I ordered 2 bouquets of flowers for a special day, saying that no one will be home until 4 o'clock, they left at the door, I will never buy anything again.
Ordered flowers for delivery 10\09\22, did not arrive. Phoned customer line twice, had to leave message, emailed 3 times, no reply. Very disappointing, out of pocket and no flowers delivered
Mothers day flowers ordered in plenty of time didn't arrive until the Tuesday! Smallest bunch of spray carnations not worth £5 and a little box of chocolates cost £30! Disgraceful...
Ordered some flowers for my friend for her birthday. The flowers that arrived was nothing like the flowers in the picture that I ordered. So I wasnt told before hand they had no gypsphinia to put in my order. They arrived with 3 dead headed flower some of the carnations was brown arround the edge. There was no water or anything in the box to keep the flowers alive. They was bone dry. Please see pictures of what I ordered to what I recieved. Both myself who bought the flowers and my friend are disgusted with them. All as I have been told is that they are the same as you ordered. When you put them in a vase they will look nice. OH I dont think so!. The first picture is off the website to which I thought I was getting sent to my friend for her birthday the other pictures are what she recieved.
Ordered as my sister lost her partner for 9th didnt turn up but had no email advising of delivery contacted them sent out flowers arrived 15 th but petals fell of when took out of box. This was day of funeral so sister was upset that flowers arrived this way especialy as didnt turn up week before. Feel let down and upset couldnt even get address right despite asking me to confirm it. Do the right thing resend or refund cant send photos as flowers are in scotland shabby way to treat people

I ordered a bouquet for my mums 73rd birthday as I felt it was more special. When I arrived there and saw a measly bunch of what looked like £4 supermarket flowers I was in tears. I contacted lovely flora and there response was atrocious. Nowhere in the small print does it state that the pictures on the page are of the bigger bouquet. I feel that this is false advertising and am looking at taking it to Trading Standards.
Do not buy flowers from this company.
Taking advantage of people in isolation
I recently ordered flowers for delivery for my wife's birthday through the website. It said due to Covid19 there could be a few days delay. I ordered 8 day in advance they finally arrived 13 days later, 5! Days late.
They add £2 tracking fee to your bill but I was unable track them until the 12th day and then I discovered they were dispatched on the 9th. Day.
They ignore 4 emails I sent and I couldn't get a answer on the phone.
When the flowers finally arrive I found a small bunch of carnations in a large box with no water for at least 4 days.
I'd paid £19.98 with a premium for 50% more flowers and I could and have bought the same bunch for £3-5 at our local supermarket
I am waiting now to see if the flowers will open up.
Will never order from here again would have been better with a fiver bunch of flowers from supermarket this was for my mums birthday. Poor poor quality
I placed my order for delivery today for our anniversary no where was there anything to say it takes 1 to 2 working days.
The company is a shambles
They took my money on Wednesday 12/02/2020 advertising that my delivery for Valentines will be delivered on Friday 14/02/2020. They have lied and lied you cannot get through their phone line as it is constantly engaged. They took over £40 pounds for the gift of flowers etc and now my wife has no Valentine gift. This company is a sham and scam. They need to refund my money back and they should stop advertising false promises.
Ordered flowers and a balloon for Mother's Day only to receive a confirmation e-mail two days prior and the flowers being a NO SHOW

If you want to surprise someone with flowers better to use a service of which they actually deliver flowers!
Flowers Arrived late we're not fresh and withered. Had broken stems dead heads and petals missing, The roses and lilies had brown edging. There was no bow advertised in picture shown online,
Their website says fresh quality beautiful flowers they were far from it, and nothing like what they looked like on their website.
I paid for 50% Extra but only received a small very sparse bouquet, of Flowers and almost dead. Emailed customer services numerous times with no reply. Phoned which they did answer advising me to send them pictures which I did the very same day.
Had to phone them again, Request a refund but they were adamant that there was nothing wrong with the flowers even with the photo evidence when I insisted for a refund they did offer 20% off but to date have still not received this.
And now wish I had not ordered from this company in the first place

I am also puzzled to how they have positive reviews on their website yet you can't put a review on,
So my advise would be to please avoid them, I definitely would not recommend them, they do not care that flowers are sent for a reason and that is show how much you care especially at this time, they clearly don't care about their customers
I ordered flowers and chocolate for my mother on the 9th March. I received an email saying that these would arrive by the 10th M arch. I have still not received the order. I want this company SHUT DOWN!
I ordered on Thursday 8th March ready in time for mothers day and told order was ready to be delivered on Saturday 10th March. They did not arrive on the specified date and when they did arrive on Monday 12th they were the wrong colour and they were dead. Dumped in a box instead of the advertised bouquet! I am fuming as this is probably the last Mothers Day I get to spend with my terminally mother. I wanted to give her the best day with a bouquet of her favourite flowers and that never happened! Ive asked for a refund and a fresh bouquet to be sent but doubt this will happen! Avoid at all costs!
My son ordered me flowers for Mothers day to be delivered on the Saturday before they didnt come until Monday and the pink roses where brown and wilted half dead I have contacted them for a refund 3 times and have not heard back at all they have no phone number only email.

Arrived 2 days late and customer service was simply they do not guarantee service (sent by royal mail), flowers arrived in the condition that would normally be heading to the bin!
Ordered on a Monday and wanted them delivered on the Friday. Obviously not enough time for them as my mum did not get her flowers on her 70th birthday
Really dissatisfied with the service and would not reccomend them.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
