Ordered flowers costing £27 on the 18th Dec to be delivered next day... nothing delivered, no response, apology or refund!

Update,
Received email from company at 14.27 21st Dec (3 days after delivery date) after then message from Royal Mail 13 mins later advising they have flowers, this only happened after commenting on their Facebook page!
Finally recieved my flowers that my son ordered for 13th march ready for mothers day, arrived today 16th for the price he paid they look no different well infact worst than a bunch of £5 supermarket flowers, they should be ashamed of themselves.
Ordered a supposed bouquet for my mums birthday. The flowers that turned up were totally disgusting, would have been better with reduced from a supermarket, I'm sure they would have looked better.
They arrived with no ribbon and just wrapped in white paper, no water and only a few flowers.
It was an embarrassment to say how much I had paid plus the additional cost for 50% extra with delivery charge, a total of £20 plus.
After several emails to both delightful flowers and lovely flora world a couple of which have been replied to but still no satisfactory outcome to the complainant.
Shoddy goods, disgusting service and even worse aftersales service.
Not sure how this company still operates, doesnt even warrant a one star, more like a minus 5 star.

I ordered flowers for my sons girlfriend to arrive Christmas Eve. They sent 5 emails confirming her address I answered all of them today 30th December nothing no flowers only a email to say when they do arrive take a photo of the Quality Joke no one answers the phone or emails avoid
My daughter ordered flowers for Morhrs Day, when they arrived they looked nothing like photo, they had no water in them, they were tied with sellotape. This is the 2nd time she has used this company, the first order didnt arrive on time. NEVER will she use them again.

Absolutly awful. Its now 4 days after i ordered and only 1 of my 2 orders has come, totally ruined mothers day. Not even a fivers worth off flowers for the 20quid i paid. They are tiny damaged and presented crap! No phone number, emailed 4 times to be completly ignored. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

Very disappointed. Ordered flowers for my friends 60th to be delivered 29th May..., finally arrived 1st June.
And that's not the end of the story... Email from Lovelyfloraworld was that if placed in the evening it will be the next working day (as per the T&C) despite the confirmation stated clearly that they would be delivered on the 29th May, and as it was the bank holiday that the delivery would be the next working day ie 1st June!. Again... not the end of the story... when they did arrive they did not resemble the flowers advertised, they were a 'bunch of carnation' instead of a 'bouquet of carnations' (again site states may differ but I didn't expect to see supermarket flowers arrive) So for those of you who want to order, consider is the discount worth the delay and poor quality! (see photos of that ordered and that received)
I orders two bouquets for mothers day, I for my mother in Grimsby. 1for my step mother in Lincoln. BOTH were substandard, and BOTH had no flower food. This aside, the one that disturbs me the most is my mother's bouquet. I paid for 50%extra.if I hadn't they would have been awful and me ashamed to have sent them. She saw them briefly as she was going out the door to the hospital... two days later she died. I am furious with rage that this poor show was the last thing my mother saw. And unless someone contacts me I'm going to the media. Tried ringing the customer service number. Surprise surprise they're not picking up the phone. Despite allegedly being open 7am to 5.30... this is evil and I want answers.!
I ordered flowers for my Friend as her dad passed away for next day delivery and when they didn't come I tried contacting them and they was talikf a long time and wasn't communicating

On Saturday 10th March my mum recieved flowers I had ordered for her for Mothers Day. When I went to see her on the Sunday I was absolutely shocked and disgusted at what she'd recieved.
To call them a "bunch of flowers" is using the term very loosely indeed. In fact I've seen better reduced flowers in Tesco at 9pm at night, they were abysmal.
I was so upset, angry and embarrassed that I went straight to my local interflora shop and bought a proper bouquet of flowers to give her.
I Would NOT recommend this site to anyone and so far my complaint to them has gone unheeded and my 1* review has disappeared from their website. I have pictures of this sad "bunch" should anyone want to see them.
I bought some flowers and a balloon for my friend's 30th birthday. I should not buy from Lovely Flora World! The flowers costed £22 and the ballon £5. The cheapest looking stuff ever. Not because I bought roses and I received some ugly plans but the bouquet advised was looking amazing on the website but I have received not more than 5-6 unknown flowers and some grass. The balloon costed me £5, it was of a smaller than a yellow melon size. I was disappointed and disgusted. Don't ever buy from them!
Have used this company for years always been great till now. Ordered 2 bunches of flowers called customer service to ask for them to be made into one large bunch which they said was not an issue to be delivered 13/3/2021 fir Mother's Day which was extra special this year as she had lost her sister to Covid 2 weeks before and explained this was very important. 13th came and went no delivery my mother is in her 70s so was in! Emailed Sunday for some support by Monday NOTHING! Called and emailed again on Monday still NOTHING! Called twice on Tuesday NOTHING!
I'm devastated and disgusted by this as it meant so much this year.
Customer service was none existent to a problem tried calling several times no response no one picks up!
I have asked for refund and compensation as this is unacceptable especially at such a crucial time for my mother

Do not order from this company. I placed an order for Mothers day, delivery 13th of March. I have a order acknowledgement confirmed delivery date of 13th of March! It is now the 15th of March, no flowers, I have rang seven times, left voice mails each time, no call back and no reply to my emails. Absolute rip off. AVOID
Paid £25 for this RUBBISH - absolute JOKE! - the picture from the website shows so much more, but upon delivery it was only a handful of flowers... DO NOT USE Lovely Flora World - they are con artists!. Proof is in the Picture...

She received them on the exact day early in morning she could not of been happier with her flowers.
Read the reviews after ordering, then send an apology to recipient. They look nothing like picture, sad and thrown together, very few flowers compared to pic on website.
I've collected all these reviews and sending to watchdog! THE CEO is robbing people and doesn't care less. There are some decent, cheaper flower shops on line. I'd use them now.

Answer: I feel your pain. We were sadly let down at the funeral yesterday by our flowers not arriving. They refused any compensation or gesture of goodwill. Disgusting.
