ARRIVE 3 DAYS LATER WOW 8 FLOWERS IN IT 2 BEND AND HEADS FALLEN OFF THIS WAS 14.99 PLUS DELIVERY WHICH WAS 20.00 ALL TOGETHER SENT ANOTHER EMAIL OFFERING 20% OFFMY NEXT DELIVERY WOW YOU REALLY THINK IM GOING TO ORDER AGAIN FROM YOU SO NOW IM CONTACTING TRADING STANDARDS DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS DISCUSTING COMPANY YOU GET RIPPED OFF
Looks like a pattern emerging here, flowers arrived but dead, NO 50% extra, 4 emails sent including pictures of dead flowers but the only response I have had since Saturday 10th March is an automated reply, I think we have all been ripped off, this company needs investigating and shutting down ASAP. How do we do it?
Absolutely appalling flowers and customer service wouldn't recommend to anyone at all over priced £5bunch at supermarket are better and turned up 5 days late. Paid £25 for these horrendous

The flowers were OKish but for 26.99 no where near worth the price, before ordering I looked at reviews and thought "well it's still 61% 5 star so they can't be that bad" well I wish I listened to the reviews because they really really do look like garage flowers. I attached what was advertised and what if gotto this so you could see yourself:(

! OMG! My order was sent 30 MILES from the post code destination and I was told that was to be 'sometimes expected"! There IS NO PHONE NUMBER OR NAME WHEN THINGS GO WRONG! I am contacting trading standards for sure. Can't believe the way I have been treated by LOVELYFLORAWORLD... treatment by people who don't seem to care, as the orders a cheaper than most... the flowers were sent to a sister company)wrong postcode) and seemingly the flowers were WILTED AND BROWN... how awful!
I ordered my flowers well in advance for a friends Birthday. Arrived a day late without a ballon as per deal.
Very disappointed and will not be ordering again.
I have used this company three times, first 2 times it was just flowers and they were ok but the last time was to send flowers and chocolates to my wife for mothers day, they arrived four days late wilted, I tried to contact them both by phone which they dont answer and email on there own web site with no reply.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
